Today was a great day for Spike, he had friends, family, the loves of his life, and soon one of them were going to be bringing a mirical into the world. Life could never be better.

"AAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!! HE'S DEAD!!!!! I'M GOING TO RIP HIS DICK OFF AND MOUNT IT ON MY WALL FOR DOING THIS TO ME!!!!!!"

Ah the beautiful sound of his loving mare, he didn't know what he would do without her. She along with the other special mares in his life were his world and he loved them no matter what.

He looked over at Applejack and Pinkie Pie who were both sporting a small pudge thanks to a night of passion at Spikes house on Nightmare Night. He blamed Pinkie in her sexy nurse costume and AJ for letting Pinkie dress her up as a sexy police costume.

So now he was expecting two more bundles of joy to be born in the world. He was happy and life couldn't be any better.

"NNNNHHHAAAAAAAHHHH!!!! JUST GET HIM OUT!! I'M GOING TO KILL HIM FOR THIS!!!!"

Yep nothing could be any better.

"Spike, sweetie you ok?" Celestia asked looking at her son with concern looking at the pale dragon while he stared at double doors that led to the delivery room.

"Yeah n-never better." He stuttered as his aunt came and sat in front of him.

"My dear nephew, you don't need to worry about what your mare says. We believe it's all hormones and pain." She said trying to calm Spike down only to watch him freeze.

"Derpy's in pain?" He said his eyes widening.

"Of course, childbirth is extremely painful for any female Spike. Why do you think she was screaming?" Twilight asked watching as his pupils shrank.

"But this doctors said that the meds would stop any pain." He whimpered bolting up from the bench he was on.

"Well they had to start early and the meds didn't kick in yet." Twilight stated slowly standing up watching as her younger brother began make his way to the room only to be tackled by Shining Armor and Big Mac.

"LET GO OF ME SHE NEEDS ME!!!" He roared while his arms were pinned to his sides by the two large stallions before Spikes wings shot out knocking them away.

"AAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!! IT HURTS!!!" He heard Derpy cry out only fueling his strength as he charged to the door as the stallions and Mr. Cake tackled him.

"Now son you can't go in there, you could hurt the baby!" Mr. Cake said trying to hold the massive dragon's arm while Big Mac and Shining tried to hold him down. His guards came and held him down as Celestia, Luna, Twilight, and Cadence used their magic to keep him still as he thrashed around.

"MY LORD STOP!!!" Akhe yelled grabbing his attention as he glared at her making her shiver.

" YOU CAN'T GO IN THERE! DERPY WILL BE FINE!" She growled glaring back at him while he still held her in a death glare.

"You can't put stress on Derpy right now Spike, you could hurt the baby." Twilight said as his eyes closed and he whimpered looking at the door.

"But she needs me." He said as tears started to bud in his eyes and looked at his mother and aunt who flinched at his look.

"Well maybe as long as you don't go rampaging in." Celestia said unsure.

"We agree with sister, as long as you behave nephew." Luna stated.

"I'm sorry Spike but you can't, it's too far into the delivery for you to walk in. You have to wait till the doctor comes out." Twilight said and his efforts redoubled.

"SHE NEEDS ME TWILIGHT!!! I WOULD NEVER KEEP YOU FROM YOUR CHILD! WHY ARE YOU KEEPING ME FROM MINE!!!" He roared his slitted eye swerving around to give his sister a menacing glare.

"My lord you need to calm down." Akhe said turning his head from his stunned sister to look at her.

"You have to breath, calm you spirit like you have been taught. Push all other emotions aside but the calm." She stated watching her panting king close his eyes and slow his breathing.

"AHHHHHHH!!!"

His eyes snapped open again only for Akhe to grab his face and make him look at her.

"Calm, my king. You need to find your center and calm." She said warmly as his eye kept darting from her to the door where one of his loves were in pain.

"Breath, my king. Find your center and embrace the calm." She watched his eyes close again taking a ragged breath trying to calm down.

