"Oh Chris, I was hoping you would come to see me soon, I would really like to run some tests on how magic affects you?" I can only assume she asked instead of putting as a statement in a way of asking me if it was okay if she did this.

"Sure Twilight, might I ask what kind of testing we are going to be doing? Also I have something I really need to talk to you about." I really need to talk to her about the magic I now seemed to possess. "You do know I am here too, right?" Well yeah, but you're me, so you want to know too. "Darn, you're right."

"Chris? Chris are you there?" Well at least she was more tolerating than Applejack.

"Yeah, sorry, been spacing out a bit lately, it's about when you lifted me with your telekinesis."

"Yes okay, what about it?"

"So, I may now have another voice in my head and have the ability to call upon the same amount of strength that I had last night at will..."

"She looked dumbfounded " Uhm, well that is...new, I have never heard of, or read of anypony ever reacting this way to magic."

"Yes, well I'm not a pony now am I? The voice said that it was the dormant part of my brain that is reserved for magic, my body is slowly being adjusted to be far better in pretty much every way. From what it and I know, we share a collective base of knowledge, it is basically the same personality type as me."

"Chris, I think we should begin some testing, I am going to hit you with a minor dizzying spell alright?"

"Uh yeah sure." She proceeded to hit me, I felt nothing...no wait I felt a tingling, the next thing I knew I was standing on some recently charred wood..." Uh Twilight, what just happened?" She looked as surprised as I did.

"Well, I believe your body, or magic, rejected my magic touching it, or absorbed it, and then released it as pure energy."

"Oh, so what I am hearing is I am potentially magic resistant?"

"Yeah, pretty much, we should keep testing though."

About two hours of testing later, and moving to her basement for safety reason later. Within the two hours all the ponies from the party dropped by, all of whom stayed, Zecora of course did not show up, she did not have a lot of reason to come to town.

"Okay, there is one more type of magic I can cast on you, transformation magic, are you ready Chris?"

By now I had gotten the drill, get hit with magic, have something dangerous happen, move on. "Yeah sure, lets do this." I said this quite non-nonchalantly, this is really boring after a while.

"Huh, that's weird, I feel shorter, hey twilight did it work?"

Strangely Rainbowdash spoke first. "Sweet." Now I was worried, what happened, what did  Twilight do to me?

"Well Chris, you could say that it did work yes...just not how I was expecting it to." Initiate panicking...now.

"What did you do?! Get me a mirror, what went wrong!?"

Pinkie pie began to speak now. "Well, it's not baaaaaad... it's actually really cool, but you're gonna need a new name oooooo, maybe something like haurmapf." Thankfully rarity was nice enough to quiet her.

Wondering what pinkie meant. Twilight walked back in holding a body mirror. "Chris, just... don't freak out okay?"

I nodded, she set the mirror down..."I'm a..a pe...Pegasus... how...why." As is my usually response, I fainted.

Waking to find an annoyingly bright sun shining through the window, I brought the pillow to my head with my hooves...hooves? The events of last night hit me like a freight train, before my eyes was stallion pony with a dark brown coat and a jet black mane, to say it was less than settling would be an understatement. I began to scream and holler, loudly.

The first to barge in my room was surprisingly Rainbowdash. "Chris, are you okay?!"

"A little, how and why did you get here so fast?"

"I uh was flying by and heard you scream so I came to see if you were okay."

"Rainbow, I started screaming and in less than a second you ran in." I deadpanned

"Okay so me and the others may have stayed to make sure you would be okay..."

I went to get out of the bed, the way my limbs worked was weird if I thought about moving them it seemed off and kind of forced, but if I just went like how I would with my old appendages movement came very naturally, once again, just plain weird, probably something to do with this janky magic.

I walked down the stairs with Rainbow to see all of the mares sound asleep. "Heh, heavy sleepers ay?"

"Yeah, in their defense though they were up all night worrying about what to do, Twilight, only fell asleep a few hours ago.'

Well, I felt terrible. "Oh, I'm sorry. All this fuss just because I switched from a human to a pony, no big deal." The last few words had sarcasm flowing so thickly through them they were copious to ponies health.

"Well yeah, it is kinda a big deal I mean, I would hate not having my wings, that has to be something like not having your hands." She was really trying to fell for me, this pony was nice...and cute...I am not comfortable with that thought.

"I think that when she changed me last night it affected more than my body."

"What do you mean?"

Trying to come up with a cover up I figured one out pretty quickly. "Oh well, I can't talk to the magical portion of my brain anymore."

"Oh, well that doesn't sound so bad, it was only with you for one day?"

"Yeah, but still it is just a little unsettling." As if to emphasize this point my wings fluttered and move around a bit, forgot I had these.

"Hey Chris?"

"Yeah, whatcha need?"

She was blushing a little...it was adorable...nope come on dude none of those thoughts! "Do you wanna learn how to fly, ya know, using your wings?"

I was sure I was blushing a bit now. "Uh..uhm yeah, I would love to do that, how about tomorrow?"
