Twilight has nothing to do on the up-coming Hearts and Hooves day. She usually stays inside, because the worst thing possible happens that month. She doesn't come out of her library in February and never really intends too. Discord wants to try and see if Twilight really trusts him enough. This time, luckily, Princess Cadence won't be there. Little does he know what happens, every pony just thinks she needs a break from all things friendship and fun. Hopefully that's all it is....