Behind him Twilight was in tears at what her little brother had said while Celestia and Luna were shocked but they could see how Spike may feel. He might feel that they had betrayed him.

As they watched the dragon calm down Akhe nodded to the others while Shining went to comfort his sister while Seru came and kneeled in front of her.

"Princess you have to forgive the king, when it comes to our offspring we a savagely protective of them and our mates. And with this being the kings first child, its even more worse. He never means what he says, it's just how we get when we think we are being held from our loved ones. We lash out to those we think are attacking us." She said as Twilight nodded wiping her tears.

"Thank you Seru. I understand, it's still a shock to hear something like that from Spike." She said as she looked at him to see his was sitting on up breathing normal while Akhe talked to him while giving the others a thumbs up.

After a while Spike had apologized to everyone, especially to Twilight for saying such a thing to her. Before long a doctor came out with a smile as she looked at the dragon moving towards her.

"Mr. Drako, your wife is waiting to see you." She barely got out as the dragon rushed past her and into the room.

Spike froze at the foot of the bed as he stared at the little bundle wrapped in a blue blanket while Derpy ran her fingers over his little green mane with a blonde highlight in it.

"Spike, come here and tell your son hello." A tired and panting Derpy said giving him a exhausted smile.

Spike sighed and walked up to her pulling her into a gentle kiss brushing her sweaty mane from her eyes and smiled at her.

"You were amazing love. I'm so proud of you." He said giving her another kiss as he looked at his son.

"What do you think we should name him?" She asked holding him closer to her.

"Vasuki." He stated looking at his sons golden eyes.

"What does that mean?" She asked as he smiled.

"It was my fathers name." He smiled wider as she gave a tired smile and nodded.

"Vasuki? It's unique. I like it." She said as Spike took hold of his son for the first time.

He felt so small and fragile like if he were to move he would hurt him. In all honesty, Spike was terrified holding his small newborn son. But he couldn't give him back to his mother as the young dragon looked up at him.

Never in his live Spike felt such a strong sense of love burst from him at just the mere sight of something so small and helpless.

"Hey buddy. I'm your dad." He smiled as Vasuki gave a little gurgle.

"You look so cute together Spike" Dinky said walking over to her little step brother and smiled.

"Hey little bro, I'm your big sister Dinky. Don't worry I'll always look out for you." She said smiling.

"You want to hold him?" Spike asked getting a smile from her.

"Yeah." She carefully took her brother and held him supporting his head like her mother showed her. She couldn't keep the smile off her face as she tickled his little neck, his hand wrapped around her finger pulling it into his mouth as he started to suck on it making Dinky giggle.

"You got a pretty good grip there little guy. Bet you're gonna grow to be as big as your dad." She laughed while he just continued to suck on her finger.

"Can I hold him?" Celestia asked coming into the room getting a smile and nod from Dinky.

"Sure." She handed him to her as Celestia seemed to radiate love as she held her new grandson.

"Hey little Vas, I'm your grandma." She smiled as tears came to her eyes running her fingers through his little mane before she touched too little nubs on either side of his head making her smile.

"It seems you two are going to having a hand full Spike. This one is going to be a powerful kirin." She stated looking back down at Vasuki.

"Sister may I hold him?" Luna asked stepping beside her.

"Of course." She smiled handing him to her sister as the alicorn cooed while he made baby noises.

Each mare held him while Spike comforted his mare along with Dinky on how great she was. The mare sighed as she layed back on the soaked pillow as one of the doctors came to them.

"Mr.Drako, I need you to come with me so we can sign some papers." He stated as Celestia and Twilight stood and went with him.

"We're coming as well, just to make sure everything is in order." Twilight stated while Rarity held onto Vas giggling like a little school girl.

"Luna, keep an eye on Vas. This is sure to be historical news, the first ever dragon/pony hybrid to ever be conceived. Be vigilant." Celestia stated getting a stern nod from her sister.

As the three left Derpy fell asleep while Rainbow held onto Vas with a small smile on her face.

