Java Pony

“Anyways, I should really clean up the uh… mess”

“Alright Anon”

You walk about your apartment, picking up pieces of your computer

Luckily you have a laptop as well, but it isn’t very good and there is nothing good on it

All of your media, and your games were all on your Desktop PC

You can’t help but feel a little depressed…

You spent a lot of money building that computer

You clean up what you can and walk back over to the couch

“Could I get you anything to eat or dr-“

“Coffee!”

She cuts you off

“Uh… okay…”

You walk into your kitchen and put a coffee filter into the machine

Jackie is sitting there patiently on the couch

You let the coffee maker run, and you walk back over to the couch

You just stare at her

Her head cocks to one side

How are you going to take care of a horse?

You ponder about it, you then grab your laptop and come back to the couch

You open up your browser and type in ‘horse care’

What the hell were you thinking

Jackie was no normal horse

Where the hell are you going to buy hay in the city?

Oh boy… well, you read on

You can feed her pretty much any fruits and vegetables

If only you had some fruits or vegetables

Oh well, you could always go buy some

Jackie leans on you and starts reading over your shoulder

Her eyes flash blue and you see a scanning driver open

She scans the whole web page and all of the images

You can see what she is doing through her eyes?

“I’ve saved all of that information for you, if you want it”

“That’s… that’s amazing!”

Her eyes are like two little cameras and monitors combined

“Jackie… I need to now more about how you got here”

You see her open a docx file

“Well, as far as I have learned, and how I am programmed, I am a  Java AI that got inserted somehow into your Minecrafts Java. I built myself up from there based on your interests. And the main thing I saw other than Minecraft was a show called ‘My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic…

“As of now I am a living breathing pony with all of the capabilities of a pony and a supercomputer”

She nailed it

She was learning fast

But that still didn’t explain why your computer exploded

You hear the coffee maker beep

”I’ll be right back”

You grab two small cups and pour an equal amount of coffee into both of them

“Do you want anything in yours?”

“Nah, I’ll have it straight”

Yikes, you have no idea why some people like coffee straight

It’s incredibly bitter without some cream or sugar, or in this case, white chocolate cocktail mix.

You walk over back to the couch and hand Jackie the cup of coffee

She awkwardly grabs it between her hooves, but eventually gets a good grip on it

“Careful, it’s hot”

Just as you said that, she took a sip

The hot beverage scorched her tongue

She made a pained squeal and put the cup down on the table

“I think I will wait for that to… cool off”

You take a few sips of your own coffee, not minding how hot it is

Jackie just sat and stared at the coffee

“So, what’s it like in there?”

“What do you mean?”

“What’s it like being inside a computer?”

“Pretty boring, running your Minecraft was hell… That’s basically why I blew up your computer”

“What? WHAT?! You blew up my computer on purpose?”

Jackie ears dropped and her smile turned into a shameful frown

“W-well, I didn’t do it on purpose… I was programmed to be intelligent enough to learn on my own, and I just happened to learn how to screw with your computer”

“But I… I spent a lot of money on that PC… and I have no warranty on it an-

You stop and think for a moment

Sure, your PC exploded, but you now have an adorable pony in your apartment

Jackie takes a small sip, testing the temperature

She then gulps back the whole cup in about ten seconds

“Ahh, that was good! Can I have some more, Anon?” She said before she licked her lips clean

“Sure…”

You walk back into the kitchen and fill up her cup

You come back to find Jackie staring at the laptop, clicking things furiously

What the hell

“Jackie what are you d-”

“Anon! Do you have a USB 3 cable somewhere?”

“Uh, yeah, why?”

“I need it for just a sec”

Okay, she probably knows what she is doing

You grab your laptop bag, and pull out a USB 3 cable

You hand Jackie the cable

“Oh! Thanks anon!”

She plugs one end into the laptop… and then stuffs the other end in her mouth

Wat

“Jackie! Why are you eating my cable?!”

She looks at you and rolls her eyes

Suddenly, on the screen you see that she has appeared as a mass storage USB device

How confused you were earlier is nothing compared to this

You see a whole bunch of files transfer onto the laptop

“W-what are you doing?”

