The Salamander of Equestria

Queen Chrysalis was often described as evil, deceiving and often a tyrant. Though those who knew her personally would know it was all wrong. Her changeling's knew she did this as a act so enemies would fear her and she had been betrayed many times by those she once called friend's.

She sat upon her throne with her left hand resting on the left side of her cheek. Behind her were two changeling's. The throne was all black with green outline's through it. The room was lit up by torches that hanged throughout the room and the fire was green.

"I hope something happens preferably something good." Queen Chrysalis thought the throne that had changeling's.She looked at them closely. Even if you couldn't tell they were starving. All of them.

"How many passed away from starvation." Chrysalis thought with a frown.

"My queen." Chrysalis looked up to see a changeling.

"We have found trespasser's in our land's."

"Why does this matter?"

"The six of them are the element's of harmony." Chrysalis looked shock for a minute. "Plus we found a Zebra with them along with a new creature we haven't seen before."

"Hmm they must of be searching for something." mused Chrysalis out loud.

"They were actually searching for you my queen."

"What?"

"Captain Tadakatsu is bringing them here."

"What?! Did you a least take any weapon's they had?"

"That's the strange thing. The creature surrendered his weapon right off the bat. He could of killed me when I attacked him but instead he let me go. He even offered us his weapon and willingly let us blind fold him but here's the thing he didn't even seem scared."

Chrysalis sat there thinking about what she heard. "Hmm are they here?"

"Yes my queen. They are out side the throne room."

Chrysalis sat there thinking. She didn't hate the element's but she didn't like them for causing her not to be able to feed her people.

"Very well bring them in." The changeling bowed and left the room.

                        *Outside the throne room*

Zin and the rest had been blind folded as well as hand's tied together on the way to the changeling city. Though once they had made it inside the city the blind folds were removed which made them see the city. Though some of them wish they didn't. There were building's that were destroyed.  There were changelings everywhere but were skinny. Some of them even looked sickly as well. The girl's saw a changeling's around a body of a young changeling. There were two who were bawling. One was a female you could tell. The other was a male.

The girl's had tear's in their eye's but Zin face was emotionless to anyone but Zecora along with Tadakatsu could see the pain in his eye's.

"I wonder what he has seen." Tadakatsu thought.

The group arrived at the outside the throne room.

Tadakatsu turned and spoke to one changeling. The same one that attacked Zin.

"Tell her majesty that we have brought the trespassers." The changeling nodded his head and ran inside while the group sat there in silence. Even Pinkie was silent which was surprising.

"So you are supposedly not from this world?" Tadakatsu asked.

Zin stood there then answered. "I am."

Tadakatsu looked at him as Zin did the same with him.

"Captain her majesty will see you."

Tadakatsu motioned for the group to enter the the throne room.

The group walked forward toward the throne where Chrysalis was siting.

"Well ain't this precious. *Princess* Twilight Sparkle and the element's along with a zebra." Chrysalis spoke looking at them but then looked at Zin.

"You must be the strange creature I have heard about."

Zin just stood there in silence.

"Humph!. So what do I owe the visit of you all."

"Chrysalis we came here for help."

Chrysalis looked at Twilight but motioned for her to continue.

"Three of our friend's sister's are sick and we seek a plant that is said to be able to cure any poison."

"Why should I care?"

"Why you!" Rainbow and Applejack along with Rarity were trying to throttle Chrysalis who had a bored look on her face while her changeling's were just holding them back.

"They are just children who could die!"

Chrysalis eye's flashed and Zin saw sadness in them but they were quickly replaced with emptiness.

"You majesty."

All the activity ended as Zin spoke.

"So you do speak."

"I do. I also know that you don't care but I can tell you do. I have seen many thing's and I know when someone is faking and you are."

Everyone was silent in shock. The element's from Zin saying that Chrysalis cared and she was shocked that he read her like a book. Tadakatsu looked at Zin.

Chrysalis was silent then spoke with venom in her voice.

"You....have no idea what we have lost! I have seen many of my people mostly children pass away! You have no right to say stuff about me! We had to fight to survive ever since we were blasted out of Canterlot!"

If look's could kill Zin would be dead a thousand times over but he just stood there. The two were standing there staring at each other.

Zin went to say something but the whole place started to shake.

The changeling's started to look scared.

Chrysalis looked to Tadakatsu and shouted "Prepare the soldier's and evacuate all citizen's into the safe zone's!"

Tadakatsu nodded his head and ran out of the throne room.

