Chapter 1: The Gate Guard
Chapter 1: The Gate Gaurd
Raphael tasted blood in his mouth. That was a bad sign, not that he bled but that he could still taste. Damn. He still wasn't focused enough to access his abilities granted by his higher form. So he had to improvise.
"If you rise again... prepare to fall once more," the guard said. The tall biped in gold robes and white helm didn't strike Raphael while he had the opportunity. Was it pride or some other edict that stalled his obstacle's action? The guard held a metallic staff with a headpiece on top. On one side, the sun and the other, the moon. The crescent moon side smashed into Raphael's face, leaving some what of an imprint on the man's cheek.
"This place is not for your kind. Turn back," the guard said, his voice stoic.
"Don't you mean 'our kind'?" Raphael asked. The guard was a biped too. Another human. His form was, anyway.
"I am not of your kind, human. I possess powers unlike any you have ever seen before. And if you press me, they will be the last thing you will behold." the guard informed him. His tone was still flat despite the obvious threat.
"Oh yeah? I got a few more tricks up my sleeve too. Why don't we just talk this out?" Raphael clutched the amulet at his neck. He still needed a little more time to build up his strength or find something to take advantage of. Kneeling and clutching the side of his face, he had nothing but open space and asphalt behind him, a massive gate to another dimension in front of him and a shiny golden bastard circling him like a hawk ready to strike him with a killing blow. So he tried to keep him talking.
"So... you come here often?"
The guard nudged Raphael's shoulder with the bottom of his staff. "Do not test my patience."
"What? No one's ever asked you about you before? Or should I say... nopony?" Raphael had to get under this guy's skin somehow.
"I was given this task by the Princess because I have the power to protect our realm. She has ordained that your kind is not welcome on our soil. You will return from where you came willingly or not."
Raphael smirked. "Better than the usual reception I get, I guess."
The guard wasn't falling for it. Using his staff, he pushed Raphael over from where he knelt. The suited man simply fell onto his back.
"Leave, or I shall kill you where you lie, biped," the guard issued his ultimatum. He was done messing around. Raphael had to think. Stalling wasn't working but maybe something else would. He looked up, hoping for some kind of indication of rain. Damn. He needed the rain, it was something he could use. With an ounce of his power. Raphael reached a hand to the sky and parted the clouds so that a ray of sun light shone through.
The guard looked up. He wasted the opportunity he had to kill Raphael as he was lying helpless to make sure he had not summoned some other threat. The guard raised his own hand and moved the clouds back into position. This subtle weather manipulation was just enough to stir the moisture a tad in the higher atmosphere. Too dense to be contained, water began to fall to the surface as rain. Which was exactly what Raphael needed.
His hand was still outstretched as the weather began to change. That was all he needed: change. A change in the wind, a change in the ground, hell, a change in the guard's voice would've been enough. But weather would suffice. Raphael focused on the rain as he performed one of his classic spells. He turned water into chocolate.
The guard still held his staff as the droplets began to fall. His golden robes and staff began to get stained by the chocolate. Raphael couldn't see his face but he could tell by the way he examined the chocolate rain, that the guard was confused. Confused enough that he wasn't watching Raphael's feet.
With a quick sweep, he knocked the guard off his feet. Taking advantage of the fact they were both on the ground, Raphael scrambled to stand as the guard did the same. Thunder roared out over head and the chocolate rain began to come down in torrents now.
"What are you doing?!" the guard yelled, his voice now showing more emotion.
"What's the matter? You want to trade that stick for an umbrella?" Raphael asked. He didn't have the power to alter the guard, not when he was so resolute. Given enough time he could though but for now he was more worried about the weather.
Raphael got to his feet just a moment faster than the guard. Seizing the opportunity, he lunged at the guard and grasped for the staff. The two tussled for it, the guard was physically stronger than Raphael, something he would have to overcome if he was going to get through him.
"I will not succumb to this drizzle."
"Silly me, I forgot the marshmallows didn't I?" Raphael focused on the clouds again. Marshmallows began to hail down onto the battlefield. The two began to get pelted by the soft treats but they began to stick to the guard's golden robes. Slowly but surely as the two struggled for control of the staff, they began to pull the guard down.
"You could've stopped this, you know?" Raph began pushing the guard back. The golden bastard began to get caught on his own robes as the two inched closer to the gate. The guard finally stepped on his own robes, he lost his footing for just a split second. Of course, it was obvious he wouldn't be able to keep track of his own feet as well as Raphael. Raph knew the guard normally had four legs anyway.
"All you had to do was keep an open-door policy!" Raphael grabbed the end of the staff and smashed the guard in the face with it. The bottom of the weapon clanged off the staff's helmet and he was knocked off his feet. The staff's head touched the gate, opening it as the two tumbled through and into the white portal beyond.
Raphael and the guard tumbled into the portal leading to Equestria, the land of power that was foretold of since the beginning of Raphael's family line! For the moment, all Raph could see was white. But he felt the guard, still holding onto to the other end of the staff as they fell. From standing on the flat plane between dimensions, now they were tumbling through midair.
"You idiot, I'm not due back until tonight!" The guard yelled.
"Well tell Celestia that you were pardoned from your duties!"
"Why are you doing this?"
"To save Equestria!" The guard looked at him with a strange look. He began to struggle for the staff once more.
Without warning, the guard let go of the staff. The white light turned into clouds. Strong wind buffeted Raphael as he fell until finally, his vision cleared. A beautiful landscape appeared before him. Equestria. Nothing but green as far as the eye could see. Raphael spotted the golden cloak the guard had been wearing, it almost hit him as it blew past him.
It wasn't hard to see why the guard had let go of the staff, he simply did not need it anymore, as the reinforcements had come to play. Raphael smiled as he noticed him, also plummeting to the ground to his right, tumbling through midair. The guard had changed back to his original pony form, that of one of Canterlot's elite royal guards. With his back to the ground, the royal guard noticed the biped who had tumbled with him through the portal. The fight wasn't over but at least now, Raphael had the upper hand, quite literally. He licked away the chocolate from his lips. He shifted his position until he was in control of his speed.
As he came down to the ground, he smashed his fist into the ground. A great quake surrounded him. The soil around him turned into a rock-hard miniature caldera. "Eeyup, chaos in its prime...*sigh*... whelp, time to get this party started!" Raphael decided that it would be best to simply daze the guards, instead of kill them, so he let out a cloud of concentrated chaos gas, which is like chloroform but twice as potent, only needing to be smelled by air, the guards were soon out cold, this sadly included the airborne pegasi, who crashed roughly to the ground. "Yowch! That just HAD to hurt, I should of made sure to ground 'em first... Oh well, my bad!... okay, this is too good to pass up..." Raphael put the guards into very sexual poses with each other and summoned some alcoholic drinks beside them "Oh! Can't forget these, now can we?" Raphael said as he put some of the guards in skimpy maids outfits, he then backed up and took a picture, making sure to show it to Celestia when he gets the chance. "Enough goofing around, I gotta fix this mess!" Raphael focused on the chaotic energies in the air, searching for the source of the madness, absorbing it's power as he went. "Look out, Gramps, here I come!"

Chapter 2: A chat with horsey macgee
Raphael acknowledged his surroundings. It was much more beautiful than the pitiful corpse of the great world wasteland once known as Earth. How he hated Earth. It became a corrupted husk filled to the brim with vice and plagued by incessant war and pollution. It seemed beyond redemption. That is, until My Little Pony.
