Welcome to Hell

"Overlord this Jäger 2-4 we are approaching the storm wall. Once inside we will lose all radio contact, Over" said Anderson guiding our Chinook through the remaining winds of the previous sandstorm. "Overlord copies all, Good Luck out there 2-4" responded Overlord. I began briefing the team "Ok, team, 2 weeks and 32 hours ago we received this radio signal," I started the recording, "This is Colonel John Konrad. The attempted evacuation of Dubai ended in...complete failure. Death toll: too many." "It repeated every hour, for 2 weeks. However, 18hrs ago, it stopped." Mason asked "And what exactly does this have to do with rescuing civis?" I answered "Because 48 hours ago Delta Squad, lead by Cpt. Martin Walker were sent in to investigate. So we can only assume that either it was broken by the storm or they turned it off."

"Welcome to Hell boys and girls, we're approaching the approximate location of the signal." said Green. "Alright gear up team." I said putting on my face mask with a skull decal, helmet and googles. I grabbed my M4, loaded a magazine and pulled the charging handle twice, once to chamber a round, twice to ensure it's charged. I took my grandfather's M1911 from it's holster, and cocking it. Everyone else did the same, however Jackson had a M249 S.A.W(Squad Automatic Weapon) light machine gun and M4 Super 90 shotgun and Mason had a TAC-338 sniper and MP5. The door opened and we were immediately hit by the stench of decomposing bodies. "Spread out, find what's making that smell." I ordered. "Look at this," Jackson said pointing out the badly decomposed body that could only be identified by his uniform, as a member of the Damned 33rd. "He wasn't killed by the storm, look bullet holes" pointed out Mason.  Green suddenly shouted, "Hey guys, check the front of the chopper!" We did as told and found the bodies of locals. "They got AKs and they aren't as decomposed as that guy. You think Delta did it." I said. "I guess it's a possibility. They're is nothing we can do, BACK TO THE CHOPPA!" I said in my best Schwarzenegger impression. As we got took off, I pondered what killed the survivors.

We continued forward, we saw more bodies of survivors. Eventually we came across a crashed plane that had to many bodies around it. "We got place to land, let's check it out." We touched down and and left the helicopter. "Looks like these guys were flanked from behind, it was defiantly Delta that killed. Let's check out the plane." said Mason. As we did, we found more bodies, including 4 more members of the 33rd. "I guess this is why Delta killed them." Jackson said "Let's go nothing can be done" I ordered.
