My Little Final Destination
Chapter I: Premonition
Load Full StoryNext ChapterI have looked at this story. After a while, I looked at it again...and again...and again. Finally, I slammed my head against the wall, finally realizing that this story was complete, utter shit.
Well, I didn't really slam my head against the wall...yet. But I'm serious. The story in its original form sucked, so I decided to change it up. BIG TIME. I'm completely remaking the story, but keeping the storyline.
I will be keeping the old author notes on here because it's...kind of nostalgic.
Also, before I continue, you people better enjoy your electricity while you can, because sometime in the near future, it's turning off. Muahahaha!!
...
I'll tell you about that at the end of this chapter. Anyway, enjoy. The remaining text below this is the original author note.
This is my first Final Destination/My Little Pony fanfic, so basically, if I'm not really good at it, I don't really care that much. I just decided to entertain you while you wait for updates on my other stories. Anyways, enjoy.
My Little Final Destination
It was sometime after 3:30, when Twilight Sparkle and the other Elements of Harmony had made their way to the Ponyville train station. Applejack had a special event to do in Appleoosa, so she invited her friends to come along.
"Weeee! I love trains!" Pinkie Pie yelled as she entered one of the cabins of the train. She looked around for a seat in the nearly empty cabins. Finally, she picked a seat, next to a mare. Pinkie took out a bag of candy, and began to eat rather loudly, grossing out the mare.
The rest of the group had picked some seats. Rainbow Dash sat down to a rather handsome stallion; Rarity did the same.
Fluttershy sat alone, Spike sat next to Rarity, Applejack sat next to a mare, and Twilight sat with her new stallionfriend, Thunder Ice.
Thunder was not really your typical stallion. He was very...different. He wasn't born in Equestria. He was born on a planet called Earth, and he was known as a Homo-Sapien, or human.
There were less than 7 1/2 billion humans on Earth, as he explained to Twilight when he first arrived 2 1/2 years back. 2 1/2 years already.
"Do you want the spot next to the window, Twi?" Thunder asked her with her nickname, giving her a faint blush.
"No, it's alright. You can have it," she replied.
Thunder then walked and sat down into the seat nearest to the window. Twilight sat right next to him.
Once they were both seated, Thunder began to look around the cabin. It had a minimum number of ponies, but one pony manage to lock his gaze.
Fluttershy.
It had been already a year since he had broken up with the shy mare. Or, in this case, she broke up with him. After a few weeks with him, she realized that the rest of the relationship probably wouldn't end well. She didn't want to tell him in pony, so she wrote a letter to him. He became heartbroken, and locked himself in his house for days.
Twilight eventually came over, and cheered him up. She realized why he was so heartbroken. Fluttershy was his only marefriend ever, Earth AND Equestria.
Eventually, Twilight did more than just cheered him up. She kissed him, and that kiss made them a couple.
Thunder's P.O.V. (will be for rest of story)
Twilight managed to see me looking at Fluttershy.
"Are you still upset about her?" She asked.
Knowing I was caught, I quickly looked at her.
"What? No. I've gotten over her," I lied, but she could easily see.
"Thunder, you don't need to lie," Twilight said, smiling slightly.
Knowing I couldn't hide it, I sighed. "I just...I just don't know what went wrong."
"Don't worry about it. Fluttershy isn't really the expert for dating when it comes to stallions."
"It's just that...we were going so good...and then I got the letter. My heart stopped...I didn't do anything for days...then you came..."
Just thinking about that day made me blush, causing Twilight to giggle.
Suddenly, she leaned towards me and gently pulled me into a kiss, which I gladly accepted. As we kissed, Twilight wrapped her forelegs around my shoulders, and I gently placed my hooves onto her flanks, earning a quiet moan.
Just to the right of me, I could hear some laughter. I looked to see Rainbow Dash looking at our little action, which was making her giggle uncontrollably.
Twilight heard this, and looked to see what it was. When she saw Rainbow looking at us, her face went scarlet red. I always found her blushes adorkably cute.
"Never mind her, Twilight," I said to her.
"R-Right, yeah," Twilight stuttered. Slowly, her blush went away.
With my magic, I managed to take out a camera from my bag.
