The Saiyan of Speed arrives in Equestria and learns of a prophecy concerning him and the fate of the entire universe.

A young Saiyan named Raian was determined to become the strongest fighter just like Goku. He leaves Earth to travel to new planets and fight that planets strongest fighter. He ends up in Equestria and things happen that only he can stop.
