This story was originally written by Michi, who had written this story called They Can't Take What's Ours.

Now let me first of all tell you that this story has got to be the absolute WORST mlp fanfiction that I have ever read. Now it isn't the plot of the fic, no, it's what the author says within the fic that make it so horrible! The way this story is written makes it probably the most horrible thing I've ever read. Anyways, take a look at it yourself, I can't describe this monstrosity in a short description, it just has to be witnessed. It's only 1,040 words.

Anyways, now that I've gotten that out of the way, this story is basically a trying better version of it. It follows the same story line, it just gives a backstory. I was trying to be decent, but I don't know for sure if I even gave the original any justice whatsoever.. I'll just have to see…