'Wow, so this is how they look like. He's so small.' She gave a small loving smile as he put his little arms up trying to get to her. She leaned down letting him run his claws over her face while she just smiled at the almost awed look on his face.

"My word Dash, I never thought I would see the day to watch you be motherly." Rarity said as the mare just sat down not saying a word holding him. She just smiled letting him touch her face making her to close her eyes when he would run his claws over them.

"Dash? You ok sugarcube?" AJ asked.

"Y-yeah, I'm fine. Just a little overwhelmed I guess." She said looking down at the little kirin while tears started to well up in her eyes.

'It's so not fair! Why can't I have something like this!? Every time, every damn time I think I have the perfect guy he does something or I just lose interest. Why can't I get to this level?!' She thought as she looked down at Vas.

"GOO!" Vas booped her nose making her blink and smile at him.

"Yeah I know little guy. Can't wait to see how big you get, bet your grandma's and aunts are gonna be teaching you some serious magic." She grinned getting up and walking around the room while holding him just smiling at him while she bounced him a little.

"Hey Dash." She looked over to see Derpy smiling at her tiredly. Rainbow walked over to her about to give Vas to her but she just smiled and took him holding him close.

"Would you like to be his godmother?" She asked as Dash's eyes widened.

"I-I-I-I don't know what to say." Rainbow stated her mind blown away by the mail mare.

"Say yes, me and Spike would be honored if you accepted." She smiled as Dash beamed while tears fell down her face as she nodded.

"Well, why don't you take you godson while I-" She didn't get to finish as she slumped back against the bed snoring softly. Dash took hold of Vasuki who giggled while he grabbed her shirt looking around.

"Got to say sugarcube, I couldn't agree with her more. You make a great guardian." Applejack said as Pinkie walked up to her giving her a hug.

"Hey, it's not the end of the world ok? You'll find somepony." Pinkie said soothingly while Rainbow leaned into her keeping her tears hidden from the others.

"Thank you Pinkie." She whispered.

"Anytime." She whispered back just as Spike came back with a smile while Celestia held onto some papers along with Twilight and Spike.

"Well that's all the paperwork, we'll be able to take Vas home in a week or so once the doctors have a look at him with Twilight's supervision." He said as the others nodded before he spotted Rainbow with Vas and smiled.

"You look good like that Dash." He said as she blushed but smiled as she heard Vas made some noises.

"Thanks, by the way Derpy said that she wanted me to be his godmother. Is that ok?" She asked as Spike smiled.

"Yeah, I think it's a great idea." He said as she blushed as he put his arm around her shoulder.

"I think it really suites you Dash." He said as she look away trying to hide her blush from him.

"Thanks Spike, you don't know how much that means to me." She said as AJ and Pinkie looked at each other before smiling while Akhe smiled as well but on the inside she was crying.

'With every female you take my lord, you take another step further from me. Not that the council would ever let one of royal blood marry with a common soldier.' She thought bitterly looking away from the happy image.

"Sister? Are you ok?" Seru asked as Akhe blinked and nodded to her before looking back into the room with dull eyes watching all of this happiness around her.

'Such a life I was born to watch, never to join.' She thought just as Spike walked up to her with Vas.

"Hey Akhe, why don't you hold Vas for a while. I never did get to see you hold him." He smiled as she looked down at the prince.

"It wouldn't be proper Spike. I-I-

"Please? I'm sure he would love to be held by one of his other godmothers right?" He asked while Akhe froze.

"M-m-m-me? Why? I'm just a soldier, I don't know how to take care of children sire." She said as he grinned.

"Because I cleared it with Derpy months ago and we think that you would be great, you are powerful in your own right and unmatched in the field. But you're also very fun loving when you relax and a very caring dragoness." He said hand her Prince Vas as she shakily took the baby while he coached her on how to hold him.

"There you go cradle to body like that and make sure you support the head." He instructed as she nodded stiffly holding him. She looked down at him as he gave a toothless smile making her grin and hold him closer.

