Reign of Fire: Equestria

(two days later late at night)

Spike was sitting up in his room smoke curling out of his nostrils and mouth he kept remembering that dragon and how he had been beaten by that dragon turning onto his side he winced when he had slamed into the ground he had broken two ribs and his jaw was fractured. Spike sighed sitting up he went downstairs Twilight was talking to the sisters about Leviathan and his newly gained territory shaking his head Spike left the house. Dark Moon was walking to the newly named area once known as the Everfree was known as Ashland walking to the edge she called out for Leviathan looking around she saw nothing taking a deep and shaky breath she began to walk through the ash kicking up and making small clouds as she walked.

Dark Moon kept walking through the ash she had a clothe covering her mouth she wore a grey T-shirt with a pink rose on it, she then wore a black skirt that went to the tops of her knees she had on two black vans. Walking through the land she heard something behind her turning she saw a manticore it was the size of a van low to the ground it began to growl backing up slowily it stepped forward turning around she screamed and ran as fast as she her legs could carry her. Leviathan was flying through the skies trying to find something to eat when he heard a high pitched scream turning he flew to the voice seeing Dark Moon sprinting diving down he flew over Dark Moon spewing fire he coated the manticore in fire it screamed and withered under the flames until it turned to a pile of moosh.

Turning around Leviathan saw Dark Moon hunched over puking onto the ground walking over he picked her up by the neck and snarled "Why are you here !?!?"

"I....*huh*......came......to*huh*..........thank.........you."

"For what ?" he said a little more gently and let go slightly for her to breathe she gulped the air greedly

"*HUGH* For saving me from those bat ponies."

"But aren't you one of them ?"

"Species yes but moraly no, me and some others left our country for a safe haven in Equestria."

"Okay but answer me this what made it such a good idea to come into my territory ?"

"I don't know but it felt right to come and talk to you." she said looking him in the eye Dark Moons feet didn't even come close to the ground they were a good 2 ft off the ground closing his eyes Leviathan took a deep breathe then placed the mare on the ground looking down at her he said "You should leave now it is not safe here." turning Leviathan spread his wings jumping up he stretched his wings out getting ready to fly when Dark Moon began to cry. Stopping Leviathan turned and looked down at her she was on her knees and was crying her eyes out Leviathan felt something in his chest something he never felt and he couldn't place it "Dark Moon you look tired you should stay the night with me." looking up she smiled through tears and said "Okay if you want me to." he nodded offering her his clawed hand she took it.

(Ashland)

Spike walked to the Ashland border sniffing the air he smelled somthing familiar 'Smells like Dark Moon !!!' he thought reaching in his pocket he called up everypony (You see Rarity had finally shot Spike down the year they beat King Monga then a year later the bats showed up and well Spike was crushing on Dark Moon) the others showed up it took a few hours the sun had begun to rise rushing up the eight ponies surrounded him he then said Dark Moon was out there nodding they set out making sure that they were careful.

After walking around fof awhile they came across the carcass of the manticore rushing forward Spike began to sniff the area blood coated it Spike turned "She was here but i don't know where they are........... wait there that way." he said pointing off in the distance. Running the rest of the way they came across a cave like structure it looked pony made just rocks pile upon eachother the melted to meld together it stretched for a few hundred feet the entrance was 9 ft tall and 7 ft wide walking inside the group saw light seeping inside through tiny holes walking futher inside they came across a sight.

(Last night)

Walking into the cave Dark Moon looked around Leviathan walked into a massive room in it was animal pelts perfectly sculpted and forming a nest like structure walking over he laied down on his back wings folding in such a way he made himself a blanket. She looked around and shivered "Leviathan i'm cold is it okay if i curl up with you ?"

"Um.......okay." he said nervously walking over she lifted one of his wings and curled up next to him wrapping his wing around her she sighed and said "Night Leviathan see ya in the morning." he simply nodded and adjusted his body accordingly to help her get comfortable. Breathing in through his nose he caught her scent Cinnamon and Honey without even realizing it his head ended up next to hers covering it from the outside.

