Twilight Sparkle expected a few things to happen when she became the first inter-universal traveler in Equestrian history. For one, she thought that it would be a lot less physically draining. For another, she assumed that she would enter into a world with its own unique magic, not one of strange creatures who don't seem to have any magic at all. And, perhaps most of all, she expected to land in a field somewhere, or perhaps a castle—and not in the middle of a gaggle of photographers, reporters, and news anchors who were supposed to be watching a New York press conference.
