This is a Skyrim/MLP crossover.
Here is the basic backstory for this world: The MLP world is just like Skyrims landscape, but the names are changed to fit the pony part into them. Like for example Hammersreach is now Hoofsreach. But besides that the world is just the same as Skyrim & MLP.
