A Derpy Hooves Story

Derpy and Twilight were reading a book together taking turns reading each paragraph. Eventually they began reading in unison. When they realized this they both began to blush.

Twilight thought to herself Why am I blushing? Why do I have these feelings? These... strange feelings? Twilight looked at Derpy.

Derpy looked back noticing this.

"Uhhh Twilight?", Derpy asked.

"What?", Twilight asked, snapping out of a trance.

"You were zoning out on me there, I thought you'd cast some magic that caused your mind to float off into another galaxy.", Derpy replied.

Twilight replied saying, "Actually two galaxies."

Derpy then looked at twilight, a puzzled look on her face.

Twilight said under her breath, "Your eyes. They are two beautiful galaxies, more like stars. Bright, Beautiful, yellow.

"I didn't quite catch that Twilight." Derpy replied.

Twilight who was still looking into Derpy's eyes said "It's not important."

Derpy said, "Twilight tell the truth, I can tell you're not being honest."

Twilight replied saying, "Well okay. BUT Promise you won't tell anypony or take this the wrong way, ok?"

"I promise Twilight.", Derpy said.

"I think I have a crush on somepony", Twilight said.

"Who is the lucky stallion?", Derpy asked.

"That's just it, its a mare Derpy.", Twilight replied.

"Oh. Well who is the lucky mare then? I mean if they found out you had a crush on them, they'd be crazy not to return the feeling. I mean you are such a smart, caring, beaut-" Derpy was cut off when Twilight caught Derpy in between words and kissed her passionately.

Derpy was shocked.

She then said, "M-m-m-m-m-me?"

Twilight simply nodded.

Derpy said, "What do you see in me? Im a nopony. Im just worthless. Everypony always makes fun of me. Your the number 1 student of Princess Celestia. I'm just a pegasus that nopony cares about."

Derpy began crying.

Twilight hugged Derpy saying, "Derpy it's ok. I care about you. I uh.... I uh.. I love you. I think you are the most beautiful mare I've ever seen, and your knowledge impresses me, I think your eyes are the most beautiful eyes I've ever seen. Anypony would be lucky to have you, that said, will you be my very special somepony?

Derpy was shocked.

"I have to say, ---"