(Present)

Spike couldn't believe his eyes sleeping together in a nest of animal pelts was Leviathan and Dark Moon she was using his chest as her pillow she rose and fell with Leviathans slow and calming breathe, his head was close to hers breathing in her scent, she was wrapped in his wings. Leviathan began to stir slowly raising his head he looked around to see a few ponies surrounding him in his home growling he hissed "Why are you here ?" the ponies looked to eachother then stepping forward was Twilight answered "We were looking for Dark Moon but we can see that you........um................uh took care of her." she winced the monster stared at them with cold eyes Dark Moon woke up "Whats goingh on ?" she asked rubbing her eyes and rising pushing off the wings as if they were her sheet covers looking around she recalled last night blushing vibrantly she turned to Leviathan and was about to say something when Spike rushed forward slaming into Leviathan forcing him through the wall behind them.

Landing outside they tumbled a few feet rolling to his feet Leviathan roared at the young dragon Spike rose and growled "YOU WANT TO FIGHT ME WELP !!!!!!" Leviathan roared at Spike he was answered with Spike punching him in the face Leviathan didn't even budge felt like a fly raming into a steel column Spike hit him again and again Leviathan replied with his own attack slaming him into the ground reaching down he picked Spike up and threw him into the ground he heard bones break. The ponies ran outside to see Leviathan walk around Spike like a predator watching its prey before the kill he brought his foot down on Spikes leg breaking the bone into the ash bright white bone stuck into the ground. Reaching down again Leviathan picked up Spike "Yield and i will spare your pitiful life." Spike answered with a burst of flame catching Leviathan off guard he screeched letting Spike go who jumped forward slaming into Leviathan who fell onto the ground reaching back Spike was about to rip out his heart with something wrapped around his throat.

Leviathan had used his tail to grab Spike and slaming him into the ground again (Fuck I hate doing it over and over sorry.) standing on his feet Leviathan looked down at the dragon slowly choking him. Rearing his head Leviathan breathed out a heavy flame engulfing the area flames licked at the sky burning the area they had landed. The ponies stared at Leviathan he had burned the ground near Spike the flames were close and hot enough for the flames to cause blisters to form on his arms releasing Spike he roared inches from his face showing of his shark like teeth before turning and walking away from the group only to stop and turn to Dark Moon his eyes softend he said "I am sorry about what you saw today but I do not like to be attacked especially in my own home please give me time to calm my nerves so leave here." and with that he flew off disappearing in the skies within seconds.

Turning Dark Moon asked a harshly "Why are you guys here ?" Twilight looked at Dark Moon then at Spike who was being helped up by Rainbow Dash and Applejack he was whimering they began to help him to the edge of Ashland where they had parked "Um......Spike said that you were here and well Leviathan said those who enter risk death so we were worried."

"Okay but why not call my cell I mean thats why I have the god damn thing in my fucking pocket."

"Look we didn't think it through thats our fault but............uh can I ask you something ?"

"Sure what is it ?"

"Did you and Leviathan...............um............you know ?"

"What you mean did I have sex with him god no Twilight ............I mean he is hot..............but we have just him."

"Oh well you were in the same bed with him."

"Twilight it was freezing last night and he was the warmest thing in the room plus I'm not naked or in my underwear."

"Oh well sorry for jumping to that conclusion." Twilight said sheepishly looking down at the ground and yanking at the end of her purple shirt walking up Dark Moon hugged her and said "Its okay but hey if I did I would be hurting after all i am a virgin." Twilights eyes went wide smiling they both walked back to the vehicles they own. Leviathan watched them all leave turning he trugded down the hill he was on a good mile away he sighed the pain in his chest seemed worse now that Dark Moon had left out land he roared out in rage and spit flames out onto the ground around him.
