Broken

Ponyville Hospital

Rainbow Dash groaned. Sharp pains shot through her body. The light shimmered and danced before her. The light was instantly forgotton as a dull agony swept through her. Gritting her teeth, she listened hard. She heard worried voices.

"Caught Fluttershy before she hit the ground...."

"Saved her life...."

"There's a problem Doctor!"

"She Needs blood!"

"We're Losing her!"

A Sharp painful shock hit her chest. The burn almost made her cry out. The pain dulled to a small flame. What happened?

Then she remembered Fluttershy falling, catching her, the pain of hitting the ground... She winced. That wasn't the thing to think of right now.

A dull, sleepy feeling surged through her. No! I don't wanna sleep! The sleepiness was sapping away all the pain. Thank Celestia! Then she realied. What if I don't wake up?....

Finally, light filled her eyes and she could see where she was. A hospital room. It figured. She had been here before. The lamp on the bedside table burned her eyes. Reaching out, she tried to turn it off but was stopped by several multicolored tubes. She let out a groan and successfully turned it off with her other hoof.  "What if I never get out of here?"
