Chapters Author's Note
Like I said, you should probably read Pac-Man Eats Ponies before this one, I know it's basically a trollfic in the first chapter, but it sorta becomes a parody of trollfics. Also, for more story on this, read Luna's Sock Puppet Show, it's not as bad as Pac-Man Eats Ponies, in fact I dare say it's an adequate comedy fic, so if you haven't read those yet, I encourage you to right now!
Pac-Man: Revision
Pac-Man Saves Ponies
“NO! NO! NO! You were only supposed to destroy ponyville!” A voice shouted, “And now you have killed Luna! My sister!” A brief pause before the voice started up again, “Guards! Guards!”
Another voice spoke up, “What’ happened here?”
“This monster has killed my sister and is most likely the one who destroyed ponyville!” The first voice yelled.
“Why you monster!” The other voice said, “You will be killed for this!”
Another voice, this time totally different from the rest of them said curiously, “Hey Lyra? Why do you have a metal pole?”
Luna’s eyes shot open. She looked around the room she was in. It was a hallway. A long one. Two very large double doors on each end of the room. She finally stopped her scan of the room when she looked downward. She was in half, a bloody mess of her was on the ground.
“HOLY SWEET MYSELF!” She shouted. She looked around for her other half, and found it not to far from her upper half. She reached for it, and caught it in her hoof. She brought it around herself and she put both halves together. They started to connect until she was in one whole again.
“What happened while I was knocked out?” Luna wondered.
As Luna looked around, she saw a lot of blood in the room, then, she remember, then ponies complaining, the monster bursting through the door, the pain of her hind legs coming off of her body.
And then, it hit her in the face like a stack of bricks, she forgot to turn the water off, and she had no idea where her sister was.
“GUARDS! GUARDS!” Luna yelled out.
“Yes your highness?” A guard said as he ran to Luna.
“Where is my sister?!”
“She went to Ponyville to help rebuild it.” The guard answered.
“Oh. So, is she’s ok?” Luna asked, worried.
“Um, no, you see, that monster got free, and it went to Ponyville………..I’m sorry, but we’ve lost all contact with the ponies there, we can only assume the monster killed her, I’m sorry.”
Luna just layed there for a bit, then her face turned red, really red, the guard could swear he saw smoke coming from her ears, “That monster! If I find it, I’ll destroy him!”
“But how?” The guard asked.
“A few days before the monsters first attack, I found a spell that can do something. The spell at first looked silly, but then I read that whatever it does, it can kill monsters.” Luna thought for a moment about what she was about to do. Then ran for her room.
She searched through many spell books for the right one. Then she found it.
“Turn your sock puppets into ghosts. Able to kill monsters, demons, and your parent in-law’s.” Luna read. “Should be easy enough-” Luna said before she read something that stopped her dead in her tracks. “Requires 4 sock puppets?! Rrrrgh!”
She made a sock puppet of a queen and put it down next to a king sock puppet and two dragon sock puppets.
“OK, now then.” She said. Her horn began to glow and the aura surrounded the sock puppets.
A bright light surrounded the room, and Luna was pushed back into the wall.
She looked up and saw what she was looking for.
Flash Sentry sat at his desk, he had been informed that Princess Celestia, Cadence, and up until recently, Luna, were dead, and he had been given a note Celestia had left for him when she died.
“Well, I’ve waited long enough, I should see what Celestia left me.” Falsh said as he looked at the note.
The note read “My dearest Flash Sentry, if you are reading this, it means that I’m dead, it also means that I couldn't complete my plan, so, you must complete it for me, you see, a few days ago, or maybe it was months, I have no idea when you're going to read this, if you ever read it, anyway, Luna made this terrible puppet show, it was so bad that I tried to kill myself, to do this, I sent myself to a world called Earth, thou I wasn't able to do myself in, I did think the world would make a better place for pony kind to live then on our world, so I came back to the castle to summon a demon, and that demon didn't take any of my orders, so I locked him in a dungeon, but he escaped, so I summoned another demon, this one followed my orders, in fact it’s tearing Ponyville up right now, so, now that you've read this, it’s up to you to take over Earth, good luck Flash .”