She then turned her attention to the group.

"You will all stay here. Guard's make sure they don't go anywhere!" She yelled as she began to walk out.

"Wait what's going on?"

Chrysalis looked at Twilight and sneered "Nothing that you kind wouldn't care about." and with that she walked out flanked by her bodyguard's.

The whole room shook again.

"What the buck is going on?!"

Zin looked out the window with narrowed eye's.

"Zin?" Applejack had spoke behind him. She then turned to see what he was staring at and couldn't believe it.

"Girl's ya better come see this." The group walked over to see what she was talking about just as the room shook again. The changeling's stood close to the group.

What they saw was just unreal.

A giant creature that seemed to be a worm was attacking the city destroying building's as well as trying to smash it's way through the force field  around the city. The creature had giant rows of teeth which it was using to bite as well as devour any changeling unlucky enough to not move out of it's way in time. The changeling's were using both spell and weapon's on the creature which all seemed to not work. The creature skin appeared to made out of a strong rock.

Zin narrowed his eye's as he saw the changeling's practically getting slaughtered.

"That creature is pure evil." Fluttershy spoke quietly causing everyone too look at her.

"Shy I thought you loved all animal's?" Rainbow asked.

Fluttershy nodded her head yes. "You can it see it though. Every time it destroys something or....kill a changeling it smile's."

The group turned their attention back to the chaos happening outside.

                     *Outside*

Chrysalis was panting from all the magic she was using.

"My queen." She looked over to Tadakatsu. He was panting from exhaustion as well.

"Nothing is working. It appear's to of come back stronger then before."

Chrysalis looked over at her soldier's to they were exhausted as well but still willing to fight.

Chrysalis went to speak when she heard crying and saw a changeling child crying.

"My child!" A changeling who appeared to be female was runing toward them but was being held back by the soldier's.

The creature stopped and turned it's head to look at the child and licked it's teeth and dove at the child. Chrysalis gathered all the energy she could and threw it the creature but it shrugged it off.

"NOOOOOo!"

                                       *Back Inside*

The group were still watching but Zin ear twitched when he heard the crying and the scream.

"That does it." He thought. He ran over to the changeling that held his weapon and took his bind's off and grabbed his weapon.

Everyone looked and saw Zin had disappeared but heard a startled yell. Everyone looked to see Zin holding his weapon with the changeling guard on his butt with a scared look. The other guard's were shocked but pointed there weapon's at him thinking he was going to attack them.

Zin just looked toward the window and ran toward's it and jumped though and proceeded to run and jump off the rooftop's leaving everyone else back with a flabbergasted look.

"Kick it's meanie worm butt!" Everyone turned and looked at Pinkie who was smiling and looked at everyone.

"What it look's like a worm and they have butt's to."

*Silence* "Hey blame the author who suck's at typing stories." Everyone sweat dropped.

                      *Outside*

The worm had just bite into the place where the child was.

"Another one lost." Chrysalis thought. She had tear's in her eye's as did the mother. She heard a thud of footstep's and weapons being pointed. She looked up and saw Zin.

"How did you get out here?!" ZIn just looked at her then the mother and he put down something.

"Mommy!" The changeling child ran over to it's mother who had pushed back the soldier and hugged her child.

Chrysalis was in shock.

"You risked your life for one of us even though we don't know you. Why?"

Zin just looked at her but turned away from to look at the creature who was looking around the area where the child was located but turned it's attention to them. The soldier's pointed their weapon's as well as have their magic but all were shaking.

Zin turned to them with a eye smile.

"It's ok. I will protect you all just leave this to me."

Everyone who heard him speak felt this warmth like someone just wrapped them in a hug that was full of love and protection.

Zin turned his attention back to the creature who was now slithering toward's them.

"Make sure My friend's don't interfere either please."

With that being said Zin began to sprint at the creature.

"Is he nut's?!" Chrysalis thought but saw him starting to go through hand's sign's.

As Zin was within a hundred yard's he stopped on the last hand sign and shouted "Water style: Water Vortex!"

Water appeared out of no where and slammed into the creature causing it to jerk it's head to the left.

Zin jumped into the air and went through hand sign's again. "Water Style: Water Clone Jutsu!" five water's turned into Zin.

Everyone whom was watching the battle could hardly believe it.

"My Queen." Chrysalis turned her head to her guard's with the element's still in their bind's.

"I'm sorry you majesty but one of them was able to get away."

