A Team full of Loyalty

The sun rises and shines into the house Chrysalis is staying in. Dressed in a sky blue shirt and purple 3/4 exercise pants, Chrysalis followed movements she seeing on a yoga exercise show. She was lucky that Fluttershy gave her a teal yoga mat while giving her some advice. When the session was over, Chrysalis felt very relaxed. After rolling up her mat and grabbing a bottle of water from the fridge, she sat on her couch cross legged.

"Fluttershy was right about one thing while talking in those woods." Chrysalis said as she sips some water. "Yoga is a relaxing form of exercise."

As she rested from her yoga session, Chrysalis thought about who she'll learn from next. "The ponies of Mane Six are loyal to each other. And, the Element of Harmony Rainbow Dash represents is Loyalty. Time to see if the athletic human version of Rainbow Dash is just as loyal."

Putting on her sneakers Chrysalis heads out to learn from Rainbow Dash. She soon has a talk with the trio of Hoops, Score, and Dumbbell.

"Rainbow Dash is at the soccer field practicing for a game next week." Hoops informed.

"Thanks, fellas." Chrysalis replied.

Minutes later, Chrysalis made her way to a soccer field. There she spots Rainbow Dash's spectrum hair and heads for the area. She watches Rainbow Dash practice soccer moves with other teens. Chrysalis notices these players are human versions of the Wonderbolts of Equestria.

"So, the Wonderbolts in this dimension are soccer players." Chrysalis figured. "This should be fun."

Chrysalis finds a seat in the stands to watch the action. On the field, Spitfire talks to her team.

"We're doing great so far, team." Spitfire said. "We'll be ready for Crystal Prep next week."

"You said it, Spitfire." Soarin' Skies replied. "That school of fancy pants are in for a rough go."

"Let's hope that over disciplining principal, Abacus Cinch, is keeping up with her redemption." Rainbow Dash said. "That woman gave my friend, Twilight, such a rough time."

"Don't worry, Dash. Dean Cadence is keeping an eye on that dame."

The practice continued as Sky Stinger kicked one so hard, it went to the bleachers. Fortunately, Chrysalis saw the ball coming and quickly caught it.

"Hey, up there!" Spitfire called out. "Nice catch."

"Thank you." Chrysalis replied.

She soon tossed the ball in the air, and kicked it back to the team. As Spitfire received the ball, Rainbow Dash sees the visitor. "So that's Chrysalis. Fluttershy told me about this character."

Dash went to the bleachers to address the former Changeling. "I was wondering when you would show up, Chrysalis."

"So, you recognize me, huh?" Chrysalis wondered.

"Yup. I remember the description Fluttershy gave me. How about joining us to watch our practice up close and personal."

Figuring it's a good idea, Chrysalis came down to the field and sat on the bench to watch the action. Seeing all of the Wonderbolts running through the field, practicing their kicks and other moves brings a bit of satisfaction to her. After practice, Spitfire addresses her team.

"Okay, team." Spitfire said. "Let's knock it off for today. Don't want to get burned out before next week."

"No problem, boss." Fleetfoot replied. "We'll be ready."

"All right. See you next time!"

As the team splits up to head for home, Rainbow Dash walks over to Chrysalis, who was impressed with the Wonderbolts and their teamwork.

"What did you think about me and my soccer buddies?" Dash asked.

"I like them." Chrysalis answered. "You guys are well in sync with each other."

"We sure are. Teamwork is how we overcome any obstacle."

Later, Rainbow Dash and Chrysalis spent time at a skate park watching all of the action.

"This is what I call extreme." Chrysalis admitted. "Must take a lot of practice to achieve those moves."

"It sure does." Rainbow Dash replied. "If I had my skateboard, I'd show you how intense I can be,"

"You're into extreme sports?"

"I sure am. You should see me on the beach. I can surf decent waves. But, not too big that can hurt me."

"At least you're careful." Said the voice of a young girl.

Dash and Chrysalis soon spotted a girl that Dash recognized.

"Lightning Dust!" Rainbow said being annoyed. "What do you want?"

"Calm yourself, Dash." Lightning answered. "I'm just here to blow off steam when I heard you talking to this interesting person."

"You think I'm interesting, eh?" Chrysalis said. "One of the nicest things anybody said to me."

Lightning Dust picked up her skateboard and addressed the visitor. "Rainbow Dash is good with skateboarding. Now, watch me."

Lightning soon hit the ramps and demonstrated her own tricks. Dash was watching with interested. Lightning soon slipped and fell on her knees. Fortunately, she has on her safety gear on.

"Lightning Dust can be a bit reckless." Dash explained. "She tried out for the Wonderbolts. But, she was brutal and Spitfire didn't tolerate her recklessness."

After recovering, Lightning went back to the duo, feeling weary.

"I missed a turn out there." Lightning admitted. "That's why I tumbled. I guess I need a little more practice."

Chrysalis soon gave a little smirk. "Did she say 'a little'?"

Rainbow Dash and Chrysalis had a good laugh as Lightning Dust left to practice more. I guess I asked for that.

Later, Rainbow Dash had Chrysalis visit her home. In the backyard, the two girls sat cross legged on yoga mats, winding down from an action filled day.

"I never knew you like doing yoga, Rainbow Dash." Chrysalis said.

"It has it's perks, Chrysalis." Dash replied. "Poses like Chair and Garland are great for the knees."

"I'm guessing those knee bends are how you keep your legs in shape for soccer."

"You catch on fast."

The girls soon close their eyes to meditate. Chrysalis feels at ease, knowing that she learned another lesson of Harmony. Later, Chrysalis was back at her house, meditating before bed. When an alarm went off on her phone, she slowly opened her eyes and looked at her phone.

"Five minutes." Chrysalis said to herself. "I even impress myself. Next time, I'll try for six."
