Dinky is having reoccurring nightmares of a town called Silent Hill. When Derpy drives them there in an attempt to figure out why she is having the nightmares and stop them, they end up getting in an accident outside of the town and Dinky goes missing.

Wanting to get her back, Derpy crawls through the closest thing on the planet to hell to retrieve her daughter. In turn, she finds out a horrifying truth.