Chrysalis turned her head to look at Zin and spoke. "Release them."

The guard's looked confused but did so anyway.

The group had rubbed their hand's together trying to get rid of feeling of the bind's.

"Ok, Let's kick that thing butt!" Rainbow shouted as the girl's agreed.

The creature shook it's head to get rid of the dizziness but looked confused at the six Zin's who were all going though hand sign's.

"Water Style: Water Dragon!" Six dragon's that were made out of water headed right into the creature and slammed into it causing to fall down on it's side.

"He's beating it...and by himself." A changeling citzen had spoken. As Zin fought more and more citizen's had came out of their safe zone's.

"He's helping us but why?"

"Does it matter? He saved my daughter." This caused them to become as they turned their attention to the fight.

Zin stood there with his clone's watching the creature who was still for a moment.

"LOL" Zin looked and saw the creature begin to rise and it spoke in a deep voice. (Mass Effect 3 Reaper voice on Rannoch)

"You are stronger then I thought for a puny meat."

The other's were shocked that the creature was talking as it all seemed to understand was killing and destroying.

"You can talk." It wasn't a question but a statement.

"Of course I can! I just chose not to."

"What is your name?"

"My name is......" Zin narrowed his eye's.

"Bahlok!"

"Why do you destroy and kill?"

Bahlok smiled but it was full of evil.

"It's much more fun. I laugh at their pathetic attempts to stop me as I kill and destroy. That is how life goes. The strong survive and the weak....DIE!"

With that Bahlok dove at Zin who jumped onto another building as the one he was standing on was destroyed along with Zin clone's. Zin then turned and went through hand sign's. Bahlok saw this and dove at him just as Zin finished his last hand sign.

"Water Style: Giant Water Wall!" A wall of water appeared in front of Zin which Bahlok smashed into then through. Zin jumped in time as the spot he was in was demolished.

"YOU CAN"T DEFEAT ME BOY."

Zin eye's narrowed in thought. "There has to be a weak spot."

Bahlok stared at Zin but then looked over at the people. Zin saw this and went through hand signs. As Bahlok went to move Zin shouted "Water Style: Giant Water Prison!"

Water began to circle around Bahlok trapping him as he thrashed around trying to break free.

"WHAT IS THIS?! I SWEAR WHEN I GET OUT I WILL DEVOUR YOU AND EVERYONE!"

Zin pulled his kusarigama from his back and grabbed the chain with his left hand and threw the kusarigama at Bohlak. It stabbed him but it just bounced off.

"FOOL NOTHING CAN PENETRATE MY SKIN!"

Zin pulled back on his chain bringing his weapon back which he grabbed with his right hand.

"LOL WHAT'S WRONG LITTLE ONE FINALLY REALIZED YOU CAN"T WIN."

Bahlok finally broke out of his prison and was on the move but this time heading toward the people.

Zin took off in a dead sprint.

I won't be able to get there in time!"

The changeling's saw him coming at them. The citizen's were running while Twilight, Chrysalis and the soldier's held their ground.

"I'm not going to get there in time!" Zin began to go through hand sign's.

This will deplete my chakra but I have to!"

Bahlok finally was close and lunged at them. Everyone had closed their eye's except Zecora but then she heard "SHUNSHIN NO JUTSU!" -she blinked and saw everyone was where Zin was and she looked back to see Zin the place where everyone else was. He was able to flash her a small smile before Bahlok mouth devoured him.

                  *Inside Bahlok*

Zin was falling down through Bahlok stomach as well debris.

"I would use my charkra to stick to the side but that jutsu drained me."

Zin finally hit something with a splash. He looked to see it was green in color.

"What is this?" Zin then heard a hissing sound and saw that debris was melting but it was slowly melting.

"I am not going to be dinner!" With that thought Zin began to struggle but couldn't move.

                    *Outside*

"What happened and where's Zin?" Twilight questioned as she and the other's shook their head's to clear their mind's from the jutsu.

Rainbow looked and saw that Zecora had tear's in her eye's and followed her vision to Bahlok who was munching on the spot he bit.

"No...he didn't." She fell down on her knee's.

"What are ya talking about?"

Zecora spoke "Zin saw we couldn't get out of the way in time so I guess he used a teleportation but he..."

Chrysalis was shocked again. "He saved one of our own fought for us and then threw his life away for us."

Bahlok swallowed the debris he was chewing and laughed. :WHAT YOU KNOW HE WAS WEAK LOL." Only to be cut off as purple lighting bolt hit his face. He turned to see Twilight hand's as well as her horn glowing and the other's were standing there with look's of rage.

