Fallen Grace

"GUYS!" Twilight exclaimed at her friends as she was approaching. "I got the right star! My wish came true! I found it!" Her friends, all gathering around wondering the thing that she found. "What is it?" Rarity inquired. "It is the alchemetical composure for wishes!" said Twilight holding up a flask of starnge purple gel, obviously containing magic inside it. It stirred with unease as it was passed around and became erratic when it felt Fluttershy's presence. "Weird, I've never seen it do that before." Twilight started, but was interrupted by Spike who was entering the room with supplies that he was sent out for earlier. "HEY TWILIGHT. I FOUND THE HYDROCEPHALUS-WHAT-ITS." Spike exclaimed as he walked into the room. Twilight forgot all about Fluttershy and quickly rushed over to Spike.

"Hey girls, How many ruins are there within a hundred miles of the entrance of the everfree here?" Fluttershy inquired. Twilight quickly rushed back and everyone was thinking. RainbowDash was the first to speak. " Well, I'm not too sure, but I think there is about only two really." Twilight quickly added her own thoughts. "That's right, there is the royal castle of the pony sisters ruins, and there is castle of Nazareth, which no-one has dared explored since the last time Aetherius fell, so about a thousand years." Twilight finished. Fluttershy quickly rushed out the door and back home. "WAIT! WHAT ARE YOU...planning...".

Quickly, AppleJack gave chase. "Hold on there, Darling." AppleJack exclaimed as she was running next to Fluttershy, trying to get awnsers. Fluttershy, slowing down to a quick trot, wasn't speaking. "Come on now, what's wrong?" AppleJack inquired Fluttershy who had a worried look. "Nothing" fluttershy said. "Oh come on now, we both know that's a bunch of hoo haa. Seriously, what's wrong?" AppleJack continued. Fluttershy had decided to not speak or even acknowledge the question. "Fine then, I guess i'll have to find out for myself." AppleJack claimed. Fluttershy suddenly stopped dead in her tracks and finally spoke. "This is something that I have to do alone, I don't want help." Fluttershy declared. "But..." AppleJack began. "No 'buts' Applejack, I have to do this alone." Fluttershy said. It was getting late at this point and Fluttershy was standing there, in front of her home. "I...I guess so..." AppleJack began, startled by the way fluttershy was now speaking. "Thank you, AppleJack." Fluttershy finished, turning to enter her home.

It was the dawn of a new day, and Fluttershy was leaving her home with her packs filled with supplies to embark on her adventure. She walked throughout ponyville market, going around picking up food, water and medicine. yet, all she could think of was that colt she had met after the meteor shower. He would definitly be hungry and probably sick. The thought of this caused Fluttershy to hurry. "Hey Fluttershy!" Twilight exclaimed from a distance. Twilight trotted up to Fluttershy rather quickly. "AppleJack told what happened, are you sure you don't want help?" Twilight asked. "Actually, I do need soem medicine, think you can help me, and the pharmacy seem to have run out..." Fluttershy admitted. "Sure, what are you looking for?" Twilight inquired. "I'm looking for painkillers, for a sprained wing." Fluttershy continued to describe what she was looking for in great detail. "Oh. I have an extra bottle of that back at my house, I didn't know it was for sprained wings." Twilight confessed.

They made their way to Twilight's house and Fluttershy took the medicine, said her thank you's and made her way to the everfree with the map that RainbowDash was nice enough of making while on weather patrol today. Everyone seemed to help in their own small ways, RainbowDash made the map, Twilight gave her the medicine, rarity increased the size of her packs so they could hold more, AppleJack made her some cider to drink, and Pinkie Pie made her some cakes to eat along the way. "Okay, I can do this." Fluttershy assured herself as she began her trek into the wilderness.

Fluttershy traveled to the castle of Nazareth first. It seemed to be the most obvious place to go. Twilight did say that it hadn't been explored since the last time Aetherius fell. What she found there was not what she was expecting though. He HAD been there, but it seemed that he had moved on. she followed his tracks until she came across a rose bush. By the way it had been crushed, he had fallen into it by accident. "He's hurt." she said to herself. She picked on his tracks again after walking around for awhile. He was definitely hurt. Small specks of blood could be seen next his hoof prints.

She continued this pattern until she reached a small clearing where he was sleeping. "why didn't he sleep in the ruins?" she thought to herself. She didn't want to panic him so she called through the clearing as if she was lost herself. "Hello?" she called out. "Can anyone help me?" This had woken him and he hurled himself into a nearby bush. Fluttershy walked out into the clearing. "Can anybody help me? I'm lost." Fluttershy kept calling. Suddenly a small, weak voice called from behind. "I wish I could help you, but I am lost as well." Fluttershy tried again. "Can you show yourself to me, I'm very afraid." Fluttershy continued. She then saw him, The white colt had walked out into the clearing and from the looks of it, he was badly hurt. "Oh my gosh, your hurt! Here, let me help." Fluttershy exclaimed. She rushed to him and even though he tried to jump away, he was in fact too hurt to keep going. She pulled out the medicine that Twilight had given her. "Here, take this." Fluttershy insisted. He obeyed and took the medicine.

He was definitly not well, He showed signs of everything from hunger to dehydration. The fact he managed throw himself and pick himself out of the bush must of been out of pure adrenaline. Fluttershy quickly opened up her pack and took out food, drinks, and a warm blanket and pillow. He watched in awe at these acts of kindness. "You need to rest and get better, I'll be here when you do." Fluttershy said. He was slightly crying as he ate and before he took the blanket he spoke some more. "M-M-My name is... Phrozenflame." He said. "And my name is Fluttershy." She said, grinning at him kindly. "T-T-Thank you." He said before sleep overtook him. Fluttershy didn't rest though, she busied herself tending to his wounds. Dressing his cuts administering a splint on his left hoof. It looked like it was sprained. After she was done, she pulled out an extra blanket and pillow and placed herself next to him. Sleep overtook her almost immediately.
