Out of place; inspired by the colab ponyfall

I walked over to the edge of the roof dropped down from the side holding onto it. I was still a good four feet off the ground. I kicked off and let go, landing on the small spot of pavement with a thud and a small jolt through my legs.

"Come on man." I called up.

"Man, why you gotta dick all the time." Justin griped.

"Don't make me climb back up there and kick your little french ass." I threatened pointing at him.

"OOH, I'm so scared." Justin said shaking his hands in the air.

Jeremy laughed and climbed down next to me. We walked back into the house and I heard a thud behind me. I ignored it walked into the kitchen to see the display of rice, beans, vegetables and beef set out on plates at the table.

"This looks great, I'm hungry enough to eat a horse." Justin said excitedly.

Twilight seemed to cringe at that. We sat down and ate in silence for a small amount of time. That was until Jeremy's mother got curious.

"So, how long have you two been together?"

I choked on the rice I was eating and looked over to Twilight who gave a shrug.

"I uh...I...I don't...um" I couldn't think of an answer.

"Must've been for some time." Justin said with a chuckle.

I shot a look that screamed 'I'm gonna kick your ass' and he stopped and rolled his eye's.

"Were not...wait would...I don't...um..." I still fumbled over my words. My mind panicked trying to find a suitable answer. "Dammit! Dammit! Dammit!" I couldn't help but nervously look to Twilight again.

"It's okay if you feel that private, I don't mind." Jeremy's mother said sweetly. "I was just curious. You too look so cute together."

I felt my face redden and noticed Twilight looking off with a faint blush.

"So Twilight, how did you two meet?"

I covered my face with my hand and my mind ran wild with how embarrassing this is. And in front of Jeremy and Justin at that. "Oh fuck."

"I guess... he kind of, just found me." She answered. I'm glad I wasn't the only person having a rough time with this.

"Hmm, please tell me more. I would love to hear it."

Jeremy and Justin both sat there snickering. I extended my middle finger under the table and mouth out "Shut the fuck up". They both kept finding this funny.

"Well...I was lost and I um, fell and he helped me up and I've been following him since." Twilight explained.

"Ah that's very sweet." Jeremy's mother said.

"This is gonna be loooong ass day." I thought sourly.

"So, Twilight. How come you haven't touched your beef?" Jeremy's mother asked with a minor bit of worry looking down to Twilight plate.

"In a weird way, she's a..." I stopped to find the right word "Vegetarian?" I said looking over to her. She gave small approving nod.

"Oh I'm sorry." Jeremy's mother said.

"It's fine." Twilight said politely. "You wouldn't have known anyway."

"I know a meat she eats." Justin mumbled. Jeremy bit his lip to keep from laughing.

A moment of silence came and was inevitably broken. "So where are you from Twilight?" Jeremy's mother asked.

"Oh you know...not here." Twilight answered.

I took the quick distraction to take a swing and land a hard blow on Justin's upper arm. He let out a whimper, his face in a silent scream.

"Well that was delicious and I'll see you next week Ms.Hernandez." I said getting up from the my half eaten plate.

Twilight got up beside me. "Why? Don't you think that's a little rude?"

I looked down to her and found a stern look and her deep violet eye's. "Alright, we'll stay." I said taking my seat.

"Oh good, maybe I can show Twilight some things and we can talk."

"That would be very kind of you." I said looking over to the guys.

"Yeah why don't you go now ma, we can have dessert in a little bit." Jeremy said finishing his plate.

"Alright, come Twilight, I have so much I can show you from back home when I was a little girl." His mother said getting up and walking toward the living room.

Twilight gave a nervous glance and I motioned for her to follow.

"Hey, you guys want to do something?" Jeremy asked.

"Like what?" Justin asked. "There ain't shit around here."

"I don't know." Jeremy said.

"We could go pick up some bitches or find a party." Justin suggested. "Or just us since Paul Bunyan over here's already got someone."

I looked over to him and once again shot out the finger. He did the same and we sat there for a few minutes.

"Hey I got an Idea, Why don't we just go for a ride and mess around and stuff." Jeremy suggested.

"Whatever." I said getting up. I walked into the living room where Twilight and Jeremy's mother sat on the couch and were talking.

"And when I was about ten I heard all the stories my uncle told about america, it was so-" She was interrupted as I walked in.

"Hey Twi, were gonna go do some stuff you wanna come?"