"LOL OH THIS IS RICH. ALL OF YOU THINK YOU CAN DEFEAT ME LOL. BUT IF YOU ARE SO WILLING TO JOIN YOUR FRIEND THEN YOU SEE HIM....IN MY STOMACH!"

          *Inside Bahlok*

Zin was still struggling but couldn't get out and finally stopped.

"What does it matter? I'm out of chakra and can't get out."

ZIn closed his eye's. "Applebloom, Scootaloo, Sweetie Belle I'm sorry."

Zin layed there as he remembers meeting them.

He recall's when he was hanging out with them where they hanged out at their clubhouse. He even chuckled when they try to get one of their cape's to fit around him.

         *Outside*

Everyone was hitting Bahlok with they had but he just kept shrugging them off like it was nothing. Zecora had ran on his back and finally was at his head where she hit his right eye with her staff.

"AHH MY EYE! MY EYE!"

Zecora jumped down but Bahlok was no fool and had used his tail to smash a wall causing it to slam into her causing her to fall against the wall.

"ZECORA!" She looked up to see Bahlok looking at her with his good eye and lunged toward her.

             *Inside Bahlok*

Zin was able to hear Zecora name and that is when his eye's snapped open.

He pulled his arm's straining against the slime until he was able to pull them free and pulled his kusarigama then through right at the side of Bahlok throat while hanging on to his chain with he left hand.

The blade sliced right into the skin and Zin pulled the chain which helped him propel right into the skin. He grabbed the handle of his blade then pulled back and began to slice into the same area over and over.

            *Outside*

Bahlok was about to devour when he stopped and let out a grunt of pain.

"WHAT?!" He then began to spit up blood.

"We didn't do anything."

Twilight looked closer and saw the blood was coming from the inside. "It appear's to be coming from inside."

Everyone was quiet until Rainbow yelled "ZIN!"

                  *Inside Bahlok*

Zin had sliced through Bahlok throat and was about to make his way up when he heard *Thump* *Thump*.

Zin looked and saw a giant heart. Zin walked over toward it.

"This is for everyone you killed!"-Zin raised his weapon then sliced it right into the heart.

                     *Outside*

Bahlok was moving around in pain and spiting up blood when he finally raised his body as high as he could go and spit a waterfall of blood before finally falling on his side which caused a big earthquake.

Everyone was walking toward his body but wary just in case he was alive. Bahlok had blood still coming out of his mouth and he eye was still opened but had no life in them.

Tadakatsu was the first to speak "He's dead!"

There was applaud's as the monster who killed and terrified them was dead.

The girl's weren't sure how to respond but they tears of joy in all the changeling eyes and Chrysalis.

"Zin was right. Thought they look different from us and live differently they are still living being's. Twilight and that was when she thought of something.

"ZIN!" The applauds stopped as everyone realized that the one that saved them was alive.

"ZIN!"

The girl's kept yelling his name.

"He could still be inside!"

"If he was he's dead.The amount of blood from Bahlok would of drowned him." Tadakatsu spoke.

The girl's had tear's in ther eye's as well some the changeling's for the stranger who gave his life for them.

Pinkie and Fluttershy were being comforted by the other's though they had tear's in their eye's.

Tadakatsu bowed his head in respect for the warrior when he heard a crunch sound and saw Bahlok stomach was moving.

"GET BACK!" Everyone was confused by what he said but heard the sound and saw the movement and backed away in battle position's.

The sound continued until Bahok body split open and blood came out which caused everyone to back away.

Everyone looked at the blood and looked toward where it came from but couldn't believe their eye's.

Zin stood there covered in blood from head to toe holding his weapon. He took a step and began to walk forward.

When he took the fifth step his weapon fell from his hand and he began to fall only for Zecora to catch him along with Twilight and the element's and Tadakatsu and Chrysalis causing them to get blood on them.

Zin was slowly closing his eye's but tried to fight it until he heard Zecora speak. "Rest young warrior. You deserve it."

With that Zin passed out.

    Somewhere else in a dark place that was illuminated by fire torches. 10 figures shape's could be made out.

"It seems Bahlok had fallen."

"He was weak and arrogant."

"Still to defeat him is no easy task."

"It doesn't matter. Our plan will continue no matter what."

The nine figure's bowed and began to leave.

"My plan will come into  and I will not be stopped."
