Yu-Gi-Oh! GX: Spike's Adventures in Duel Academy
Skits: Eye of the Dragon
Previous ChapterNext ChapterA week before the Exam
"Get up Spike, your training begins today!" The Dark Magician Girl said in excitement.
"No, it's barely 5:00 A.M." the Dragon-blood answered. Terrible mistake, for a blast of dark magic hit him.
"What's wrong with you?!?!" Spike asked.
"You heard her, get up, for your training begins right now," an authorative voice answered. That voice belonged to the Dark Magician.
With that, our green-haired protagonist got up, stretched himself and changed into his sports uniform. Each day passed by and in his free time he would either analyze his deck, or do exercise in different ways. He would do parkour (courtesy of Discord's friend Ezio teaching him this urban sport for a time) in the forest and even on the buildings (no kids, the pillars aren't buildings, so he didn't climb those), running through campus, but especially, sit-ups and push-ups. In fact, he went back to cooking the meals he once cooked for his mother and his guardian back in Equestria, even some recipes he learned in Domino City and from Dorothy, which was better known as the lunch lady and the owner of the card shop. Time passed until the day of the exam arrived, and Spike was in his bedroom, checking his deck.
"Are you ready Spike?" the Dark Magician Girl asked.
"I think so," Spike answered a bit nervous.
"Do your best, and you'll be a legend," the Dark Magician said, remembering the time he and his student spent with the legendary Yugi Muto, while in another dimension, a pink-maned Pegasus broke down in front of her husband while they were in Ponyville.