“Well why would I follow that? It sounds like Celestia was out of her bleeding mind!”
“P.S, if you don't, I planted a miniature sun inside of you. You should be fine, unless you don’t do what I say. ”
“Shit!” He cursed.
In an abandoned makeshift base in the middle of the town, lay the spot where an epic battle was held, and where all three monster that fought in that battle died, one was drained of the energy that kept him alive, another had her body crushed, and the last was killed by a magic bolt.
Now, from a battle this epic, you'd expect there to be a lot of leftover energy, and there was. All of that energy, however, was going to one spot in the room, that same spot was where the monster was drained of all energy, we all know what’s going to happen.
“AAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!” A voice yells from the same spot, “Oh man…The pain… How ironic… I put ponies in pain… And know I feel what they feel… But I'm still going to hurt them.” The voice said.
The source of the voice then looked around the room, then said, “Wow, what happened after I died?…Well, Celestia is dead……..And so is my friend……..I need to get out of here”
The voice then tried to stand up, but ended up crying out in pain and falling back to the ground, “Ok, I’m too weak to walk……..I guess I'm going to have to crawl out.”
The voice then started to crawl for the exit, and as he did, he thought, 'Ok, I have to keep thinking in order of me to regain energy, so I need to think, my name is The Torturer, I’m 4579 years old, which mean I’m still in my prime, I like to torture ponies, I was summoned a few days ago, I'm friends with another demon, and I'm in deep pain... Oh the pain. '
As The Torturer crawled he got worried that somepony would see him, but then he remembered that he was invisible, so he wouldn't be seen be anypony, which would make escaping a lot easier, he needed to get away from the base before anypony came in or it was destroyed, either way he was too weak to survive it.
'Gah! It hurts to move, but I have to get out of here, or my friend will die with me. ' The Torturer thought as he made his way to the exit.
He exited the building, making his way onto the dirt road of Ponyville. He looked around the town, it was pretty much leveled. A few buildings were standing, but most of ‘em. Not so much. Oh great! Even the club was destroyed! Man, that place was awesome! Me and my bud went there every night to party and we’d be all like, oh getting off track. I apologies. Anywho, the base was located near the end of the town, and just above the grassy hill just out of Ponyville, the Torturer sensed a strong presence.
'OK. ' He thought, 'Here I go. ' He started crawling, inch by inch to it. Took a few hours but he kept moving, and eventually he made it up the hill. He looked and saw an amazing sight. 'Well, well, well. ' He thought, 'We meet again. ' He laughed maniacally. Or at least he would have if it didn't hurt so much. Speaking of him hurting, how would he have tortured those four mares? He was too weak to do anything to them. Well, he looked upwards and saw the most magical of all sights. A boldar that if he pushed, could crush the four. Genius idea.
“Y’know what I hate the most about being tortured to near death?” The mint green of the four mares asked.
“Oh. Do tell.” The white unicorn said sarcastically while rolling her eyes as she knew what the answer was.
“Everything!” The mint green one shouted.
"Shocker!" The white unicorn said, once again, sarcastically.
Up above a much steeper hill lied a boulder. Energy shot from nowhere at the bolder and it started to tip. It rolled down the hill towards the four mares who had been lying of the grass they were so badly hurt.
“Hear that?” The grey earth pony asked everyone around her.
The boulder went zooming passed them all and it hit a tree.
“Holy cow!” The cream earth pony said. “That was close!”
“Maybe today might just be our lucky day.” The mint unicorn said. She was wrong, of course, as the tree the boulder smashed into started to tip towards them.
“Y’know what I hate about being tortured to near death?” Asked the white unicorn mare this time.
“Do tell.” The mint green one wondered what she was going to say.
