Sometimes ponies need help with... one thing or another. Sometimes they have embarrassing problems. Sometimes they'll glance both ways before writing up a letter and putting it in their mailbox.

Those letters end up coming to me. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy to help out, it's just... whenever I tell anypony what I actually do, they freak out a bit. It's not even my primary source of income, and usually it just consists of talking through the issue. But it's the exceptions that everypony remembers, which bothers me to no end.