What started out as a cartoon based on a television franchise soon turned into an effort to restore the basic values of humanity. The t.v show and its morals went beyond culture barriers, expressed a message and preached the virtues to individuals all over the world. Just as the fires of war threatened to consume the Earth, a different fire broke out at the last second, a fire of peace.
My Little Pony's message of love, acceptance and understanding swept across continents and touched every heart and mind that heard it. Hatred became obsolete, emotions became easier to control and express. Lasting peace was established. It seemed like nothing short of a miracle. The reality was simple; it was.
Humans were unaware that as they watched Equestria, Equestria watched back. In fact, ponies from Equestria had been watching Earth for far longer than anyone realized. The cartoon known as Friendship is Magic was, in fact, created by certain individuals from Equestria who knew that if they did not intervene, Earth would be destroyed. Not necessarily by humans but if humans did not act, they would not be able to prevent the destruction to come. So a message was sent out in the form so simple that a child could understand it; a cartoon was broadcast and watched by the people. Including Raphael.
Raphael had in fact enjoyed My Little Pony and its morals. He, like many, didn't understand how truly real it was until the portals opened. Of all places, a rift between dimensions leading to Equestria appeared in Florence, Italy. A door to Equestria that allowed people and ponies to travel between the two worlds, it was still largely unknown by the majority of people on Earth and ponies in Equestria. That is why Raphael stood guard in front of it: to make sure it remained a secret.
While humanity was united at this point, Earth was still broken. An effort to repair the world was underway but progress was slow. Raphael saw Equestria for what it was: salvation, the second chance humanity didn't deserve. He wasn't going to let humans pervert this land, corrupt it the way they had done their own world. Thousands of people had immigrated to Equestria but only those who knew the truth and could afford to make the trip.
Raphael was one of those illegal immigrants. He kept his own watchful eye over the magical realm, until the guard was placed at the portal. Raph began to focus on his other duty that he assigned himself.
"You!" Raph looked behind him to see the guard again. "You broke my charm, and sent me back home. Celestia will never forgive me."
"Sucks for you." Sean turned around, only to be stopped by a knife that landed only inches away from his left foot.
"You may have broke the charm that gifted me with new powers, but that doesn't mean that I can't defeat you." He charged, with a sword in his hoof. Raph broke the staff in half and discarded it. "Advance toward me, knave!"
Hey, can I take this one. Raph grew angry, but he shrugged off the anger. Raph replied back to his psychotic persona.
'Why the hell weren't you there to help me last time?'
I thought you could've handle that one, Limbo.
'Don't call me Limbo.'
Well that's what we call you.
'Well stop calling me that. Also, if it wasn't for that fluke movement, I probably would have been killed.'
Come on, let me at 'em. Raph once again shrugged off the angry urge.
'I'm the one who takes command, not you.'
Come on, let your other personality's help you. Raph was running out of time. The guard was a ways away, but he was coming at him fast.
'You know what, fine. But I need to end this fast.'
Raph's smarter persona spoke up. Might I be of some assistance.
'Go for it.' Raph smiled, and let his smart personality take over. He slowly lost his sight, and control over his own body. When he could see again, he was in a blank room. He looked around and saw his other persona's.
"Nice to see you again Limbo. It's been such a long time." His magic persona, Runician, said. He was floating in mid-air, doing some movements with his hands. Runician looked exactly like Raph, except he didn't think like Runician.
"Don't call me Limbo. I already told that to Psycho over there." Raph pointed over to Psycho who was sitting against his wall. Psycho was... well, a psychopath. He had a wicked smile on his face at all times, and his head shook constantly. He was the one persona who killed his enemies with brute force, while the other persona's only killed when absolutely necessary.
"I don't remember that." Psycho shook his head violently.
Raph rolled his eyes. He thought back to the first day. The first day he discovered it.
He was very young when he found out he had multiple personality syndrome. He discovered it when he summoned a magical orb from his palms. Raph already knew he wasn't a normal kid, but this made it even worse. He was teased frequently. He always managed to ignore the teasing until one day he eventually lost it. One child said one insult, and his psychotic personality came to light. Needless to say, the orphanage burned later that day.
Intellect, his smart persona, voice interrupted Raph's train of thought. 'It is done.'
"What was that, five minutes."
'It was actually three.'
"I think that beats your record."
'Thanks. Now, if you could take over once again. I don't want to be here longer than I require to.'
Raph began to lose his sight and control once again. They returned in a matter of moments. He looked down upon his fallen enemy. He was bleeding from his mouth and his nose, and he had a large stab wound on his leg. He had no time to mend his wound, for this place was starting to fall apart. He spat on the guard, and ran towards Ponyville. The center of chaos at the moment.
He didn't notice the weapon that he wielded. Currently, it was a two handed broad sword. It could have been a number of things, a magic staff, a mace, or a battle axe. One type of weapon for each of his personalities. Raph first got the weapon when he was fourteen. He had stolen it from a chaos merchant that was hanging out in Iowa. He did a lot of running back then.
How long has it been since we came here. Runician asked impatiently.
"I don't know. I thought finding Ponyville would have been easier." Raph responded. All sense of direction was destroyed by the chaos.
Come one, hurry up. I'm dying to see some action here. Psycho said.
"Be patient for a little longer, I think we're almost there."
Patience, smatience. I need to do something now.
"Then why don't you just-"
"Uh... pardon me. Who are you talking to?" A new voice came to light. Raph stopped in his tracks. He looked around, but he didn't see anyone, nor anypony. He spun around, but he still saw no living thing.
"Up here." Raph looked up. He saw a pegasus flying above his head. "Who are you talking too?" The pegasus was bronze brown, with a mane of dark maroon red. His cutie mark was hard to see from this far away, but it seemed to be something black.
"Uh... no one."
Heh, this is going to be fun to watch. Runician said.
"Shut up." Raph commanded.
"Seriously, who are you talking too?"
"It's none of your concern. Off with you." He suddenly lost control of his body. Psycho had forcefully taken over.
"How 'bout I take care of this." Psycho went for his weapon, until Runician took over.
"No, I will." He summoned magic energy, but lost control. Intellect had taken over.
"How about we let him go. He means us no harm." Once again, Raph took over.
"Stop doing that you idiots."
"What the hay is going on here?" The pegasus was really confused now.
"Just a little-" Psycho appeared again.
"I'm going to kill yo-"
"No, I'll ki-"
"Go, just g-"
"Stop it you fools!" He took strict control over his body once again. The pegasus eyed him in confusion.
"I think I'm just going to go." He flew away slowly.
Limbo, what if he knows where Ponyville is? Intellect asked. Raph cursed to himself, then called out to the pegasus.
"Wait! Do you know where Ponyville is?"
"Why do you want to go there? It's a complete nuthouse."
"I have my reasons. Now where is it?" The pegasus raised his hoof and pointed north-east. "Thanks. Now good-bye." Raph began to walk where he was pointing.
"Hey, no offense, but what's wrong with you?" The pegasus asked.
Raph didn't turn to look at him. "Multiple personality syndrome." He waved good-bye to his acquantice, and began to walk again.
Raph began to recognize the environment around him. It was much bigger than it used to be, and it seemed to stretch on for miles on end.
You should have let me kill him, Limbo. He was asking to many questions. Psycho said.
"Killing him wouldn't have done anything."
It would have given me something to do.
"I know there's nothing that I can do to stop your psychotic nature, but you re-" Raph heard the beat of wings up above him. He looked up, and saw the same pegasus from before.