"You know what we've never done yet?"
"What?"
I placed the camera in my hooves. "Take a picture together," I replied.
"Oh, yeah," Twilight replied. She then leaned closed to me, and looked at the camera. I put my face right next to hers.
Right before taking the picture, I decided to mess with her.
Since I was right next to her, I put my mouth up to her ear, and whispered, "You look really sexy right now."
Twilight's face went scarlet red once more, and once it did, I pressed the button on the camera. A flash blinded us for only a split second.
"Y-You did that on purpose, d-didn't you?" Twilight asked, still blushing furiously.
"Well, it's true," I said before smiling. Her blush did not fade.
Suddenly, a voice appeared on the intercom of the train.
"Attention, passengers. The train will now depart from Ponyville to Appleoosa. Dinner will be at 6:30 tonight, and we should arrive to Appleoosa by 12:00 noon tomorrow. Until then, enjoy your trip."
Right after the pony said that, the train jolted forward a little. Slowly, we could hear the sounds of the wheels grinding on the metal tracks. The train began to move.
We were well on our way to Appleoosa.
It was about 10 minutes since we departed. I looked around the cabin once more. Applejack was just sitting, not really doing much; Pinkie was still eating her candy; Fluttershy was hugging a picture of some rabbits. D'awww. To me, it looked like Rainbow was seducing the stallion next to her; Spike was wearing a moustache to impress Rarity, who was not interested in the slightest.
I looked down to my right shoulder. Twilight was laying against me; she had her forelegs wrapped around my right foreleg, and she was snoring in a way that made me D'awww inside. She looked adorkably...adorkable.
Accidentally, I dropped a book that was in my lap, waking Twilight.
"H-Huh?" Twilight looked around, then looked up to see me.
"Sorry, Twi. Didn't mean to wake you," I apologized, a sheepish smile on my face.
"Wh-What time is it?"
"It's only been about 10 minutes."
"Oh."
Twilight sat up and rubbed her eyes.
I looked outside the window for a few seconds, before a similar shriek startled me. I turned around to where the sound came from. I saw Pinkie sticking her head out the window.
"Pinkie, get your head back in here! That's not safe!" Twilight yelled.
"Oh, don't be such a party pooper, Twilight!" Pinkie replied, literally ignoring Twilight's plea, which made Twilight groan in annoyance.
"Weeee! This is fun!" Pinkie yelled.
Meanwhile, at the cockpit, the driver was checking over everything to make sure everything was okay. It was.
Just about 50 feet from the train, the section of the tracks that switch from one side to the other began to change. Suddenly, it jammed, and the train was heading straight for it.
The driver didn't seem to notice until it was too late. The moment the train struck the jammed tracks, the main cabin shook around, derailing from the tracks; a loose tire was shaken off, flinging into the air.
Back in the other cabin, Pinkie continued to cheer in excitement.
"I swear, one day, her head's just gonna end up clean off her body," I said to Twilight.
The moment after I said that, Pinkie's screams of excitement became dead silent. I decided to turn around to see why. I nearly threw up at the sight.
Pinkie fell to the ground, but her head! It was gone, sliced, chopped off!
Suddenly, a large splatter of blood covered the windows, and the cabin began to shake. Ponies screamed from a mixture of seeing Pinkie beheaded, and the cabin vibrating.
Twilight and I tried to unhook our seatbelts, but they wouldn't come off. In horror and fear, Twilight gripped me tightly; I even began to feel warm tears. I hugged her tightly, as well.
As I saw the panic commence, I could see Applejack getting up. I saw her struggling to run to the door to get to the other cabin.
Suddenly, the shaking of the cabin caused the large chandelier to fall from the ceiling right on top of Applejack. The center of the chandelier struck down onto her back, breaking it; another heavy part landed on her head, cracking it open, spilling blood onto the floor.
"No!" I screamed as I saw another friend of mine die before my eyes.
In one of the forward cabins, the shaking caused a gas can to fall, making it leak. The leaking gas poured out of a hole torn in the side of the train. This managed to touch the sparks of the wheels. Once it did, a large explosion obliterated the further cabin, but blasting a hole into ours.