"Hello my little prince, I'm your godmother Akhekhu and your father's friend." She said as he just smiled and grabbing for her while she leaned down letting him run his claws over her face.

'This is what I want. I want this in my life and I'll be damned if those old raisins stop me. I won't let them take a happy life I could have.' She thought feeling gum her cheek making her grin wider.

"Aw he's giving you a kiss." Rarity giggled as Akhe smiled pulling away wiping the bit of drool off her.

"Thank you little Vas." She said smiling while the others chuckled or smiled.

Later that night Twilight walked into the recovery room Derpy was in while Spikes guards watched the new prince.

Twilight found the mighty king of the dragons slumped over the hospital bed sitting in a chair holding Derpy's hand while Dinky slept on the couch in the corner.

She smiled covering up Dinky while she went over and gently shook Spike making gasp before looking up at Twilight and smile.

"How is he?" He whispered getting a smile from her.

"He's fine from what the doctors could tell, you'll be getting him home sooner than you think." She said as he nodded.

"Thanks Twilight." He said before looking back at the sleeping mare in front of him.

"I don't know what I would do without you guys Twilight and I hope I never have to find out." He said as she hugged him from behind.

"It's something that will never come to pass Spike. You're my little brother and nothing will change that no matter how far apart we are, I'll always be there for you Spike." She whispered as she felt one of his wings wrap around her and pull her closer to him.

"Thank you Twilight." He said nuzzling her cheek before they pulled back smiling at each other.

(Four months later)

Spike sighed as he walked towards his and his new families house holding another five large bags of diapers along with baby food and toys. Dinky was beside him hold more baby supplies as they trudged through snow.

The two smiled as the house came into view making them pick up the pace while seeing the smoke from the fireplace coming from the chimney.

As the two made it inside after shaking the snow off before heading into the kitchen where Derpy was making lunch.

"Hey mom." Dinky called making the mare turn and smile at her.

"Hey muffin, hey honey." She greeted them pulling Dinky into a hug after they set the bags down and then moving to Spike pulling him into a quick kiss.

"Where's Vas at?" He asked as she smiled.

"Well, it seems that Dash came and kidnapped him for the day. They should be by in a little while so she could feed him." She said putting the baby food away while Spike and Dinky put the other things away.

"Hey Drako family!!!" They all heard as the door opened and closed as Spike moved to greet his son and friend.

" He Rain, hey buddy." He said taking his son while Rainbow took off her coat and scarf.

"Brrr it's so cold outside." She shivered as she latched onto Spike letting his warmth flow over her.

"Dash either marry him or let him go. He has work to do right now." Derpy said from the kitchen with a sly smirk on her face as the two blushed.

"You heard the wife Rain, duty calls." He said heading back inside the kitchen while Dash grabbed a few baby supplies before heading into the large living room where a roaring fire was crackling.

"Come on shrimp, I need to get you changed." She said laying Vas down and taking out what she needed and began to work.

"Ah, there's my little prince." Rainbow looked back and smiled at Akhe who was walking into the living room.

"Hey Akhe, how was your day?" She asked going back to changing Vas who was kicking his legs.

"Hold still shrimp I can't- there we go. Ok you want to see auntie Akhe?" She asked smiling as he looked around for a second before spotting Akhe and groaned kicking his legs.

"Ok, ok." Dash said as Akhe leaned down and gently scooped him getting a little smile from him.

"Hello my prince. How was it with Lady Dash?" She asked as he held onto her shirt while trying to stick his hand in his mouth looking around.

"Are you ignoring me young dragon?" Akhe asked gently poking his stomach making him look back at her and smile.

"Hi."

"Ahhhhhh.Pppffffffbbbbbb."

" I see, well how bout we get you something to eat hm?" She asked grabbing the baby bag and heading into the kitchen while Dash threw away the dirty diaper.

As the family sat down to eat Derpy took her spot next to Vasuki feeding him while Spike cleaned up any of his mess. Rainbow scarfed down Derpy's food while Akhe and the rest of the guards sat close to their charges while eating at a dignified pace.