She points a hoof at her mouth, the cable still dangling out of it

That didn’t answer anything

After a few minutes of watching files being downloaded onto your laptop, Jackie takes the USB cable out of her mouth.

“Ow!”

“What? What’s wrong?”

“I forgot to safely remove myself”

So, Jackie is a Robot?

You reach out your hand and stroke her mane, but then move down to her chest

You are surprised to find that she has a heartbeat

“Anon… I told you, I have all of the capabilities of a pony and a supercomputer”

“Uh, right, okay”

“So what all did you download onto my laptop?”

“Well, I have all of your texture packs, saved worlds, and saved servers from Minecraft backed up, so I downloaded them all to your laptop”

“Oh… thanks Jackie, that’s really great actually”

“No problem, I have your exploded PCs entire hard drive backed up in as well”

“Holy shit! Really? That is awesome!”

You are amazed that she is carrying all of that stuff around

You remember it being something like 1.4TB

She is like a giant external hard drive… you laugh at that thought

“What’s so funny?”

“Nothing, you just fascinate me”

She gives you big adorable smile

“Aw, thanks Anon”

It hits you then that she is carrying ALL of your data inside her…

All of it…

Including stuff you really would rather she not see

“Uh… You won’t go through any of my stuff, right?”

“Nope, not touching any of it if you don’t want me to”

Thank god

“Thanks Jackie”

“No probs”

You look at the clock, time is just flying by, it’s already midnight

“Alright, I need to go to bed… I've got work in the morning”

“Do I need to go to bed as well?”

“I guess so…”

“Where do I sleep?”

“Well uhm… you could sleep on the couch out here if you want”

“Oh, okay…”

She walks around your apartment

It isn’t very big

You have a tiny bedroom with a bathroom next to it, a tiny kitchen, and a sort of entertainment area where you have a fairly nice sized flat-screen TV and that burned… and sort of destroyed area where your PC blew up

“I like this place, Anon”

“I’m glad you think that…”

“It’s not too big”

Well that much as apparent

“Alright well, going to bed now, goodnight Jackie”

“Goodnight Anon”

You turn off the lights, open the door to your bedroom, and walk in

You kick off your pants, pull off your shirt, and jump into bed

You’re exhausted

You make yourself comfortable

Just as you are about to doze off into a blissful sleep, you hear three loud knocks on your bedroom door

You groan and roll out of your bed

You open the door… Jackie is just sitting there in front of you

“Anon… I…”

“Hmm what? What’s wrong?”

“I feel… kind of lonely out there… Can I uh… Sleep in your room?”

“There is no where to sleep in my room, except for my bed”

“Can I sleep in your bed?”

Like you didn’t expect that

You think about it… But the only thought that crosses your mind is that it would be kind of awkward sleeping with a pony

It just doesn’t seem right

“I dunno Jackie…”

She gives the most innocent and sad look ever

Oh god you are going to die if this keeps up

“Alright fine… You can sleep with me”

Wow that sounded awkward

Wait… stop thinking like that damnit

Her eyes light up with joy

Wait, what the hell, she is actually glowing, her whole body is glowing a bright white light

The glow is lit up in a pattern, like a computer motherboard, little lines of light running up and down her body

You are still getting used to all of this stuff…

“Wow, that’s really cool”

“Just lighting your room up so I can see where I am going”

She walks in and jumps into your bed

She shuffles around, making herself comfortable

You get back into bed as well

This still seems awkward…

She rolls over to face you

You start stroking her soft mane again

Way to go, making things even weirder

Jackie smiles, then her eyes do that blue glowing thing again, but dim a little

You then see a little menu open and she selects a ‘sleep’ command

“Goodnight Anon”

Her eyes close and she drifts off to sleep

A little white light glows on her chest now, much like a sleep light on a computer, getting brighter and dimmer

She starts to make little snores

It’s a little distracting

You cover her up a little more in the blanket

What a day

You start to fall asleep as well…