I then heard a terrorizing scream. I looked to the hole to see Rarity holding on as best as she could to her chair. Spike also tried to help her by grabbing one of her forelegs.
He tried all he could to pull her back, but the baby dragon failed, and Rarity ended up getting sucked out of the train. She fell off the side of the mountain, before finally striking the bottom in a loud splat. Blood and guts spewed everywhere.
"No..." Spike silently said in the chaos that occured around him.
Suddenly, the seat he was still strapped to came loose, and flew out of the holed cabin. Spike screamed as he flew, before finally slamming into a tree, immediately killing him on impact.
Rainbow saw in horror as her friends were sucked out to their deaths. Finally, she realized she had to get out of here. After she successfully unlatched her seatbelt, she began to fly towards the hole.
"Rainbow Dash, help us!" I yelled to her in fear. Twilight sceamed as the train continue to shake.
Rainbow heard me and looked to me. She then looked back to the hole, then back to me.
"S-Sorry, you two! Every pony for themself!" She yelled to me.
An explosion near the front of the cabin sent a long metal rod flying straight towards the cyan pegasus. Before Dash could react, the rod pierced her body, striking her heart.
In an instant, the dead pegasus fell to the floor of the cabin.
"Rainbow!!" Twilight yelled as she saw another friend die. Tears were streaming down her face by now. I gripped her tightly, keeping her safe...
Another scream then pierced our sound barriers. We looked to the source; Fluttershy was holding onto her chair, trying not to get sucked out of the cabin.
"Fluttershy! Grab my hoof!" Twilight yelled as she held her hoof out to her yellow friend.
Fluttershy saw her, and began to reach out to Twilight. She tried and tried to reach her friend, but she couldn't.
"I-I-I-I can't!!" Fluttershy stuttered, as fresh, hot tears streamed down her face, fearing the inevitable.
Suddenly, she began to hear a grinding noise beneath her. She looked down; her seat was detacthing from the floor.
Upon seeing this, Fluttershy quickly tried to unbuckle herself, but her seatbelt would not unhook. She screamed.
Finally, her seat detatched from the floor, and the helpless pegasus was sucked out. Since we were still on the side of a mountain, Fluttershy fell nearly 150 feet to her death. Since she was in a chair, she couldn't open her wings fully. If she couldn't open her wings, she was flightless.
After a few seconds, she slammed into the ground with a powerful force. Her jaw had been ripped from its original resting place. Her stomach slammed against the ground, ripping it open from the impact. Her head had been broken like a vase falling to the floor. Her brain matter and blood spilled all over the ground.
It was now only Twilight and I left on the still moving train.
I couldn't see it, but I looked outside the hole of the cabin to see the cabin in front of us derail, and fall to the bottom of the mountain. Since it still had the gas cans inside of it, I could hear an explosion a few moments later.
"Thunder...if we don't make it out alive...I just want you to know..." Twilight's voice cracked up as she spoke to me, "I love you."
More fresh tears rolled down her face; mine as well.
"I love you, too," I said, my voice cracking up, too.
We decided that if we were going to die, we would die with one last kiss. I began to lean towards her; she leaned towards me.
Suddenly, as I was about to kiss her, she was quickly pulled away from me. Her seat had detatched from the floor.
I quickly tried as best as I could to grab her, but I was too slow. She was sucked out of the train.
"Twilight!!!" I screamed as my marefriend was sucked out to her death.
So many things flashed through my head...visions that would never be...our wedding...our first honeymoon...our first child...it all slipped away so suddenly...why?
Finally, after so long, the cabin finally de-railed. I felt myself tipping sideways, so I knew I was falling. I heard a huge 'BOOM!'.
Then, I felt pain.
Then...I felt nothing.
It was all over...
Well...or so I thought...
Well, there's the first chapter, remade. I still think it's pretty bad, but it's better than the original.
I gotta stop being such a damn bitch. :3
Anyway, you remembered at the beginning of the chapter when I said to enjoy your electricity for now? Well, I created a new blog, called, "Making "Revolution" a Reality".
I don't feel like making more of this author note, so just look at that blog and join me. :D
P.S. I'm a crazy fuck.