"So Dash how you been? We haven't seen you in a while." Spike asked as she sighed putting her fork down.

"Well I got some pretty crazy news I have to tell you guys." She said looking down at her plate as everyone fell silent but Vas who was busy scooping crushed carrots from his bowl and painting his face with them while laughing.

"What happened?" Spike said moving towards her not noticing the smile creeping on her face.

'Just like you to come and comfort me stud.' She thought while letting out a sigh.

"I quit the active duty Wonderbolts, I'm going to a reserve unit and coming back here to take control of the weather teams. Things have just gotten worse between Soarin and me, so before something bad happened I left." She said looking away only to feel Spikes arms wrap around her while she instantly returned it.

"I'm sorry you had to that Rain, do you need anything from us?" He asked as she sighed.

'You.' She thought smiling squeezing him tighter as he did the same.

"Thanks big guy but I'm ok. Besides I get to see my friends and my cute little godson." She beamed pulling back as he nodded with a small smile.

"Alright Rain, so when you start work?" He asked getting up and going back to his seat as she smiled.

"Started today actually. Vas was a real big help to." She said smiling at the little kirin who mother was busy trying to clean him.

"Oh, how so?" Akhe asked as Dash smiled.

"Are you kidding, bring a baby into a place where a lot of single mares that want kids and just wait. They were all over Vas as soon as I walked through the door. I could have asked to be president of the company and they would have just nodded and gave me the papers." Dash grinned as the others chuckled.

"Well I'm glad that Vas could be such a big help Rain." Spike said smiling at his son.

"So what are you going to be doing after work tomorrow Dash?" Spike asked as she shrugged.

"Don't know. I'll probably come by here and see Vas before going to see how AJ's doin." She said getting a nod from Spike.

"She and Pinkie are dreading having to not work once their sixth month comes around. Applejack especially." Spike said as Dinky got up and took some of the others dishes putting them in the sink before starting to wash them.

"Thanks Dinky." Seru said stretching letting out a satisfied groan.

"Lunch was amazing as always my queen." She said getting blissful groans from the others making her blush.

"Thank you. I'm glad you liked it." She said smiling as Rainbow stood up.

"Thanks for the food guys, I got to get out of here and get ready for work in the morning." She said heading over to Vas giving him a kiss on the head chuckling.

"See you tomorrow vegetable shrimp." She said as Spike got up and walked her to the door.

"See you tomorrow Rain." He said giving her a hug not seeing her blush brightly.

"Yeah, I'll see you later big guy." She smiled putting on her coat and hat before heading out into the freezing winter cold.

Dash sighed as she flew through the air looking back at Spikes house and groaned before heading home. Her cold, lonely, house.

'Man this sucks!' Rainbow growled breaking through the cloud cover before taking off to her house.

"Ugh, I swear ever since he came back I can't get him out of my head!" She groaned dodging a cloud before landing on her cloud yard. She sighed opening her door and heading in throwing her coat on the rack along with her hat.

'Ugh man what a day. Though I got to admit Spitfires face was priceless when I put in my transfer.' She laughed thinking of her former squad leaders shocked face along with the rest of the Wonderbolt team.

"It's for the best, I can't really work with Soarin hanging around me trying to talk to me behind his wife's back. I'm not that kind of mare, besides if all goes well I might be getting something WAY better." She blushed as the image of Spike with Pinkie and AJ on nightmare night flashed through her mind.

"Oh man." She sighed feeling herself heat up making her rub her legs together as she began to pant.

"Get a hold of yourself Dash!!" She growled at herself but the feeling wouldn't go away.

"Ugh! I need a shower." She groaned feeling how wet her thong was already.

She ran a cold shower before hopping in clicking on the radio letting some tunes fill the room.

She squeaked as the freezing water hit her back before she turned and dunked her head in it.

As she cooled down she never heard her door opened or her name called out by the stallion as he moved towards where he heard the radio.

"Can I help you?" He turned to see the glowing golden eyes of a dragon glaring at him from the doorway.