Come on, let me do it n-
He looked down. "Shut up." He told Psycho. Then he looked up again. "What do you want?"
"Nothing. I just thought you would need help."
"What made you think that I needed help?"
"Well, medical help."
"Sure, that'll work out. Already tried it once."
"What happened?"
"The whole hospital blew up, okay."
The pegasus cocked its head back. "You destroyed a hospital?"
Psycho took over. "Yeah, and it was fun to." Psycho let Raph take control of his body again.
"Sorry about that. But I don't need help, it can't be fixed."
"Well, I heard that talking about it helps dial it down a bit."
This guy thinks he can dial us down. How pathetic. Runician said.
'I don't know, maybe it could work.'
Wait, don't tell me you're actually going to let him do this.
'I need to become more in control. I can't have you guys just appear whenever you want.'
Well that ruins all of the fun. Raph couldn't see him physically, but mentally, Psycho was smiling like a maniac. Not unusual for him.
"You know what, I'll take you up on that deal." Raph motioned for the pegasus to fly down to his level. He did so, but he did so hesitantly. Raph knew that the pegasus was afraid of being killed by Psycho. Raph tried hard to keep them under wraps, but it was incredibly difficult. "What's your name?"
"Shadow Snap."
"Well Shadow Snap, prepare yourself. You're about to get yourself in some pretty deep sh-" Raph was interrupted by a thunderous boom. Both of them jumped in surprise. A downpour of chocolate milk came upon them.
"Celestia seems to have a sense of humour." Shadow chuckled at his own joke. Raph looked down at his newly found companion's cutie mark. It was a black belt.
The pegasus shall be useful in our endeavor. Intellect said.
'Let's just hope we don't get him killed.'

Chapter 3: Brawl of the Badasses
"So, what are you doing here? I thought Celestia put up a guard at the portal." asked Shadow Snap.
"Ever heard of illegal immigration?" Raph looked back at the pegasus, not expecting him to say 'yes'.
"No."
"I think it's better if you don't know." He continued walking, then he explained something.
"Do you know what I am, Shadow?"
"A human." Shadow was naive. He didn't know what was to come.
"Yes and no. You see, I'm actually a spawn. No, not from the devil, but a spawn of chaos." He stopped to let what he just said to sink in. Shadow was probably confused enough already. "I'm the result of a little curse that the first chaos entity let out on the rest of the world. He was defeated, not by Celestia or Luna, but an acestor of theirs. After he was defeated, he said that he would release his soul into every creature, of this dimension and of other dimensions as well. Basically, every species ever has at least one chaos spawn every thousand years or so. And I mean every species. Like, chipmunks, rabbits, and even fish. Their powers are limited, because they're smaller animals. But if a pony, that's a different story."
"Okay, okay. So basically, you're a man born from chaos, and there's about a crap ton more chaos spawns out there."
"Yes."
"Does this multiple personality thing have anything to do with it?"
"No. As far as I know, I think I'm the only chaos spawn with it."
"Wait. If you're a spawn of chaos, doesn't that mean you should be... you know, more chaotic?"
"The rest of them are. But not me, I feel I am need for greater purposes then creating chaos wherever I go."
"What, did you end up taking a life or something." At that comment, Raph stopped walking. Shadow didn't need any other sign to know that he said exactly the wrong thing to the wrong person. "I'm sorry. I didn't-"
"It's fine. It is something that I need to get off my chest anyways." Raph took a deep breath. "When I was first born, my parents realized that I could do things that no ordinary person could do. I could change the wheather I laughed, I could make things move when I cried, I could even replace things when I hiccuped. I... I could even make things move with my mind. I was trying this one day with a knife on the counter. Stupid of me, but I was an infant. My mother didn't see me doing this, and she walked right in front of my hands when I finally got the knife to come towards me. It came really fast too, and it..." Raph stopped speaking there. He didn't need to finish the rest of the story, because it was obvious how it would end.
"What happened after that."
"I-I-I was sent to an orphanage after that. My old man thought that I would kill him, so he dropped me off in a garbage can right next to an orphanage. Suiting punishment for murdering your own mother, am I right." Raph looked back at Shadow with a smile on his face. It was sick to see him smiling at this. Shadow probably would have burst into tears at this point.
"How did you know you did this to your mom?" He was having second thoughts about following him.
"I met my dad a long time ago. After Psycho burned down the hospital, he's one of my other personalities by the way, I met him in a parking lot. I just got in his car, and told him to drive, which he did. We got into a conversation after the shock of some random kid hopping into a random van. I told him my past, and he told me that he was the one who put me in the garbage can, yadda yadda yadda, he told me the part with my mother, yadda yadda yadda, and so on and so fourth." Raph made a hand motion. He was making a circle with his wrist.
"How can you be so non-shalant with this? If I killed my own parents, I would have shown the least bit of sorrow."
"Eh, it's gone and done. I am chaos, I have other things I have to worry about."
"Like what?" He crossed his hooves.
"Killing chaos spawns." The way that Raph said it chilled Shadow.
"Wait... kill chaos spawns?"
"Yeah." Shadow had nothing left to say. He somehow knew that he would get the explanation that he needed.
"How many other personalities do you have besides that psycho chatacter?"
"I have about three more. One personality that I named Limbo disappeared when I killed my cousin River. Nice girl, but was a complete apocalypse. Anyway, he sacrificed himself to kill her. Basically, if one of my personalities dies when he's in control of my body, then I'll wake up with my control back. It just kind of something I had to figure out on my own. My other two personalities are named Runician and Intellect. Runician is a magic type of guy. He's like most of the guys on a football team. Intellect is probably the smartest guy alive. I don't even know how he came to be, I'm not that smart, and here comes this guy talking like an English major."
After talking with shadow snap about his personalities, he decided to clue him in on what he was doing in Equestria.
"WAIT, WHAT?! YOU'RE GOING TO FIGHT DISCORD?! ARE YOU NUTS?!" said Shadow Snap incredulously.
"I think we both know the answer to that..." deadpanned Raph.
"I certainly hope you have experience for that kind of thing!"
Raph lost control of his body. Runician took over. "Yes, yes I do. I've killed about fifty spawns." His head shook violently. Intellect took control.
"To be exact, it was fifty-four." The two personas continued their little conversation inside Raph's head.
Suddenly Raph felt something. It wasn't so much of a pain, but a feeling. A feeling like his entire life is balanced. Everything that's he ever done, good or bad, was just weighed. Something he hasn't felt in quite a while. Limbo.
"You're back."
"Uh, I never le-" Shadow cut himself off. "Right, personalities." He let himself hover in the same spot.
Yes Raph, it's me.
"I thought you were gone. I thought I got rid of you when I finished off River."
Truth be told, I could have sword I was dead. Suddenly, I'm back here.
"Well I'm glad you're back."
"I think you need to worry about Discord right now."
"We still have a ways to walk. We can worry about that later." Raph continued to walk.
"Are you crazy?! Discord could have destroyed the place by now."
"Like I said before, I think we know the answer to that question."
"HELL YES WE DO!" said an overly excited Psycho and Limbo while high fiving in Raphs' head.
"I sadly must agree to the others... our sanity is questionable at best..." said a put out Runician.
"Whelp, I need to charge up on magic, so let's get closer to Ponyvi-auugh!"cried Raph as he opened himself to the plains magic, letting it wash into him
"DAMN! The magic here is intense," said an excited Raphael to himself. "Noo more hours of charging up for me!"