“Not being able to move afterwards. Gives it enough time to-” They were all crushed by the tree.
“I hate that too!” The mint green one called to her friends.
“HAHAHAHAHAHA!!” The Torturer laughed from the top of the hill.
“Did you hear that?” The cream colored mare asked to her friends.
“Yes.” They all replied.
“Did it sound familiar to any of you?”
“You know, now that I think about, yeah!.” The mint green mare said.
“Please don’t bring that up…...I still have nightmares of what happened in that alleyway.” The white mare replied.
“Well, that doesn’t change my point, it sounds like it came from the same pony…….Or whatever it is.”
“So, you’re saying that you think it’s the same…...Thing that’s attacked us a week ago, did this to us.”
“Yes, and I think it’s also responsible for hurting us a few hours ago.”
“Ok, but there’s nothing we can do about it now.”
“Right, all we can do is wait for somepony to find us and take us to a hospital”
Unknown to the four mares, The Torturer was watching them, he hadn’t moved an inch since he knocked the boulder down the hill, he wanted to hurt them again, but he was too weak to do anything, so he just layed on the ground and watched the four mares, after a few hours passed, a group of knights found the mares and took them away, leaving The Torturer alone, all he had to do was wait for his energy to return……..Which would take a few days.
Luna was staring at what looked like four colored bed sheets with eyes, floating above the ground. The four ghosts had different colored to them. One was pink, one was blue, one was red, and one was orange.
“Did I do the spell wrong?” Luna asked herself.
“Nope.” The pink one spoke up, “We are what actual ghosts look like. Common mistake, however.”
Luna just stared wide-eyed. ”OK, so do you guys hunt monsters?”
“Depends on the type of monster.” The pink one answered, “Who are you looking’ for?”
“A giant yellow circle. With a mouth.” Luna informed.
“WHAT?!” The pink ghost yelled turning almost as red as... Well, the red one, “THAT BASTARD!”
“I assume you know it?”
“Yes, I do. It was a different time.” The pink one started to calm down, “Anyways, my name is Pinky.”
“Huh.” Luna looked at the pink one, “I know somepony named Pinkie.”
“Well, I should sue. Anyways, the blue one is Inky, the red one is blinky and the orange one is Clyde.” Pinky said looking to Clyde.
Clyde was banging himself against the wall, “Deeeerr! I like monkeys!” He called to everyone in the room.
Luna looked curiously at him.
“He’s a moron.” Pinky whispered to Luna making sure Clyde didn’t hear it.
“I can tell.” Luna knew that Clyde was a moron because she had closely observed his actions.
“Well then.” Blinky butted in, “When do we get started? I’m ready to get me a yellow circle!”
Chapter 3, Pac-Man: Oblivion
“Do you know anything else about these two monsters?” Flash asked Bon Bon who was laying in a hospital bed.
“No. I don’t.” Bon Bon answered.
“Any one of you?” Flash asked the other mares in the room.
They all shook their heads, no.
“That’s a shame.” Flash just walked away. He opened the hospital door, and met with a guard. “They don’t know anything else. Kill them.”
“Yes sir.” The guard saluted and Flash walked off.
The guard walked into the room to find the four mares crawling out the window.
“You’ll never take us alive!” Lyra shook her hoof that wasn’t in a cast at the guard.
First Octavia fell out the window, then Bon Bon, then Vinyl, then Lyra pushed herself out. Unfortunately for them, the hospital was 28 stories high. And they were at the top. Lyra met up with the others while falling down.
“Lyra.” Octavia said.
“Yeah, Octavia?” Lyra asked.
“I hate you.” They all plummeted to the ground.
Flash was whistling while coming out of the hospital. He flew up into the sky and made way to Canterlot castle.
Suddenly there was a burst of fire in the middle of the city, Flash sped towards it.
