This is primal sickness at it's best. Not some cheap gore subjects or explicit talk of anything particularity common when discussing disturbing stuff. This is more of a claustrophobic and twisted views of our world bind into the hopes and dreams of Equestria that makes our world no different from theirs.
It's a mix between first, second, third person.
Got the idea off of Dark Avenger, and stories and video games. But most primarily, in terms of structure: I got the ideas from Michael Gira's book and poems.

Twilight Sparkle receives a box in the mail. But not just any box, this was not ordinary mail. This was something else. What she thought was supposed to be her birthday gift from Princess Celestia turned far more sinister as she unraveled this beast to her awaiting eyes. It was an album, but not just any album. This was her special album, an album she didn't recall. From a band that she had never heard of. Inside it was a two-disc mammoth of a record, one which would forever change the way she perceives music and life.

Weeks and weeks pass by, and the bodies only pile up while the infestation covers more ground, Equestria is on the brink of financial collapse, they are the laughing stock of world nations, and no one seems to take it them very seriously anymore.