"Charging up?" asked a bewildered Shadow Snap.
"Yeah, I used to have to spend hours, even days absorbing what little magic was in the air back home, but not here! The air here is literally saturated with raw magic! so BOOYAH!" Upon yelling the victorious statement, he realized that they had reached their destination. "Anyway, wait here while I go take care of old man Discord, eh?" said a boisterous Raph as he ran off to his ancestors throne, finding him tormenting a lavendar mare. 'Aw hell to the no! No one screws with Twily!'thought a now furious Raphael.
You got that right. Limbo said.
"HEY! Grandad! Say hello to your replacement, ME!" Raphael bellowed as he dealt a chaos charged uppercut to the fell Draconequsses' jaw "I am here to take you down, old man! The new god of CHAOS HAS RISEN, AND A NEW AGE BEGINS FOR PONYKIND!" Raphael then summoned his trusty Chaos chakrams and slashes out at Discord, not even giving him time to speak before forcing the fiend to dodge the lethal attack
"What are those made of, those are no normal weapons!" said the terrified Draconequs as he just barely blocked, dodged and parried each attack in succession.
"Oh, not much, just some bloodstone, adamantium, and orichalcum forged together in the flames of TRUE chaos, instead of your paltry imitations of a true gods work!" Raphael said as he blocks a slash from Discords claws.
"IMITATION! I am the god of chaos! HOW DARE YOU SAY I AM AN IMITATION!?" Discord yelled furiously. "What are you anyway, some sort of bald Diamond Dog?!"
"No, I am... or was... a human... the embodiment of chaos... and strife! Already did we embody chaos.. but then your power corrupted the human species. Earth was already a hell hole with all of its problems. Then you go ahead an let loose even more chaos into the world by your very prescence. You corrupted good people, Discord... I HAD TO KILL THEM BECAUSE OF YOU! Chaos guide me... Judgement has come!" said Raphael as he was overcome by a smoky black aura of pure chaos, his eyes turning into glowing red orbs, his mouth turning to a glowing red cheshire cat grin, and his pinstripes glowing a dark neon red, crimson red claws now visibly ripping through his gloves in place of his chakrams "NOW PAY FOR YOUR SINS, AND REPENT!" Raphael then leaped at Discord with his claws outstretched, tearing at his enemies flesh"Your powers are mine, as is your freedom, GIRLS STONE HIM NOW!" in a flash of light discords body was enveloped in white and black fire, the embers rising from his cadaver and resting on Raphael, saturating their new master with their chaotic power right as the elements fired, sealing the now virtually powerless Draconequis permanently in stone. "Good riddance you freak of nature. Raphael turned to the purple unicorn mare. She had a look of shock on her face. It was the usual reaction to this kind of thing.
A long, terrifying silence passed between them before Raph spoke again. "Well... we had better clean this mess up then, eh?" He turns back to his original form as he spoke to her, snapping his fingers releasing an inverted stream of chaos, absorbing all of the chaos foreign to the environment into himself and reverting equestria and it's inhabitants to their natural states.
"What are you... how did you do that...why did you do that... I am so confused..." said the purple mare.
"Speaking of you, what is your name little one? I never got the chance to learn it as I was studying my ex-ancestor until." Raphael asked. He laughed while asking the question. The unicorn could do nothing but stare at the human that obviously wasn't human. "WAIT! I should probably introduce myself to your friends as well."
"My friends? But-" She heard five voices call her name from afar.
"TWILIGHT" cried the five pony mares. "We are so sorry! Discord hypnotized us and-" They noticed the human sitting next to Twilight. "Who the hay is that, and where is Discord?!"
"Relax, I took that rat bastard down and replaced him as the god of chaos, I must say though, his soul felt disgusting! It was like a bath in a slimey salad and warm jello. Smelled terrible. Do not worry though, I won't pull any crap like that old gasbag did. I plan on using my chaos to make ponies happy." The six mares had nothing to say to Raph. They stared at him, making these strange looks at him.
"Yeah, right, like we are supposed to believe that, there is no way a wimpy thing like you could take down Discord when we couldn't. What are you anyway?" asked a rather rude cyan mare
"I used to be a human, which is a creature even more chaotic than Discord, but then I became a god of Chaos, as you can all see," said Raphael as he briefly showed them his chaos form "If you meant to ask what my name is, then it's Raphael. It is a pleasure to be the new god in town! Now, let's return those elements to good old Celestia, shall we? After the introductions, of course! Hey you, the one with the hat, you go first!"
The orange equine took her time answering the question. "Ah'm Applejack, and I run Sweet Apple Acres with ma family."
"Hello, Applejack. I have a gift for you." Raph held out his hand. It started to glow a faint green, and then a white puff of dust appeared. When it cleared, a rope was in his arms, along with a number of other items. "These are items that I conjured while taking a brief time to look at your personalities. I think you might take these items to your likings. Anywho, a lasso made from the root fibers of Yggdrasil. It will never break, and almost always find its mark." He gave it to Applejack, who immediantly started to spin it around.
The cyan equine spoke next. "I'm Rainbow Dash! The fastest flier in all of Equestria!"
Braggart! thought Runician.
"First, let's not jump to conclusions."
"But I-"
"Eh. Who's the god of chaos here? Me or you." Raph pointed to himself. "Mind if I just call you RD?"
Besides, if I was able to fly, I would be the best flier in Equestria. Limbo said.
The pony shook her head. "Anyway, here, have these boots, they belonged to Hermes, messenger of the gods. With these, you can fly twice as fast."
"Hello, Darling, my name is Rarity. I run Carousel boutique and I must say that your ensemble is simply fabulous!"
"Why, thank you, madame. Here, have some spools of spider silk. They make for great outfits, sturdy, yet beautiful!" said Raphael.
"HII'mPinkiepieandIamthepartyponyofponyvillesoyoucanguessthatIcan'twaittothrowyouapartybutI'llhavetobecausethechapterisalmostoversoI'lljustwaitforthenextchaptertocomeout!" She said it at the speed of light, so it was hard to catch what she really said.
"Hello, Pinkie. I did not quite catch what you said, but here, have this horn of plenty. Just blow into it to summon a feast whenever you want!"
Twilight spoke up beside him. She too took her time to respond. "Hi, I am Twilight sparkle and I run the ponyville Library with my dragon assistant, Spike."
"Twilight, here is a magiic book filled with all of my home worlds works of fiction. As for Spike I have this magic Diamond that will put you into a teenage blackscale Dragon body, which is much stronger and faster than a normal dragon and already has wings for flight."
The last one to speak was the butter colored pegasus. The poor thing couldn't speak loud enough. It was just adorable to watch. "Hi, I'm Fluttershy, I care for the local animals."
"Hello, Buttersly. Here, have this mask. It will give you heal-sight, so that you can see what parts of an animal are hurt and heal them instantly." The pegasus happily took the gift. She flew off, eager to try out her gift.
"Ooh, almost forgot. HEY SHADOW, GET OVER HERE!" A pegasus came over the hill, looking very excited.
"Did you see yourself, you were like a freaking master!" He stopped his amazement, and stopped to take a look at the six mares he was seeing.
"Girls, this is my friend, Shadow Snap." He introduced himself, and so did the mares. After a conversation with Shadow and the girls, they all went back to their homes.
