Life is Complicated

Twilight Sparkle and her friends just got off the train from Ponyville.  "I wonder why the princess has called for us this time?" said Twilight.

"Who knows?" said Rainbow Dash,"Maybe she wants us to go on some quest for her or something."

"But whatever it is," replied Applejack,"I'm sure we'll be able to handle it."

"We'd better get going,"said Twilight,"I don't think she'll want us to be late."

So they all started their long journey to the castle.  Eventually, they arrived.  They soon arrived in the royal chambers of Celestia.  "Princess," said Twilight, "Is everything all right?"

"No Twilight," replied Celestia,"There has been commotion going on at the caverns in the park.  I called you and your friends because I knew that you would be able to figure out what is going on, and find a solution quickly.  That, and all the royal guards that have went there already were to scared to enter."

"Don't worry princess," said Pinkie Pie, "We'll find out what's going on and stop it."

"That is good to here Pinkie," said the princess, "I have faith in you all."  Then Twilight and her friends exited in a hurry.  They had a lot to do.

Once they arrived at the caves, Twilight and her friends noticed  ponies running out in fear.  "We'll this is interesting," said Applejack.

"We'll lets not waste any time," said Rainbow Dash, "Lets go in there and find out what's going on."

"I don't know," said Fluttershy, "It looks scary in there."

"There's nothing to worry about darling," replied Rarity, "It's just a quick go in and get out."

"We'd better get moving," said Twilight, "I don't want this to to take to long."

So they all entered the caves.  It was a dangerous journey.  They soon came across an area that split into two paths.  "Ok," said Twilight, "We'll pair off.  Rainbow, Pinkie.  You two come with me and Spike.  Rarity, Fluttershy.  You two go with Applejack.  We can find more clues that way."

So they all split off into their separate directions.  Then Twilight's team came across another split.  "Okay," said Twilight, "Spike, you and Rainbow search that section.  Pinkie and me will search this section."  "No offence Twilight," said Rainbow Dash, "But, who made you boss?"  "Do you have a better idea Rainbow?" asked Twilight.  "Good point."  So they went into their separate areas.

That's when Spike and Rainbow Dash discovered what was probably the source of the problem, quite by accident.  Spike was just looking around, when he saw something so spooky, that he made him scream as much, as hard, and as long as his lungs would let him.  Rainbow quickly came over to see what he was screaming about.  "What's the matter Spike?" she asked.  Then she saw what he was staring at, and broke out into a long, and loud scream.  Twilight and Pinkie came over to see what was the matter.  Then they saw it, a green pegasus with a black mane frozen in a block of ice.

"This must have been what was scaring every pony off," said Twilight, "Pinkie, go find the others."

"Okie Dokie Lokie," said Pinkie, and she was off.  Then Twilight turned to Spike and Rainbow Dash.

"Now why did you scream so loud you two?" she asked.

"We'll," replied Spike, " From a far away distance, it looked really scary."

Just then Pinkie arrived with the others.  "Well that was fast," said Spike, "But she is Pinkie."

"What is this darling?" asked Rarity.  "It's a pony frozen in Ice," replied Rainbow.

"How long do ya recone that fellers been frozen fer?" asked Applejack.

"Judging by the scuffs on the block," answered Twilight, "I'd say over two thousand years.  We'd better get him back to the castle so we can thaw him out."

"Why," asked Rainbow, "What if he's evil."

"But what if he isn't Rainbow," said Twilight, "There is a possibility that he could be good.  If he's evil, then we'll be able to stop him.  We have the Elements of Harmony.  We won't know if he's evil or not until we thaw him out.  We'll just have to take that risk."

"We'll, alright," said Rainbow, "Let's take him back. But just for the record, until things are cleared up, I've got my eye on him."

"I'm sure he's not evil Dashie," said Pinkie, "Now let's get going."  So they all started their long journey back to the castle, with the frozen pony on their backs.
