Some time later, Twilight woke up on the grass.

"Ugh, some birthday..." She groaned as she got to her feet. "At least my birthday in Canterlot was better than this. Where am I?" Looking around, she was in a wide field, littered with trees and patches of forest. Fresh green grass, still wet with dew, sprung up about them. Beautiful wildflowers, species with which Twilight was unfamiliar, bloomed across the field. A small creek ran across gently sloping hills. It tinkled like chimes as it ran its course, distant though audible in the calm silence. Across the hills, a far way off, they saw a waterfall pouring from a cliff. Birds called to each other from the trees, and every so often a buzzing insect flew past. Other than that, there was no sign of life.

As seconds ticked by, she started to worry a little bit, wondering if she's the only mare who survived and not her friends. She looked around one more time, and frantically cried.

"I have to find my friends!" Twilight said as she gallops toward the forest.

For the next few minutes, Twilight frantically called out her friend's names almost every few seconds.

"Applejack! Rarity! Where are you!?" Twilight shouted. "Rainbow Dash! Fluttershy! ANYPONY!"

As she gallops, she spotted a pink castle on the horizon.

"Maybe my friends are in that castle. I hope they're okay, or it'll be the worst birthday ever!" Twilight shouted as she heads inside it. Inside the castle was a sight that would leave Twilight herself speechless. Colorful ponies have huddled together.

"Now, how is she going to find her friends in this situation?" she thought.

Desperate, she asked one of the ponies. "Has anypony seen my friends? Where am I?"

A white pony with a dark turquoise with pink streak mane replied to Twilight, "You're in Dream Castle."

"Have you seen my friends?" she asked the pony.

"No," the pony replied. "In fact, I didn't even know you before. What's your name?"

"My name is Twilight Sparkle," she introduced. "I move from Canterlot to Ponyville in order to continue the study of friendship under Princess Celestia's guidance, and regularly maintains correspondence with the Princess. I represent the element of magic."

"My name is Gusty," the pony said. "By the way, I didn't know you have a princess in Canterlot." Gusty said. "When should I meet her?"

Soon Gusty's question hits Twilight hard and said to her. "Somewhere, I hope." "I hope Spike is okay..." she thought. "And I hope my friends are okay."

Somewhere in Dream Valley, Classic Twilight spots a familiar figure. It was Spike, Twilight's assistant! During the abduction, he was turned to stone by the creature, similar to a cockatrice in Season 1, Episode 17.

Curious, Classic Twilight used her magic to turn him back to normal. He blinked before beginning to move, realizing that he was back to normal. Spike soon turned to Classic Twilight and said, "Thanks, Twilight! I thought I was dead! Floating without a body in a black limbo… I'm gonna have nightmares for weeks."

But Classic Twilight said nothing. They both stared at each other for a moment, until Spike eventually broke the silence, "Uh, hey! Twilight, what happened to you? You look pale."

"Same as you." Classic Twilight said.

"We have to find a way out of this forest. Maybe you can use your magic to find a way." Spike said.

"Come with me. I'll do my best." Classic Twilight said, as Spike hopped onto her back and the duo gallops off.

As they ran, Spike asked her. "Is it just me or I say that you look slightly familiar about yourself?" The reason why is that Spike looks at her cutie mark: 5 purple stars.

Sorry, it took me long enough. First of all, I'm really shocked of how my story had 3 dislikes and no likes. That's just sad. I did the best I could. Please, go easy on me. BTW, if you're not familiar with G1, Gusty is a frequent character who appears in My Little Pony: The Movie and My Little Pony 'n Friends episodes, The End of Flutter Valley and The Glass Princess.