All of the ponies spent the rest of their day marveling at their tremendous gifts and thanking Raphael, except Butter- I mean- Fluttershy, who told Raphael her real name first, much to the new chaos gods embarrassment.
He eventually got all of them together at Twilight's library so he could ask a favor from them. "Okay, girls. I need to speak with princess Celestia."
"Why do you need to speak with her?" Twilight asked.
"Just some things I need to discuss with her. Come on, let's go talk to a goddess." Raph clapped his hands together, releasing a large tremble of wind. It knocked over a tree, smashed a rock to pieces, and broke a lot of windows. "Whoops. My bad."

Chapter 4:meeting with the godesses
"Okay! Let's go!" Raphael fist pumps as the train to Canterlot stops at the station. His excitement could not be contained by even the strongest of prisons. And he's been in one. "This is going to be great!"
His new associate, Shadow Snap, follows him, showing an equal amount of excitement. It was his first time in Canterlot. Raph begins to walk to the castle, only to be lassoed by AJ. He falls to the ground. Shadow smiles nervously at the orange mare. Applejack stands over Raph.
"Now hold on a sec there partner. We can’t just waltz right in there. We need to schedule a meeting first."
Rarity uses her magic to help Raphael up from the ground. "We can see you're excited darling, but Applejack is right. We need to request an audience with her first."
Raphael sighs while brushing himself off. "Very well then. Twilight, can you set up an appointment with the princess?"
"Of course I can. Spike, take a letter." Her assistant hopped off the train. Twilight clears her throat. “Dear Princess Celestia. We have successfully defeated Discord. Except it didn’t go quite as expected. Though he was encased in stone, he was weakened by a... I don't even know anymore. He looks human, but he possesses powers unlike any I've ever seen. And now this... Mary Sue-"
"Hey!" barked Raph. Twilight chuckled to herself.
"-requests an audience with you. I don't quite know why, but I think it might be important. So if we could schedule a meeting with you, we would very much appreciate it. Your faithful student, Twilight."
Raph's head suddenly shakes violently. Limbo has taken over. "Hey, maybe they will give us a way to give us more control over who gets the lead. I mean, seriously, these random changes suck!"
His head shakes again. Psycho's in the lead. "I think I might have to try harder to take control!"
Runician pulls up "I would not mind a bit more control over who leads... it is unpleasant to be put on the spot like this."
Intellect intervenes. "Enough you hopeless twits! Can't you all see that we are scaring these poor folks!? Put Raphael back at once!"
Raphaels body collapses to the ground, only to stop a few inches from the ground. He used his own magic to push himself up. "Ugh... I hate it when that happens." After brushing himself off once again, he looks over to the mane six, who are looking at him in terror.
Twilight tries to speak, but Raph cuts her off. “You’ll find out later.”
“But-” Twilight is cut off once again.
"... I will explain it all to you when I meet with the princesses, I have a feeling that they would like an explanation as well.”
Spike suddenly starts to gag and cough. He belches green fire from his body. He expertly grasps the scroll, and hands it over to Twilight. "Speaking of meetings!" Raphael eagerly awaits the message from the princess. Twilight reads it with an intense focus.
"She says that we can't see her for another four hours." Twilight says.
Raph's heart sinks into his chest. "You mean... we have to wait?"
"Yep, seems like it. Is that a problem?"
"No. It's just... I have no patience at all."
"Don't worry Raph, there's plenty of things to do in Canterlot." Shadow says.
"Like what?”
"I don't know, eat, sleep, sight-see..."
"I'm a spawn of chaos, not a tourist. Those things are boring."
"Then why don't you try to control your personalities? That could kill some time."
"Do you know how difficult it is to try and do that. I just want Celestia to offer me some kind of potion or whatever that I can use to control over these pieces of-" Raph's head shakes violently. He forms a sadistic smile that stretches about ten miles.
"Why don't you finish that sentence with-" Psycho trys to speak, but he stops abruptly. Not like they usually do when this happens, but he showed a look of pain. To Shadow's knowledge, Psycho doesn't feel pain. Well, he feels pain, he just chooses to ignore it. Psycho's look of pain faded away and formed a tired look.
Raph gasped for air. He looked at Shadow straight in the eye. "HOLY CRAP, THAT ACTUALLY WO- ow."
"See, you can do it."
"I can, but-ow- it really hurts."
"Stop being such a baby. Learn to control it, and it won't hurt anymore." Shadow walked towards the girls. He headed to Applejack specifically.
'I guess there's nothing to do but wait.'
Oh no, I hate waiting. Limbo said.
We all do, but it's the only thing that is possible right now. Intellect said.
Raph exhaled. 'Here comes a long, boring four hours.'
---Ten minutes later---
Raph was curled up in a ball. He rocked back and fourth, while muttering to himself.
---Eight minutes later---
'Did you guys notice that Discord was kind of a weakling?'
Yeah, he barely stood a chance against our weapons of awesomeness! Runician said.
---An hour later---
'For the last time, we are not burning down the Crystal Empire!' Raph mentally yelled at Psycho.
But I'm so booooored. There's nothing to do. Psycho responded.
'Here, let's do some role playing.'
What's that? Psycho asked.
'It's where we make up scenarios and play through them as someone else. For example, let's say there's a giant island that appears out of nowhere. You can be whoever you want.'
Then can I be an evil demon who tries to take over Equestria using nightmares?
'...suuuure, whatever.'
---two hours later---
To anyone who finds this piece of paper, then that means that I have died a terrible death. I have suffered the worst fate a man could endure. Boredom. I was originally supposed to have a meeting with two princesses, but they couldn't see for another four hours. I now have to wait for another thirty-two minutes. I'm afraid I cannot wait that long. I left a small fortune back on Earth. All you need to do is-
Raph was oblivious to the fact that Shadow Snap and Applejack were standing right behind him, witnessing the whole thing.
“Are you thinking what I’m thinking?” whispered Shadow.
“No. What are ya thinkin'.” Applejack responded.
Shadow started to walk towards Raph, making himself look troubled. So does Applejack.
“Raph! I have some news.” Shadow yelled.
“Please tell me that the princesses can see us now.”
“Actually no. They had to extend their meetings for another four hours.” Shadow smiled innocently. Raph stared at him with a burning hatred, that quickly subsided. Applejack is quietly giggling to herself behind him.
"Screw it!" Raph stands up. "I can't take this, we're going right now."
"But we still have-"
"I don't care. I'll be right back." Raph suddenly disappears, then reappears only a second after he left. He had the other five element bearers standing at his feet. And with a snap of his fingers, all of them were in the throne room.
"YES! Yes, I've been dying for this to happen, and now it's finally happening." Raph started to punch the air. The rest were recovering from the shock.
"WHO ART THOU AND HOW DID THY COME HERE WITHOUT OUR CONSENT?!" shouted Luna in the Roycal Canterlot Voice, only to have her mouth zipped by Raphael.
"I'm not done Luna, let me finish." Raph celebrated a little bit more before unzipping Luna's mouth. "I'm sorry for that. Anyway-"
"WHY HAST THOU COME HERE, CAN YOU NOT SEE THAT WE ARE BUSY!?" Luna yelled again. Only now did Raph notice the three important looking ponies. They were all wearing business suits.
"They can wait." Raph said.
"No, we cannot wait! We are currently in the middle of discussing what happened with that Discord cre-" Raph snapped his fingers, and the business ponies disappeared. "Yes you can."
"Twilight, who is this?" Celestia asked calmly.