He landed to see the fire, a crowd of ponies had also walked by, forming a big circle around it. A human looking thing stepped out of it, looking around Canterlot. The human looking things head was a skull of fire, and he was dressed neck to toe in black leather jackets, pants, gloves and boots. Clearly a very serious man.
The flaming skull man then spoke, “I AM HADES! GOD OF THE UNDERWORLD! I am here for two demons who have been reported killing your princesses!” His voice boomed across Canterlot.
“Um, yes, hi mr underworld person.” Flash spoke shoving his way through the crowd.
“WHO DARES TO SPEAK TO ME IN SUCH A WAY!?” Hades demanded to know.
“Yeah, hi. My name is Flash Sentry, and I know where you can find those two.” Flash said.
“Oh. Cool. Hello, I’m Hades.” Hades shook Flash’s hoof, “But my friends call me paul.”
“Come with me. And I can give you what you need to know.” Flash motioned his hoof for Hades to follow him.
“Come on Puck, we need to run faster if we want to get away from Hades!!” The Torturer yelled
Puck said nothing, and continued to eat the orbs as fast as he could.
The two demons ran until they got to Canterlot, they hoped that they would be safe in the town, if only for an hour.
“Ok……. Let’s take a break……...I can’t run anymore” The Torturer said, clearly out of breath.
Puck looked around, they weren’t any ponies around, which was both a good and bad thing, it was good because nopony would see them, or Puck as The Torturer is invisible, but the bad thing was, if no ponies were there, where were they all at? Well we know, but they don’t.
“Do you see any pony?” The Torturer asked.
Puck made a beeping noise.
“That’s what I thought.”
The two demon started to walk into the empty town, both were scared out of their minds, but as they walked by the hospital, The Torturer stopped and said “Wait……...Are those the ponies I think they are?”
Puck looked at the hospital, and saw the four mares The Torturer loved to hurt, laying on the ground.
“I’ll be right back.” The Torturer said, then walked away.
Puck just watched the mares.
“This is the last time I listen to you Lyra.” Bon Bon said, in deep pain from the fall.
“How was I supposed to know we were that high?” Lyra replied.
“Oh, I dunno! Look down maybe?”
“Plus, it was the only way out, if we stayed there we would be dead.”
“ARE YOU SURE WE’RE NOT DEAD ALREADY?!”Octavia said.
“Keep your voice down. But lets be glad that we’re alive.” Lyra answered.
“Well I for one am glad to be away from that demon.” Vinyl blurted out.
“Agreed.” The other mares said.
“Hey girls?” Lyra asked.
“Yeah Lyra?” Bon Bon replied
“Is it just me, or is anyone else seeing a piano falling from the hospital roof?”
The other mare looked at the sky, just in time to see the piano land on top of them.
“Just so you all know, you can never get away from me.” The Torturer said.
The mares were in too much pain to reply, all they the was lay there, in pain and shock.
Back in Luna’s room her and Clyde were doing some catching up.
“And y’know I really think bear is a great colour, along with stephenson.” Clyde said as Luna banged her head against the wall.
“SHUT UP! SHUT UP! SHUT UP!” Luna shouted at Clyde.
“I also like puppies. I’m glad you brought them up. My favorite type of puppy is a groundhog.”

Hades walked with Flash Sentry, they had been talking about the monsters and how they planned to get them back to Tartarus.
“So how do you plan on catching them?” Flash asked Hades.
“I’m not sure. Probably get an alicorn to summon them.” Hades answered.
“Can’t you?” Flash questioned.
“I do not have that kind of power here in this...” Hades looked around, “Hell hole you call a city.”
“Well…… There is one alicorn left, and she’ll be glad to help us.”
“Who?”
“Princess Luna.”
“Well then, we shall go talk with her.”
“She is in the castle that way.” Flash pointed towards the castle.
Luna had been trying to lower the sun and raise the moon, however the Clyde kept getting in the way of her concentration. Clyde had begun shouting out very strange words. He called it his singing hour time.
“NARWALTH!” He shouted.
