After the sort of, out-of-hoof meeting with Iron hooves, I began to walk among the few stalls and wagons that were out and about for ponies to browse and buy, or in this case, ponies and this Griffon that I manage to notice out the corner of my eye before the beast disappeared into the crowd, out of site.

Taking it as a bit off, that I notice strange things and turn to find another one looking at me, which I hoped wasn't the case this time.

Then again, I also reminded myself about the incident a few years ago that would surely make my life more interesting, even if it was against my own will.

*a few years back*

I was still in a school for unicorns within manehantan, and as many times now a days, my writing creativity had come to a grinding halt. So to get my mind off of it, I decided to walk around town, maybe even visit this rumored spot that was to change your life forever.

Deciding to go there, I started to walk to the old park that many ponies decide not to go to since it was supposedly haunted by a curse using unicorn. Well, given my arrogant mind back then like many teen ponies, I challenged the appearance of the unicorn mentally as my hooves carried me to the kill on which my friends told me about. Some ponies who started the rumors called it the 'Hill of Eternal Change', since the changes were to last through-out the ages and in your lineage.

Walking up the dark green glade of grass to the hill, I slowly grew more and more unsure of what would happen to me.

After reaching the top, I looked around the park, and upon hearing some hoofsteps, I turned around just in time to see a grey unicorn send a spell at me, the spell connected to me and I passed out on the spot.

*present day*

To make a long story short, I started seeing strange sites and sooner or later a new pony that somehow grows a liking to me, no matter what type of pony it was. Anyways, I did not want to dwell too much on the pa-

"Hmm well hello there, might i help you sir?" As I turned to the voice, I see it belonged to a blue stallion with a green main and tail. On his person was a camo jacket with bits of stone caught between the creases of his sleeves. I looked at his cutie mark, which was a paint brush and chisel in a V shape, before I looked up to his face where I was met with light blue eyes, almost the same light blue you see in the faded sky of an old painting.

"Oh, um unless you have any work I could help with, I don't think you could." This seemed to piss the stallion off, but her only wore it for a second before giving a slight smirk.

"Sure, I got something for ya. It would pay much, but it is something." He would nod back to a wagon that was surrounded by sculptures, big and small, as well as paintings and on the rare siting, a piece of clothing. "Watch my store while I go ahead and go find my chisel. I know I dropped it somewhere, and I can't work without it."

Thinking upon this request, I would give him a nod, and he laughs a bit. "Thanks, your doing this old stallion a favor." He would quickly, almost as quick as a certain pink pony could, explained that I was to attract, sell, and watch the shop before he left in search of his chisel.

As he searched for it, I would sit there behind the bit box that was to be used for any collected bits from profit, wondering if I was going to make any profit for this stallion.

As the day passed, I began to let my mind drift off from time to time, noticing no customers were coming, now the actual owner of the shop. So I decided to look around his wears, not noticing somepony walking up. The pony would slam their hooves on the table, causing me to jolt and say one thing. "Fucking Celestia!"

When my ears heard the sound of some mare giggling, I turned around and looked at a cyan pony with rainbow for her mane and tail. Her red-ish eyes shone on me with amusement. "Bahahahah!" She was practically turning into a hyena with all the laughter coming from her.

Growling, I would glare at her, wanting to beat her, but then again I didn't want to go to jail, so I calmed down and looked at her.

My mouth opened to berate her, but the stallion form before came back with a smile. "Ah dash, being a little bitch and scaring another employee again?"

Dash seemed to be pissed off, but hid it behind a false smile. "Heheh, you know it.... bastard."

I tried once more, trying to say something rather than be interu- "Oi, whity take ten bits and that red sweater there, then vamoose."

Now it is official, I hate the market district of ponyville. At least this particular stand. Without a moment's more of hesitation, I took the bits and the sweater, which at least was a bit nice, and headed off.

Taking the sweater, I started to put it on when suddenly I hear some showing coming from a nearby cider bar. I was about to turn and trot away, but then a familiar stallion voice yelling out in Russian, "Вы не могли разбить меня в миллион лет я чертовски жеребенка.." Translation: You couldn't beat me in a million years ya damn foal.

After that, I also hear some crashing and a lot of angry voices being raised within the bar.

With a Heavy sigh, I head in there, like a royal soldier heading for the front lines to protect the Princess and Nation. Except what I am about to walk in on was a war to grab and protect the namesake of Iron Hooves, the stallion I had met previously, that and also I needed a drink myself.