Twilight walked to the throne, bowed, then looked back up. "This is Raphael. He, uh... helped us defeat Discord."
Raphael's head shook violently once again. While the princesses and the element bearers watched in terror, Shadow simply stared in boredom. Runician took over. "What! If anything, you helped me. I'm the one who weakened him. All you gals did was turn him to stone. I could have killed him for crying out loud!"
The rest simply said nothing. They all stared at him while Shadow sighed. 'This again?' Shadow thought to himself.
Raph's head shook violently again. Only this time, Raph was in control. "Sorry for that. I just have a minor case of multiple personality disorder, that's all." Raph stated.
Celestia herself was speachless. An awkward silence passed between all of them before she spoke again. "Can you... broaden that a bit?"
"Yes. Yes I can. I even prepared for this." Raph reached inside his coat pocket. He brought out a small, green gem. He started to rub it a little, then it grew substantially. Three legs popped out of it, giving it the ability to stand up. "And now, let me introduce my other personalities."
Pinkie Pie ran out of the room, and came back with a chair and some popcorn.
"We will start with Psycho, so we can get him out of the way." Raphael sees Pinkie eating her popcorn. He sends it away with a wave of his hand. "Trust me honey, you do NOT want to see this first one on a full stomach..."
With a clap of his hands, the gem's shadow started to extend onto the wall. A screen appeared on said wall, and an image of Raph was shown. "Greetings- friends of Raphael- to the introduction crystal. Psychotic personalty, Psycho." A picture of Raph in his psychotic state showed up on the screen, along with many attributes.
"Psycho. As the name suggests, he is a psychopath. When he posseses this weapon," Raph brought out a silver square. Within seconds, it grew into a broad sword. "It will turn into two small hammers. But uh, a tad bit more dangerous. And roll the clip."
The screen started to change to a cinematic scene.
A wasteland with Raphael in the center standing shirtless on a pile of dead Humans, Ponies, Diamond Dogs, and Dragons. "Ruaaaaagh!" Psycho charges at a human girl, no older than five, and uses his 'meat stirrer' to behead her" AHAHAHAHAHA!"
Raphael speaks up. "This is the monster I fight to control, Psycho." The cinematic keeps on going. Psycho is seen, grinning and laughing maniacally as he cuts down all in his path. he then comes against a dragon. It breathes fire on him, but to no avail "LETS BURN, BABY!" Psycho concentrates the heat and energy of the fire into a miniature sun, sending it straight into the dragons head, he then uses his weapon to slice open it's chin and crawl insde, cutting it to bits from the inside, he then bursts out from it's chest, holding its heart in his mouth "This is his paradise... I have to live in it whenever he takes over... I hate him with all of my heart..." Nopony has anything to say about it. Most hold in the urge to throw up all over the floor.
"Switching to persona -Runician-" A screen showing Raph in his magic persona.
"When Runician is in control, this weapon will turn into a magic staff." The cinematic begins.
A lone glade is visible, filled with small animals and plants, while a log hut is visible in the distance "Come here little ones, time to feed!" said a kind and happy Runician while he was riding a treant, "Now, who is first?" a little sloth pokes her head out of the treants branches and nuzzles him
"Hehehe, I guess you are first, little one." Runician hands an apple to the sloth, which it munches on happily after giving Runician a hearty hug "Aaaw, I love you to!" all of the animals are fed, and Runician sings them a lullaby for them to go to sleep, and Runician falls asleep in the pile of loving fluff, Raphael is then heard.
"This is Runician, he is my dearest and most treasured friend, I would do anything to make his dream come true, at least for one day..." Fluttershy is swooning over all of the animals.
"Changing to persona -Limbo-"
"When in possession, he has two short swords."
A rusty workshop in the middle of a vast desert is seen, various pieces of technology are seen in the mess that is this glorified garage, all that can be seen is Limbo working on a machine while singing a strange song. "I've been working on the railroad, all the livelong day..." Raphael is then heard "This is Limbo, my guiding voice. He is my balance between good and evil" Limbo finishes building the machine and takes it to his backyard, placing it an equal distance from other identical machines and hooks them up to each other, they activate and produce an aurora borealis.
"Changing to persona -Intellect-"
"He has a staff."
A giant library is seen filled with nothing but books, many pentagrams are visible on the floor, they seem to glow with a strange magic.
"This is Intellect, my most intelligent persona. He is a bit of a recluse, but he's kind enough." An owl lands next to Intellect, he looks over to the bird in question and gives it a food pellet, the owl eats it happily and nuzzles him.
"Changing to core personality, designation -Raphael-"
"Quick little imformation about myself, I'm a spawn of chaos. Discord's ancestor put a curse on every kind of animal, in this dimension and other dimensions, making them spawns. The rest of them are all terrifying, destructive, and crazy people. I wanted nothing to do with it. So I set out to kill them all before they could do something worse than they've already done."
The cinematic begins to roll. Raphael is seen walking through Ponyville, chatting with friendly ponies all the while, for the first time ever, he seems to be genuinely smiling.
"This is my dream... to live out the rest of my days in peace and friendship." A small filly is seen running up to Raphael, tackling him in a hug, which he then returns along with tussling her mane "I want to be loved... To belong..." The crystal image flickers and dies as Raphael begins to cry openly. "To not be hated for what I am... not experimented on, not hated, not stared at. I just want to belong!... crystal, show project bleeding dawn"
Displaying memories of -bleeding dawn project-
The ponies see the years of torture, ridicule, and experimentation that Raphael went through, all because he was different.
"The joke was on them, though. Due to those experiments all life on my planet is over... all that remains is a wasteland and a few survivors in the rubble... all from them using my body like a lab rat!" A massive explosion is seen, with thousands of malformed Psycho clones charging through the smoke. "These were clones of Psycho, a persona that became existent due to me being constantly pumped full of the same miasma that turned princess Luna into Nightmare Moon over a process of five years... I only managed to get control over him thanks to my personas and I fighting alongside each other against him" The crystal zooms into the eyes of the main Psycho to show Runician, Limbo, Intellect and Raphael all fighting Psycho, putting red crystalline chains all across his body. They all pull the chain, making all of his bones broken and dislocated. They all then say "Fall to the will of chaos, cur! We are the originals, you are just a lab experiment, a petty imitation, and don't you DARE forget it!" They all summon they're respective weapons and simultaneously attack his head with them, completing the sealing. "He is now sealed to our will, he cannot harm an innocent under any circumstances. We all have to be in agreement for him to be released. Though, none of us really care about that rule anymore, so he kind of shows up whenever he-"
Psycho briefly takes control. "WANTS!"
"Piece of... The point is, I want to swear my allegence to you. I shall faithfully serve you until my bitter end. Will you make my dream come true?" Raph goes to his knees, bowing to his hopefully new princess.
Celestia ponders the question. Her choices have greatly affected Equestria, so if she accepts his assistance, it could either end up making Equestria a peaceful place, or make it a chaotic wasteland. "I... accept your offer."
Raphael jumps in the air. Obvious excitement on his face summons Pinkie Pie to start celebrating too. She's cheering and laughing along with Raph.
"But," Raph stops dead in his tracks while Pinkie is still celebrating. "I want you to take control of your personalities. We cannot have Psycho getting loose. Do you understand me?" Celestia asks.
"Yes.... I understand."
Celestia smiles. "Then welcome to Equestria."

Chapter 5: Moving day and a party
Raph carried the last piece of luggage that he owned through the portal. He wore a proud smile on his face. Nothing could possibly make his happiness go away. Until an all too familiar voice pierced his ears with a deafening force.
