Chapter 6 - Time For A Cruise----------

Frank took a good look at the laundry and secretly used it. It was still nighttime, and many ponies were still asleep. He decided to waste a large amount of tissues in order to cover himself up while the clothes were being cleaned, which seemed to be better than walking around buck-naked. A few minutes later, he found himself staring at the stars once more inside the library. Although this 'Equestria' madness was giving him weird vibes, the starry night seemed to calm him down. It was interesting; the stars seemed to shine more than it did on Earth. He reconsidered about actually staying in the hell-hole, but if there weren't any scoops to pick up in his current location, he might as well try finding a way back to his home.

The photographer had taken off his sunglasses earlier; who would wear them at nighttime, anyways?

'I did see that music video called 'Mr. Douchebag' before, and I think it did show a dude doing that...'

Frank didn't want the night to end. He wanted the ponies to sleep forever so that he could rest in peace, but he knew that was only seen as a dream. Hopes of running away decreased after seeing Adam in the woods; he feared that there may be other insane psychopaths roaming around the wilderness. He sighed as sleepiness overcame him slowly.

...

Opening his eyes, Frank found himself face-to-face with a familiar purple unicorn. Twilight took a step back, startled by how sudden he woke up. The human sat up straight, but he seemed to lose interest in the pony.

"Man... morning already?"

"H-Hey, umm..." Twilight began, "I know we weren't exactly happy with each other in our first meeting, but..."

Frank locked his eyes on the unicorn, who seemed to be avoiding his gaze.

"But what?"

"...S-Shall I give you a tour of Ponyville?"

Although the photographer expected something worse, he knew that having a tour would actually benefit him. He also needed to get his suit back as soon as possible.

"Sure. But I'm going to choose where we go first."

"A-Alright."

Frank stood up, stretching his back. He muttered,

"Time for a cruise..."

Twilight nervously looked around the town. Many ponies stared at the creature next to her with either awe, disgust, or horror. Either way, Frank did not tolerate the attention, but the only fact that made him feel better was that he didn't look like a mummy. His suit was clean as ever, with the classic camera slung over his neck.

"Twilight, was it?" whispered Frank.

"Yes?"

"Can we move a little faster? I feel weird because of all these hor- ponies staring at me."

The purple unicorn would've glare if they weren't attracting the attention of nearly every single pony. She trotted faster with the human also picking up his own pace. They went inside a small building that seemed to be a bakery. While Twilight sighed, Frank stared at a button on a wall that said 'No Hoo-man Shall Press This!'.

"Oh, joy. Now I sound like a hooter."

He slammed the button, crushing it in the process. When he did, though, he felt a cupcake ambush his face. The unicorn next to him gasped as the icings were smeared all over his face.

"...Maybe someone came a little too much."

An energetic voice shouted out,

"HELLO! We meet again! My name is Pinkie Pie, and that cupcake was a small payback because you made me feel bad earlier. But it's okay now, cause it's supposed to be a joke! I also have a special, SPECIAL batch of cupcakes prepared for you if you feel bad! You want some? Hmm? Pleaaaaaaaaase?"

Frank felt himself facepalm as he muttered,

"I shouldn't have read that 'special' fan-fiction... now it feels just awkward talking about cupcakes."

"Huh? What'd ya say? Is it a yes?"

The human took a look at Twilight, who seemed to look pitifully at him. He then replied to Pinkie,

"Yeah... I need something to eat anyways."

The pink earth pony squealed with joy as she energetically bounced up to a tray with delicious-looking cupcakes prepared on it. After she somehow picked it up with her head, she trotted back to Frank and joyfully said,

"Here!"

The man himself was surprised to see how tempting the cupcakes were. The icings were actually expertly placed, and it overall looked appetizing. He also noticed that Pinkie laughed nervously when he read out letters that were made in each cupcake.

"S.o.r.r.y-W.e.s.t?"

"Ooh, about that... umm, hee hee..."

Frank raised an eyebrow out of sheer amusement, but the look on his face clearly said 'Get on with it.'

"I'm sorry about making you angry. Y'know, it's kind of painful to see someone not laughing or smiling at all, and I partially failed my job at it. So I'm hundred percent sure that this'll make you happy!"

At first, the human frowned, causing Pinkie to skip a heartbeat. He clearly wasn't much of a talker after he lost his position as a talk-show host, but he rarely had the chance to actually smile truthfully. When he began to smile softly, Pinkie felt satisfaction fill her heart.

"Thanks. I'll eat them all. Happily."

Pinkie only squealed joyfully as she bounced around the room once more. While she was doing that, Frank took a bite from the cupcake with 'S' on it.

'...Definitely not bad.'

Twilight had her mouth open throughout the entire event. She didn't exactly get the chance to explain about Pinkie's hobbies, but she didn't want to ruin the good moment. When the man turned to look at her, she managed to wake up from an unknown trance.

"Soooo, wanna visit another good friend of mine?" asked Twilight.

"Sure... and I know who I wanna visit."

Frank cracked his neck, causing Twilight to flinch. They left what was apparently called 'Sugarcube Corner'. While they were moving along, the man muttered something that Twilight secretly hated to hear,

"Here I come, tomboy-lesbo..."

(Author's Notes)

Man, it's hard to write something without some type of action going on. I'm finally introducing the Mane Six to Frank West PROPERLY. Like, thank God someone like me could actually do that. And sorry if this was short, I just felt that Pinkie should have a fast introduction considering the fact that she moves on through stuff very quickly. Twilight will properly explain about her to Frank in the next chapter, while visiting their next target. (and yes, the next chapter would probably take a day or two to make)

And if you heard the hint on who he's going to visit next, then I'll try my best! Also, don't forget that feedback is always welcome! (PM or comments; I'm also taking suggestions)
