South Park; Trip to Equestria

"Dude do we have to go swimming?" Cartman complained.

"Yes, y'all are CMCs now, so we have to try to earn our cutie marks" Applebloom replied.

"You know, I don't really mind going for a swim." Kyle said.

"Me neither. It's better than doing nothing, right Kenny?" Stan looked over to the Pegasus, who nodded.

"See Eric? They know how to have fun" Scootaloo laughed. She ran ahead towards the swimming hole, and stopped when she reached the shore, waiting for the others.

"Let's put on our snorkels!" Sweetie Belle picked up the scuba equipment, and passed one to everyone. "Now, let's go get our cutie marks in deep sea diving!" The three fillies ran into the water. Butters looked at the water for a few moments, then cheered and jumped in after them. The rest of the ponies stood still.

"Why are we doing this again? Kyle asked, already knee deep in the water. "I mean, this seems pointless. They just complete tasks that they assume is their special talent. Shouldn't they already know what they're good at?"

Stan shrugged and followed Kyle into the water.  "I don't know, but they seem to enjoy the extra company, as much as we hate it. I suggest we just play along until we can find a way to get home"

"Perhaps we could find someone who's smart to help us." Kenny, who had his hoodie of for once, suggested.

Kyle nodded in agreement. He looked over at Cartman, who stood there. "Are you going to just stand there?"

"Why do you care Kahl?"

"I don't"

"Then mind your own f***ing business!"

Kyle rolled his eyes and swam into the water. Stan and Kenny followed him.

Cartman dozed off on the shore of the lake. He was awoken by the splashes of the other foals. "Where have you guys been?"

"Having fun, retard" Kyle responded harshly.

"We saw a bunch of fish Eric! You should have come with us!"  Butters chimed in.

The three other fillies walked out of the water. Sweetie Belle took off her big scuba goggles. "Maybe we earned our cutie marks!" The CMC looked at their flanks, but frowned. "Aww, I really thought we'd get them this time." Scootaloo mumbled in disappointment. Then she looked over at the boys. "What about you?"

Stan and Butters looked. The others didn't bother. "Nope" They said at the same time. Stan turned to the others. "So, after we get done with this, let's try asking some of the other ponies in the town. We already know Fluttershy, Applejack, and Pinkie Pie wont be any use to us. Which leaves the sparkly pony, the rainbow pony, and the one with both a horn and wings." Stan started to think of a plan. The others nodded. "Sounds good" Kyle responded. Then he looked around. "Now, where are our hats" He looked over at Applebloom, Scootaloo, and Sweetie Belle.

"Hey look! I'm Stan!" Scootaloo had the colt's red poof-ball hat on her head.

Sweetie Belle put on Kyle's green hat. "These are some strange hats you have"

Applebloom put on Kenny's orange hoodie. Kenny's eyes widened. "Um... I-I wouldn't mess with that if I were..." Suddenly, they heard a cracking noise. A tree started to topple over, it's shadow dark and ominous. It landed with a loud "Thud" just a few inches from the yellow earth pony. Applebloom stared at the tree. "Heh heh, that could have landed right on top of me!" She giggled.

Kenny sighed. "Ya, you may want to give that back" He flew over and pulled off the coat. He quickly put it back on himself. He put on the hood and took off the goggles he was still wearing. "Mrmmph mrmph..."

"Ok fine, I won't mess with it anymore" Applebloom rolled her eyes, as if she didn't take almost dying seriously. The other fillies gave back the hats to the Kyle and Stan, who quickly put it back on. "So, what are we going to do to earn our cutie marks next?" Sweetie Belle asked.

"How about we let the new crusaders decide?" Applebloom suggested. She and the other's gazes switched to the boys.

"Um... uh..." Stan stuttered.

"How about skydiving?" Butters suggested.

"Already tried that. Didn't go so well." Scootaloo replied.

"Roller skating?" Stan asked.

"I sprained my hoof" Sweetie Belle looked down.

"Mrrmph mrrmm?" Kenny said.

"Nah, that wouldn't work" Applebloom thought for a second. Then her eyes brightened. "I know! How about ziplining?"

"NO!!!" Kyle, Stan, Kenny, and Cartman screeched.

"Fine, oh well, we'll think of something. I'm going home, see you soon!" Sweetie Belle trotted off.

"I'm gonna go help my sis with apple bucking." Applebloom followed Sweetie Belle, then Scootaloo went after them, leaving the fourth graders alone.

"Thank God that's done" Stan sighed. "Come on, let's start getting our questions answered."

        "But how?" Kyle asked.

        Stan could still see Sweetie Belle a little ways away. "Hey! Hey Sweetie Belle!"

        She turned around. "Huh?"

        "Do you know the pony with the sparkly hair?"

        "Ohhhh, you mean Rarity? Ya I know her. In fact, she's my sister"

        "Perfect! Could you take us to her later today?" Stan asked. This could be a chance to ask one of the ponies for help.

        "Of course! I'll meet you in the center of Ponyville. I need to finish something with the girls first and then I'll be there to assist."