Raphael laughed at this. “I don’t care about such minor characters! the CMC deserve some slack!”
"Why’d y'all scare 'em like that?” asked the yellow one.
“Because I didn’t want them to be bullies... they're a waste of time and air, now please go home.” Raphael turns around and walks into his bedroom. He senses the fillies leaving through the portal. He quickly closed it afterward.
'Should we get to decorating?' Raph asked.
I don't see why we should, because Psycho might destroy everything. Intellect stated.
I WILL NOT! I will destroy what you will allow me to. Psycho folded his arms and pouted. Raph chuckled.
Do you guys think we should get Shadow over here? He is our new associate. Runician stated.
'What exactly will he do over here?'
We might as well get to know him a little better.
'Alright then.' Raph snapped his fingers. Moments later, there came a knock on the door. He walked over to the door, to reveal Shadow Snap... holding flowers with his eyes closed.
"Applejack, will you please be my very-special somepony?" Shadow opened his eyes, which sunk into his head when he saw who was at the door.
"OOOOOOOHHHHH, OF COURSE I WILL!" Raph swiped the flowers out of Shadow's hand and gave him the biggest hug that Shadow had ever received in his entire life. "WHY DIDN'T YOU ASK SOONER?!"
"Real funny." Shadow snatched the flowers out of Raph's hand. The spawn let out a hardy laugh.
"So how long have you two been a thing?" Raph nosily asked.
"We aren't. I was just about to ask her out, but you had to but in!" Shadow shouted.
"Sorry, I just needed to get you over here."
"For what?"
"We just decided that we should get to know you a little better."
The request came as a shock to Shadow. Nopony has ever been so curious as to what his life has been in his life. "Alright then."
Raph reached inside his pant pocket, and brought out a "First question: Who are your parents?"
"My mom's name is Alimony, and my dad's name is Hension." Shadow stated. Raph wrote it down
"Date of birth?”
“Yesterday.” Raph looked up from his notes. Shadow smiled weakly, while looking around the house.
"Nice place. You gonna decorate it?" Shadow asked, trying to change the subject. It was nice that somepony (or in this case, somebody) wanted to know more about him, but he felt uncomfortable talking about himself. He usually let somepony talk about themselves and only talk about himself if he was asked. So far, he hasn't been asked.
"I was trying to decide if I should. If we do, Psycho might destroy everything. And you know how much he likes to destroy things."
Shadow said nothing. He looked around some more. "Do you need any help?"
"Nah, I've got it. All I need to do, really, is-" Raph suddenly stops talking. He freezes in place, looking at nothing in particular. His face looks like that of a man who has seen something out of the ordinary.
"Hello?" Shadow waved his hoof in front of Raph's face. No response. Shadow went to try and tap his forehead, but Raph grabbed his hoof. While Raph was still looking at nothing, he raised Shadow of of his hind legs, and threw him against the wall.
Raph's head turned to Shadow very slowly. Blood poored from his eyes. His pupils slowly vanished, and all was left was whiteness.
He spoke in a demonic voice, which might even give Discord's goat legs a shiver. "You will all die. You're time shall come soon, and everything in existence shall cease to exist. I'm coming. Just you wait."
Raph's eyes began to turn back into normal. He let go of Shadow, and fell to the floor. He screamed in agony, but stopped after ten seconds.
"... Hey, Snaps, you know how you said it would hurt less each time I cut him off? WELL YOU ARE A DIRTY LIAR! THAT HURT EVEN MORE THAN LAST TIME!" Raphael shouted at Shadow. His blood still flowed freely from his eyes.
Raph sighed, snapped his fingers, and healed himself completely. "Jeez Psycho, that sure was something. Where did that come from?" He asked, smiling like an idiot. It slowly dissipated when he realized what he had done.
"Shadow! Are you alright?" Raph rushed over to him. Shadow rose from the ground, obviously in pain.
"I've had worse. And that wasn't your fault, it was Psycho's."
Raph lost control, and Psycho took over. "That wasn't me! I don't even know what happened!"
"Right, and the sun and the moon move by themselves." Shadow sarcastically replied.
"I'm serious!" Shadow let it slide. It was just Psycho being Psycho... literally.
Raph took control once again. "Come on Psycho, I can't let you do that. Imagine if you did that at Pinkie's welcome party."
Raphael jumped back in fright. "Jeez, you've got to stop doing that. You'll give me a heart attack one of these days."
"That can happen? I thought you were impervious to things like that?"
"Since when did I say that?"
"You didn't say that? I guess I must have heard wrong." Pinke sat on the ground, with a smile on her face.
It was something small, but Raph noticed something different about Pinkie. Her mane seemed to look a little more... stylish. It was like Rarity made Pinkie's mane look better. But Raph decided it wasn't something he should bring up.
"So... how's that party planning going along?" Raph asked once more.
"Why don't you find out?" Pinkie grabbed Raph's hand, and dragged him outside into the streets of Ponyville. Shadow walked after them.
Raphael already knew that Pinkie was the god of parties, but she really outdone herself this time. Everything looked amazing. It was at night, the time of day that Raph really enjoyed, and it served as a beautiful surrounding for the whole thing. It was also bright enough to see everything, so no street lights were necessary. A large stage was located outside of the town hall. The theme seemed to be love for some odd reason. Whatever. Raph wanted to be loved by the residence anyway. Pinkie can probably read minds or something. What can't she do?
The festivities started out small, because the party wasn't supposed to start for another twenty minutes. It was originally just a normal conversation while drinking some cider, but it somehow turned into some kind of dance. A slow dance. This was a problem, because Raph couldn't dance at all. Probably because he's never had the chance. Or an opportunity
Raph watched as Shadow slowly approached Applejack. She was facing away from him, and was having a little conversation with Rarity. Shadow was about to turn around, but Raph used his magic to make Applejack face Shadow. Shadow looked over at Raph, clearly cursing at him. Rarity backed away, smiling like a teenager. The two shared a little talk, and got into a slow dancing position.
"Hey Raph, you want to dance with me?" asked Pinkie Pie. Of course it was Pinkie Pie, who else would it be.
"I-I'm not a dancing kind of spawn."
"Oh come on now, that's a cliche, and you know it." Pinkie chuckled a bit, then dragged him onto the dance floor.
Pinkie stood up on her hind-legs, and put her four hooves on his shoulders. Raph put his hands on her shoulder (or whatever it's called.) and on her chest area. He was hesitant to do anything at all. "Come on, at least try something." Pinkie tried to motivate him.
The first thing that Raph attempted was just some fancy footwork. Somehow, he ended up doing it perfectly. "WOW, that was really good. Are you sure you don't dance, or are you just a mary-sue?"
"I am a mary-sue, aren't I?" Pinkie laughed at his little joke. Raph adored her laugh. That little snort she has is actually quite adorable.
'Wait wait wait. I'm a human and she's a pony. This can't work out like this.'
You're a spawn, you can do whatever you want. Limbo said.
What's the worse thing that can happen? A great evil will befall Equestria? Runician stated.
It's probably not the best idea. You are a powerful being, she's a pony. You can do unspeakable things, and she's a pony. That probably won't workout. said Intellect.
'I guess you're right. I'll just try to be her friend.'
"Raph, why are you looking at your forehead. I don't see anything wrong with it."
"Sorry, that's just how I communicate with my other personas."