“Would you shut up?!” Luna shouted back at him.
“Good, you’re harmonizing.” Clyde said.
“I swear! If you do not shut up, I will have to throw you into a giant pit!” Yelled Luna.
Then outside of the doors, she heard loud stomping sounds. They had continued and got louder and louder for about 50 seconds until they stopped just outside the door. Obviously Luna was freaking out, she tried to fly out but didn’t have the strength. She also tried teleporting but not enough magic could be used as she still had to raise the sun and moon.
Loud banging on the door started up. It banged four times before it burst open. The doors flew off the hinges and smashed to the ground. Dust covered the room and sight was barely optional. A silhouetted figure came from the doorway. It looked around the room and then walked in, standing on his two hind legs. He looked to have claws of some kind, and a floating head that was covered in fire.
The dust cleared up and it was Hades. Yeah, no shit. Hades walked over to the doors that were now inside Luna’s room.
“Sorry about that.” He said in a calm voice that didn’t suit his figure at all. He lifted the doors up and placed them on their respective places.
“Umm...” Luna looked shocked, big shocker, I know, “A couple quick questions. Who are you,? What are you? Why are you here? And, where did you come from?
“I am Hades, God of the underworld, I came here with Flash Sentry to ask you to summon two demons I have seem to lost.”
“Oh. Where is he?”
“Behind me.” Hades said pointing to Flash who was standing in the doorway.
“Hi Luna.” Flash waved.
Luna waved back before Hades slammed his fist into a nearby desk, which made her jump.
“I need you to do it now!” Hades yelled, “Can you summon the monsters?”
“Um. No, I can’t. Sorry.” Luna backed up, “I have to raise the moon. If I do what you tell me to, than we will all die.”
“Really? Well Flash seems to be hopeful for that.” Hades looked over to Flash and then back at Luna’s confused face, “What? You didn’t know? He’s trying to destroy Equestria. I thought you would have known.”
“Flash? Why?” Luna asked concerned.
“We need you to do it! THEY KILLED YOUR SISTER! Remember?” Hades shouted.
“The needs of many outway the needs of few. I will find the monsters, and kill them. But right now, it is important that more ponies get what they should have. Lives. And I will not give up my powers for something that is not even my duty.”
The fire surrounding Hades skull grew with his anger, “Bad idea!” He took Luna by the throat.
“Help. Flash.” Luna squeaked out.
“You better do what he says.” Flash said.
“No.” Luna struggled to breath, as she tried to get out of Hades grip.
“DO IT NOW!” Hades threw Luna through the doors, knocking them down again.
The Torturer looked at the castle and said, “Are you sure this is a good idea?”
Puck made a few beeping noises.
“Yes, I understand that we need to talk to whoever’s in charge, but they might kill us if we try to talk to them.”
Puck made some more beeping noises.
“Yeah, I guess you’re right.”
The two demons then started to walk to the castle, but as they walked, they noticed a lack of guards, the whole place looked abandon, it was kind of creepy.
“Everywhere we go looks abandon, except for a few guards, and the four mares I like to hurt.” The Torturer remarked.
Puck made a beeping noise.
“What do you mean?”
Puck made another beeping noise.
“Yeah. What is that?” The Torturer took notice to a sound of things being destroyed, and loud crashes. He’s been in enough battles to know what it sounds like just from vague sounds from another room.
Puck made yet another beeping noise.
“Yeah. Someone’s in trouble. We better go help.” Footsteps started to be heard running down the hall, this was the Torturer running. And he also brought along Puck’s orbs.
Puck started eating the orbs and went down the hall.
The Torturer bursted through the doors to the hallway he heard the sounds in. “WAGH!” He screamed and ducked before an oncoming Luna could hit him.
She headed straight towards one of the orbs. The Torturer rearranged them just in time before she hit them. Although she did still hit the floor and it did still hurt. In fact, she cracked the ground.
