The Solar Crash

I was penetrating every layer of the atmosphere as I flew extremely fast down to Earth. I was planning on visiting Ponyville, a town I saw everytime I flew around Canterlot. Nobody has seen me because I flew in invisibility whenever I'm near the public. All I ever did was watch over the ponies as they go about their day. Some pegasi would fly right past me and would never notice.

I finally penetrated the troposphere and slowed down my wing flapping. But as soon as I about to slow down, I felt a sharp twist in my left wing. I yelled as my left wing stopped flapping. I tried to check it, but I was going too fast to turn my body around. I winced in pain as I began to feel gravity take over. I began to free fall to Ponyville, at 500 mph. I closed my eyes as the last thing I dared to look at  was the light of the houses over the horizon.

I whispered to myself.

"Stop......" .

I waved my hoof over the town and almost immediately, a glowing white dome appeared, covering the entire area. I braced for impact as green and yellow bands of light formed around me.

"Ohhh, this going to be bad...." .

That was the last though that ran through my mind before I smacked the dome, face first with full force. A loud, low rumble reverberated through the dome and then began to crack and soon afterward, it shattered into a thousand pieces. The force was so strong, I felt light-headed from the impact, and blacked out.

I heard lots of voices ring through my head as I came to. I sat up on my haunches and tried to adjust my vision. I saw blurry objects all around which told me that I was surrounded. Without thinking, I kicked into survival mode and stood on all fours.

I hissed as my eyes turned to slits again. Huge black tentacles shot out of my back, ready to defend myself. I flared my wings out and felt that oh so familiar pain in my left wing.

"Ah f**k!!!" .

I screamed in my normal voice as my tentacles retracted into my body and my energy left. I sat on my haunches again, gripping my left wing in pain. My vision came to normal as I opened my eyes to see who was around me.

A large circle of frightened ponies were around me, but kept their distance due to the little unwanted show I put on just a minute ago. Their faces were full of fear and pegasi media was constantly taking pictures of me, but dared not to turn the flash on. Then I realized that I was in the worst situation possible. I've been discovered. I tried to take off, but my wing wouldn't let me. I felt like I had sprained most of my body. It would to even move. On top of that, everypony had saw me in my worst form. I weakly spoke to the circle of ponies around me.

"Help.....me....." .

Out of aniexty of the situation, my vision blurred, and I later blacked out.

I woke up in a hospital bed with a wire in my right foreleg and a bandage around my left wing. I smiled as I mentally thanked them for their hospitally, but the events of last time came flooding in my head.

"Oh no! The ponies! The crash! The exposure! I really did it this time! Damn it!!!" .

I yelled to myself out loud which started a rumble of conversations outside my hospital room.

I assumed there was probably media ponies out there, waiting to see me...........if they have the guts. I know how some ponies act.

A knock came through my door. I didn't know who it was, but I knew I went too far down the road to hide myself from the fear of the public. I addressed to the knocker with my most serious, but reassuring voice.

"Do not fear my prescence, brave one, for you are the first pony to ever speak to me in over three thousand years. I command you to enter." .

All the chatter stopped as soon I talked. I felt like my voice reverberated through a large hall because that's what it sounded like.

"How the hell did I do that.....?" .

Never once did I had to ever speak to anypony but myself. I checked myself as the pony entered through the door.

It was a pony, it was one of those alicorns. Except this one had a mane of 4 different colors.

She timidly wakled though the door, closing it in behind her. She stood a great distance from my bed. I saw a look of straight fear from her face. And then she spoke. "w....w we are most pleased that you have arrived to our humble country, Aurora Boreallis......" .
