After defeating the Mane-iac in the Power Ponies comic book, the Mane 6 return to their normal daily lives. But when Fluttershy starts to become more aggressive towards her friends and family, they worry about her well being and take her to a doctor to see what to do, only to find negative magic within her body similar to her power in the comic book. They need to cure it right away before the negative energy worsens.
