The Little Rainbow

Rainbow sat on the kitchen floor confused at the mess. 'I didn't make this mess...'. She threw most of the items in the trash and smiled when she finished. Rainbow made her way back into the living room and smiled as she climbed onto the couch next to Applejack. "I finished cleaning it up!" She exclaimed happily as she looked up at AJ. Appljack looked at Rainbow and let out a small sigh.

"Dash... You do know that I have to punish you for making that mess..." Applejack spoke softly as she pulled Rainbow onto her lap. 'I don't want to do it though...'. She let out a sigh at her thought and waited for Rainbow to respond about getting punished.

"Applejack I didn't make that mess though... I don't remember doing any thing to make a mess." Rainbow looked down at her lap as she began to think to herself. 'All I did was get a few things out of the fridge... Am I forgetting things..'? Applejack looked at Rainbow and sighed.

"All I'm going to do is spank you Rainbow, I thought you were all tough and strong? Or are you scared of a little spanking?" Applejack was trying to make the spanking not sound like a bad thing as she watched Rainbow think to herself. 'What is she thinking about?'. Rainbow looked up from her lap and crossed her arms.

"I don't want this punishment, I didn't even make that mess in the kitchen." Rainbow spoke with confidence as she looked up at AJ. 'She won't punish me, I know she won't. Rainbow held back a grin as Applejack signed.

"I don't care if you don't want it your going to get a punishment for that little mess you made." Applejack bend Rainbow over her lap and got complaints in return. 'Well I hope this teaches her something about making messes...'. Applejack shook her head as she prepared to start.

"Applejack don't! I swear I didn't make the mess in the kitchen!" Rainbow grabbed onto Applejack's pants and lightly pulled on them to make her stop. 'Why won't she believe me?!' Rainbow was about to continue her protests and Applejack gave the first spanking. "Ow! That really hurt, stop it AJ!"

Applejack ignored the protests and gave the second hit, receiving a small whine from Rainbow. "Three more and them your good to go.." Applejack sighed softly and hit Rainbow's butt once more. "Three..." Rainbow tried to get free from Applejack's hold on her but since she was smaller as a child now. "Four.." AJ gave another hit and got a small cry from Rainbow.

"Your doing it to hard Applejack..." Rainbow complained as she moved away just a little bit. 'Stop..'. Rainbow heard Applejack say Five and didn't want to get spanked anymore so she bit AJ's leg, causing her to stop.

"Rainbow don't bite me!" Applejack placed Rainbow to the side and rubbed her leg. 'She sure does have some sharp teeth...god that hurt..' Applejack turned to Rainbow and spoke, "You have one more to go come he-" Before she could finish her sentence Rainbow took off up the stairs and ran to Apple Bloom's room.

'She can't get me now, like to see her try'. Rainbow smiled as she climbed up on the bed and hugged a pillow. Rainbow snickered a little bit as she could hear Applejack storming up the steps. Rainbow looked at the door as she noticed the door knob being wiggled followed by a loud knock.

"Rainbow you better open this door before I open it." Applejack was mad, first Rainbow bites her then she takes off and locks herself in a room. 'Why is she acting so much like a child, it just doesn't make any sense!' AJ could hear Rainbow laughing in the room and some shuffling from inside.

"How are you going to open it? It's not like your going to just make it open." Rainbow smiled as she sat I front of the door with the pillow beside her. 'No way she's getting in here'. Applejack grinned a little bit as she backed up from the door, having no ideas Rainbow was directly behind the door.

"It's my house, nothing says I can't break a few things here and there." Applejack grinned as she hit the door with her shoulder, seeing it move a little bit she backed up for one more hit. Rainbow noticed the door move a little bit as she stood up and looked at the door curious.

'What is she doing?' Rainbow unlocked the door and opened in still holing the pillow. She saw Applejack charging towards the door. "Applejack st-" Applejack opened her eyes after she ran into Rainbow and knocked her onto the floor. Applejack looked down at Rainbow and noticed she was about to start crying as she picked her up.

"It's okay Rainbow... Dont cry.. Shhh.." Applejack gently rubbed Rainbow's back as she walked out of the room and back down the stairs. She felt Rainbow slowly lie her head down on her shoulder and start crying. 'Great... Look what I did now..'. She walked to the couch and sat down as she tried to calm Rainbow down. 'We need to go see Twilight soon about this... It seems like Rainbow's mind is getting scrambled up..'

Rainbow ended up crying herself to sleep as she sniffles a little here and there. Applejack sighed as she got Rainbow some clothes on and dressed herself as well for a visit into town. "It's okay Rainbow... Just sleep for a bit." AJ gently rubbed Rainbows back as she slid her boots on and opened the front door. 'Alright let's get going'. Rainbow moved a little bit before she let out a small huff of air and relaxed once more.

"My head hurts..." Rainbow spoke quietly as she felt herself being carried. She knew they were outside from the light. 'What happened..?' Rainbow placed a hand on her head and tried to remember what happened so far to day but she couldn't. She moved her hand and wrapped her arm around AJ's neck. Applejack let out a small sigh as she entered town.

"It's okay Rainbow..." Applejack gently rubbed Rainbow's back and walked up to the library. 'Alright Twilight you better have some useful information...'. Applejack knocked on the door and smiled when it opened fast. "Hey Twilight, I need to talk to you about Dash." Twilight frowned a little bit as she nodded her head and let AJ enter.

"Applejack, what seems to be the problem? Did something happen to Rainbow?" Applejack nodded her head as she sat down. She gave off a small smile as Twilight sat down beside her.

"I think Dash's mind is getting a little scrambled up, she just keeps acting more like a child then her normal self.." Twilight tapped her chin a little bit as she thought. Twilight reached over and carefully pulled Rainbow over to her.

"Rainbow... Wake up I got a treat for you." Twilight lied about having a treat as she gently shook Rainbow. Rainbow opened her eyes and yawned softly as she gently rubbed her eyes. "How do you feel Rainbow?" Twilight smiled as she waited for a response, instead she got a confused look before Rainbow reached for Applejack.

"Applejack..." Rainbow said softly before AJ gently hugged Rainbow and sighed. Rainbow closed her eyes as she rested her head on Applejacks chest and yawned softly.

"Rainbow you need to talk to Twilight, she's trying to help you.." Applejack gently rubbed Rainbow's back and sighed as she got a small head shook in response. "Well I guess she's out of the equation... Twilight has the princess gotten back to you about the spell Discord used?"

"Sorry Applejack but no she hasn't, but as soon as anything comes in I'll make sure you and the girls are the first to hear." Twilight smiled and looked at Rainbow. "Would you like for me to watch her for the night, it would give you a nice break. And it looks like you need one." Twilight and Applejack shared a laugh before Applejack nodded her head.

"That sounds like a great idea, thanks Twilight for taking her for the night." Applejack smiled as she gently handed Rainbow over to Twilight. Twilight smiled as she gently hugged Rainbow. "Alright I got to go, have some shopping to do before I head home. Thanks again Twilight." Applejack smiled before she left the library.

Twilight smiled down at the sleeping Rainbow and gently rubbed her back. 'Awe she really is cute when she sleeps'. She smiled as she stood up and walked to her bedroom up stairs. "I'll let you sleep Rainbow before dinner time." Twilight smiled as she set Rainbow down and gently tucked her in the blanket.