"I just came to talk to Rainbow Dash." He said as the dragon placed a scarf on the coat rack.

"I see, so breaking and entering is how you talk to people?" He asked crossing his arms just as the door opened and Dash walked out grooving to the music not even noticing the two males in her house as she headed to her room.

"I forgot how awesome Dash looks like that." The stallion said as the dragon growled.

"I think you need to leave. NOW!" He snarled as the pegasus shook his head.

"I don't think so dragon, I have something personal to discuss with Rainbow." He said as another pegasus landed behind the dragon.

"Um, what's going on here?" She asked as the dragon turned and smiled at her.

"Hey Fluttershy, just escorting this stallion out of Rainbows house that he broke into." He said as she gasped and then glared at the stallion.

"Soarin, what are you doing here? Spike? Fluttershy?" They all turned to see Rainbow in a thong and sports bra with a towel around her shoulders.

"I came to talk to you." He said as she glared at him.

"Well I don't want to talk to you, whatever you have to say I don't want to hear it." She said as Fluttershy made her way inside closing the door behind her.

"You heard her Soarin, leave." Fluttershy growled crossing her arms under her breasts glaring at him.

"You are no longer wanted here Soarin, I suggest you leave." Spike said opening the door.

"Spitfire and I aren't working out." He said suddenly and looked at Dash.

"I just wanted to ask for another chance." He said as she scoffed.

"Are you serious!? You dump me and then spread rumors around that I'm some easy whore. Do you know how many times I've got hit on by a horny idiot that just wanted to fuck and be done with it. I've been in fist fights with other mares because of you when they found out their stallion tried to get with me Soarin!" She snarled as the stallion shrugged.

"Well you were easy for me." He stated as Dash's eyes went wide before a large claw wrapped around his throat from behind making him gag.

He looked back to see the dragons glowing slitted eyes making him go wide eyed.

"I believe you have more than overstayed your welcome." He said tightening his grip picking up the stallion as he clawed at Spikes hand while he started to purple.

"I ever see you in Ponyville besides on official business I'll make sure your career is over permanently." He snarled before tossing him out of the door.

Spike turned back to see Dash crying while Fluttershy tried to comfort her. He moved quickly to his friend after closing the door and wrapped them both in his arms and wings.

"Shhh, don't believe a word he said Dash." He said laying his chin on her head as she buried her head in his chest.

"But he's right. I was easy for him." She whimpered as he ran his claws through her mane while pulling her closer.

"No you weren't easy Dash, he used you and made promises that he would never have kept. He used your affection for him to trick you into having sex with him." He stated hearing her sniff before looking up at him.

"Thanks big guy, you alway know what to say." She smiled before putting her head back on his chest.

"Anytime Rain." He said smiling down at her as Fluttershy smiled at the two.

"Now I have to get back to the wife, but if you need anything let me know ok?" He said as she stepped back while he headed back to the door before turning back to her freezing like he just noticed her blushing.

"Uh, um, I brought your scarf back since you left it at the house. I'm sure you're going to need it in the morning." He said staring as she grinned a little putting her hand behind her back and pushing her chest out a little loving the dumb struck look on his face.

"Thanks Spike, you're really sweet." She said walking up to him with a extra sway to her hips squealing on the inside as he watched her every move like a hawk.

When she got to him she pulled him down by his scarf and gave him a quick kiss on the cheek feeling her own cheeks burning as she pulled back.

"Thanks again Spike, there's no telling what Soarin would have done if we were alone." She said before moving back to Fluttershy who was blushing but with a small grin on her face.

"I'll see you later Spike." Rainbow said looking back at him as he stared at her while trying to find the knob to the door.

"Yeah, later." He said finally finding the knob and tumbling out of the house as the girls laughed as the door closed.

"You're so bad Rainbow." Fluttershy giggled as the mare blushed.

"I can't help it if I'm awesome." She smiled before the two headed into the kitchen.

"Now let me get dressed and then we'll head over to Twi's house." She stated getting a nod as the mare flew to her room.
