Essence of the Gods

NOTE:: This is poetry, as opposed to prose; excuse the short chapter lengths, they're structured as songs. Sorry for any confusion.

Equestria. The birthplace of the magic of friendship, the residence of the hopes and dreams of many a man-child and the creepy interests of many an Internet lurker. We know this as a world where anything can happen, a save haven where the ills of the world can be forgotten for thirty minutes at a time.

But what we often forget is that a camera is only one lens, at one time, in one place. We often forget what ends up on the cutting-room floor, what happens behind the scenes. We suspend too much disbelief. This is a look at a possibility. One strand of many leading off of the sealing of Nightmare Moon, asking questions like: "Did Nightmare Moon have an army?" "Can alicorns have children?" "How much of a Marty Stu can an OC be?" and "What would really happen if a brony was transported into Equestria?" Enjoy.
