Displaced story using Tenchi Muyo things

We see so many humans making it to Equestria as "Displaced", but what happens when a force decides to balances the tables and Displace ponies?

A dimensional traveler arrives in Equestria, can he deal with the cultural difference, the change in diet, and can he handle all the hugging ponies do?

What forces created Equestria, and why? This might shed some light. (Just my musings please don't take it to serious)
