Twilight's Flying Lesson

Twilight wakes up, and starts stretching, like the other morning. Stretching is needed when you train everyday.

She brushes her teeth, straightens her hair, walks out, and flies off to Rainbow's place. On the way there, she sees her friends, who happily waves to her, seeing that she's flying.

She's at Rainbow's place now. *Knock, knock!* Rainbow opens the door, a few seconds after she knocked, unlike yesterday.

"Oh, hey Twilight, I've been waiting. I decided to tell the others, that they should come see you train, yesterday, before I went home." Rainbow Dash says.

"Oh, ok. Where are they?" Twilight asks.

"Twilight, remember, you're an Alicorn, that's why you can walk on clouds. They're not Alicorns, they can't do it yet." Rainbow states.

"Oh, yeah, true..." Twilight says, while facehoofing herself.

Twilight stays for a little while, and gets some breakfast.

they sit for a little while, talking about how it went yesterday.

Twilight, and Rainbow, then stands up, and flies off to get the others. Twilight tabs Rainbow's left side, and tells her to look down, because AJ's down there.

Rainbow Dash quickly yells "Hey AJ, you comin'? We're going to get the others, and then we'll go train."

"Yeah, of course, Ima comin'. Just give me a few seconds, I need to buck the rest of these damn apples." Applejack Replies.

"Ok, we'll see you there." Twilight yells to AJ.

Twilight, and Rainbow finds the others, and tells them to come join them now.

They're at the training spot now, and ready to start.

"Ok, Twilight, today I'm going to teach you, how to fly fast. All you have to do, is just concentrate. You have to use every muscle in your wings, to dash, and you need to push yourself forward. I'll show you how first, so you can see how I do." Rainbow says.

She flies up into the air, and starts dashing. She's so close to breaking the sound barrier, and do a sonic rainboom again, but I think she's slowing down on purpose, because it doesn't even look like it's hard, anymore. She flies down again, and tells Twilight to give it a shot. The others tell her good luck, and Twilight flies into the air.

She's flying alot better today, compared to yesterday. She's still swinging a bit, of course, She probably isn't used to it yet. She straigthenes up, and starts flying faster, and totally straight. She speeds up, and is now flying pretty fast. If we should go after wing-power, I'd say she's flying with around 10. Still not as fast as Rainbow, obviously. But still faster than Fluttershy. She lands again, and asks Rainbow how she did.

"You did really good. I must give you a tab on your bag, for this performance." Rainbow Dash answered.

Twilight sort of collapses, after Rainbow's so-called *Tab on the bag* More like a punch.

"Ouch!.. Rainbow, next time, don't hit me, just tab me, please." She grins.

"Oh, sorry Twilight. Well, go up there, and give it another try." Rainbow Dash says.

Twilight nods to Rainbow Dash, and starts running, she then takes a leap, and she's airborne again. She flies really fast this time, since she took that inlet, before she leaped into the air. But, she flies a bit too fast, and starts loosing control again. She falls to the ground, and faceplants the earth. The others run to her.

"Are you alright, Darling?" Rarity asks, pretty loud.

"Yes, I'm fine... Just a little scratch. Well, and a really big headache." Twilight states.

Fluttershy and Rainbow each grabs one of Twilights' fore-legs, and lifts her up.

"Thanks guys." Twilight says, while smiling to both Fluttershy, and Rainbow.

"You're welcome, Twilight." Fluttershy says, almost whispering.

"Anytime, sis'." Rainbow sort of yells to Twilight.

Pinkie Pie goes to Twilight, and starts talking like crazy "That was so cool Twilight! You were really flying fast! Maybe someday you can make a sonic rainboom, too! Well, probably not sonic rainboom! Only Rainbow Dash can make a sonic rainboom, because she is raibow-colored. Maybe you can make a sonic purpleboom! Or something purple, since you're purple and all! That'd be so great, don't you think!?"

Twilight, and the others just start laughing, and nods along to Pinkie's craziness.

"Well, Twila', you did do a good job." Applejack says.

"Thank you. I think I'll give it one more try, and hope I don't crash this time." Twilight says.

She runs, and leaps into the air, and flies really quick. Even faster than before. Around 13 wing-power, this time. She flies torwards the ground, and is about to hit it, and then she leans upwards again. She probably just did it, to scare her friends a bit.

"Wohoo! This is so much fun!" Twilight yells to the others. And the others start smiling in relief, after she almost hit the ground.

Some time passes by of Twilight just flying around. She flies downwards again, and lands on the ground.

"Well, that went pretty smooth." Twilight says while smiling.

Rainbow Dash, and the others goes over to Twilight, and they each give her a sister-hoof, and they make a group-hug.

"Well, we should probably all go home now, and get some sleep. I've never been so exhausted in my life." Twilight said.

"Ya'll are probably right, I'm startin' to get real tired, too." Applejack says, and makes a noisy yawn, afterwards.

"I'm going home too. Angel Bunny is probably getting worried." Fluttershy says.

"Yep, me too. Sweetie Belle is probably still waiting for me. I forgot, that I had to make her dinner tonight. She's gonna be really mad, if I don't come home soon." Rarity says.

"I'll go home too, then. I have some cupcakes I need to make, before tomorrow." Pinkie says, while jumping up and down.

"Yeah, I could need a little rest before tomorrows' lesson, too. So Twilight, remember to prepare yourself, for learning some tricks tomorrow, ok?" Rainbow Dash says.

"Will do!" Twilight says, and winks to Rainbow.

They all say their goodbyes, and walks/flies home.