No, don't do that. She'll ask what we were talking about, then you'll have to lie. You don't want to do that, do you? Limbo intervened, being the angel in this "shoulder angel" situation.
She won't be able to tell that we're lying. Just go ahead and lie. Psycho said, obviously being the demon.
"Really?" she asked.
Raph smiled crookedly. "Yeah. It gets really messy up there."
Pinkie laughed. It was quite infectious, and it started to make him laugh. They laughed until their bellies couldn't take much more. Raph couldn't lie to her.
"Hey Raph, why don't you play some of your music? I'm sure you've got some great songs."
"I'm not sure that's a good idea."
"Why not."
"I'm not entirely sure that my music is... well... appropriate for this situation. Or any situation, really."
"I'm sure it can't be that bad."
"You really mean it?"
"Of course I do! Who am I, a dictator on music?" Pinkie winked.
Raph took a moment to realize what Pinkie just said. Never has anyone been this nice to him. His moment of realization was done, and he was overcome with happiness. He took Pinkie in his arms, and gave her a wonderful hug. He spun her around a couple times before setting her back down. But he wasn't finished yet. He planted a soft kiss on her cheek, and bolted towards his house. Pinkie rubbed her cheek, with a smile that stretched ten-miles wide.
Raph returned later, carrying his cinematic crystal. He raced to the stage, and prepared his crystal. 'What song should we play?'
Mixed results from everyone was what he had received. 'I've got it!' He clicked his crystal, and the song began to play. I Come Alive, by The Used.
Raphael was singing along, dancing all the while. It may have been lip-syncing, but in his mind it was singing.
And I thought Psycho was terrible singer. said Limbo.
'If you were having the time of your life, you would do some terrible singing as well.'
That doesn't even make sense.
'You don't make sense.'
Unbeknownst to him, the whole of Ponyville had arrived to the party. And none of them looked too pleased to be listening to this.
"Get out of here you freak! Your kind isn't welcome here!" A couple ponies threw some rocks, which managed to hit Raph square in the chest. He decided to let the pain stay... for now.
Raph, don't get angry. This will blow our chances at living a good life. Runician warned Raph.
'Don't worry, I won't.'
"AND WILL YOU TURN THAT CELESTIA AWFUL MUSIC OFF!?"
Raph merely blinked, and the crystal stopped playing. "Greetings civilians. I apologize for my behaviour."
"Yeah right!" A bottle flew across the night sky, hitting Raph's face. He tumbled back, nearly falling off the stage. He looked to see who had thrown the bottle. Who else but Prince Blueblood. You could just hear Rarity blowing a fuse only seventy feet away.
The clopping of hooves could be heard behind Raph. The mane 6 were coming to his rescue. "Leave him alone!" They all shouted at once.”
"And what exactly are you fillies going to do? You may be some big shots, but that doesn't mean you can house a human."
"He's the one who stopped Discord! What are you even doing here?" Pinkie shouted.
"I could have spent my vacation in Haywaii, but my aunt wouldn't allow it. So she sent me to this hell-hole."
"Yeah, hell hole!" His followers yelled. Follow the one who is most popular, and that's how you get him to like you. Ponies are honestly that stupid?
"... ALL RIGHT THEN! HOW ABOUT THIS, I SHOW YOU ALL WHAT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED IF I DIDN'T INTERVENE!"
Raphael throws his crystal to the ground, creating a massive screen.
The crystalvision now showed the aftermath of Discords chaos spree. Horrible monsters running after ponies including the deaths of the Mane six and of the Royal Pony Sisters, not to mention the destruction of all of Equis.
"Oh really? Why don't you prove it, whelp!" Blueblood shouts. He smiled smugly.
"You want me to prove it, do you?" Raph jumped off the stage, preparing to mega-punch his sorry flank onto the moon. His rage built up inside of him, which nearly sparked a fire in his soul.
He was only a foot away, when he felt a great pain in his body. He could hear Psycho yelling at the top of his lungs. His screams bounced around in Raph's head.
"HA! You're weak. I bet you cannot even lift a trash bag." Blueblood taunted. "You're an abomination!"
"... You think I like this? You think I like being considered an abomination by my own kind?...I don't... I really don't..."
Raph feels the warm sensation of a pair of hooves wrap around him. He turns around and is shocked to see Pinkie Pie. Crying. "You don't have to listen to these meanies. I know you just wanna fit in... I'll be your friend..."
"Psycho?" Pinkie asks. He turns around to face Blueblood.
"No... I, Raphael, should tear out your horn and sodomize you with it you slug sucking bastard! You are lucky I promised your dearest aunty I would not harm a single fly, or else I would hang you by your own entrails!"
The two started to generate wave after wave of malignant chaos energy, "You wanna see a real monster? Well... here ya go, ya nitwit!"
Mandibles erupt from Raphaels mouth as his ribs tear out from his torso, turning into sick, twisted insect legs. His left arm shrinks, lending its mass to his right arm. A great amount of seething, spiked tentacles surge from his body. Lastly, a pair of demonic wings erupt from his back alongside a barbed tail. He grabs Blueblood by the horn and lets out a sky peircing roar, scaring the poor unicorn senseless. He tosses him into the crowd, and reverts back to normal.
"GET OUT OF MY SIGHT! TO THINK I WANTED TO LIVE AMONG YOU, PROTECT YOU EVEN! WELL, THAT SHIP HAS SUNK! I WILL ONLY PROTECT THESE PONIES NOW! THE REST OF YOU CAN BURN FOR ALL I CARE!" Raph shouted, now in full control.
An ethereal version of Runician appears right beside Raph. "Calm down Raph! You don't mean that! It's just Psycho messing with your head!" Runician puts a hand on Raph's shoulder. Raphael lets out a cry of pure agony. "That's right, Raph! Fight it! You can do it! I believe in you!"
After a final cry of pain, Raphael falls to his knees, crying tears of black blood. Everything is silent until Raph speaks. "...I'm sorry, I'm so, so sorry. I have to go... it's happening again..."
The clouds covering the moon recede, showing that it is blood red. As the crimson light washes over him he turns back into the demonic form. " ...Run... run before I lose to him..." Raphael throws Pinkie off of him and runs into the everfree, leaving a trail of bloody tears. His voice echoing throughout the forest. "...Don't follow me... There's no stopping him now... Bloody moon makes Psycho strong... I need to turn myself to stone..."
Pinkie is crying at the thought of the pain he must be going through. She couldn't let the only person that she ever loved turn himself into stone. She ran into the jungle, with her friends and Shadow following close behind her. She eventually finds him and tackles him. Both are crying uncontrollably. The others are looking at him in sheer terror.
As Raph struggled to throw Pinkie off of him, the eight of them were blinded by a sudden light. Slowly trotting out from the light, Celestia walked to Raph. He stopped his struggles and got up from the ground.
Without saying anything, she reaches inside a sack that she held at her side, and pulls out a golden vial. "I will undo the blood moon..."
Her horn glows golden, and the moon turned back into its original state.
"...thanks princess. I thought that I could handle it after I shoved him back inside... but he just came back, stronger than the last time this happened... then Blueblood threw that bottle at Pinks, and... I just lost it... I almost broke my promise and struck him. I have never fought against Psycho so hard," Raph's tears were no longer red. He sniffled. He took the bottle from Celestia's hoof. "Maybe... maybe I should just go to the forest and... take care of myself."
"I will never leave you. I will never stray from my objective. I am forever yours."