She got up and was bleeding all over from the force of the impact. However, the wounds started closing and the blood went back into her.
“That’s not normal. Not even for a princess.” The Torturer questioned.
“Who said that?” Luna asked in fear.
“Don’t worry. it’s just me, the one who killed your sister.” The Torturer said, “I am the Torturer. And I’m guessing you are princess Luna-” A table was flung at both him and Luna, he jumped to Luna and caught her, he continued to roll onto the ground until he was far enough away from the table to cause no damage.
“Why are you saving me if you are just going to kill?”
“You speak lies woman.” The Torturer answered... I guess you can call that answering, I dunno. “Now then, get out of here. Me and Puck have some things to work out with Satan.” He cracked his knuckles... I guess. What is he anyways?
Luna started to run, but a blue maned pegasus with golden armor on flew in front of her, “Going somewhere princess?” He asked. OK, it wasn’t really a question but I’m not sure what that would be called doing.
“Stand down Flash!” Luna ordered.
“How about no.” Flash replied.
“I’m your princess, you shall do what I tell you too.”
“Not this time.” Flash smirked.
“Why not?”
“Because I’m helping Satan.”
“WHAT?!”
“You heard me, I’m with Satan now.”
“IT’S HADES!!!!” Hades yelled from the room.
“Right, sorry, Hades. I’m with Hades now.” Flash corrected himself.
“This must be a joke.” Luna said as she looks for a way around Flash.
“No, I assure you, this is all real.”
“.........Oh dear.” Luna squeaked out.
“Now then, would you kindly jump in a hole and die?”
“This isn’t Bioshock.” The Torturer said from behind Luna.
“Gah!” Luna jumped.
“Sorry, sometimes I forget I’m invisible.” The Torturer apologised.
“What are you doing here?” The princess of the night asked.
“Savin yer ass.” The Torturer answered.
“HEY!” Hades yelled at The Torturer.
“Oh shoot.” The Torturer was then smashed through the wall by Hades.
“Time to die.” Hades said walking through the destroyed wall, cracking his knuckles.
He ran up to punch The Torturer but The Torturer flipped backwards, onto his hands or whatever is on the end of his arms and kicked him.
The Torturer swiftly slid under Hades legs, but Hades grabbed him and lifted him up in the air and threw him to the ground. He left a small crater in the shape of his body, but unfortunately you don’t know what it is, but I do, na na, na na na! But I digress.
The Torturer flipped back up ready to fight.
Hades tried to trip him, but he jumped over his leg, and hit him.
Hades then responded by hitting The Torturer. And wow, did that hurt him. I mean like ouch, that punch is really hard. And the punch sent him flying back, can he get back up in time? We will find out right now.
The Torturer got up on his elbow, breathing heavily. He clearly wasn’t able to fight anymore. Too bad.
Hades walked up to him, lifting up his fist, ready to crush his skull in. Suddenly a column holding the room up broke off and fell onto Hades, and nearly onto The Torturer, but it’s cool. It only nearly hit him.
A beeping sound from where the column had just fallen from.
“Puck! Lets get out of here!” The Torturer yelled.
They both ran for the exit of the room as the ceiling collapsed.
They just barely made it through, dust flew everywhere and covered them both.
“I’m just saying, if you let me kill you I can destroy Equestria and start a new pony revolution on Earth, like Celestia wanted.” Flash said to Luna.
“But that is a bad thing. A.K.A, not good.” Luna retaliated.
“Yes, but if you just let me try, I won’t have to get killed.” Flash started to whine.
“Pappa Johns!” Clyde shouted, floating down the hall to Puck.
“Oh great.” The Torturer rolled his invisible eyes.
Puck took a orb in his mouth, though just enough to where he would be holding on to it, and threw it at Flash to get him out of their way.
Flash was electrocuted while he flung through a wall. That’s new to this series isn’t it?
But the force of that impact made the castle start to collapse.
“Run.” Luna squeaks.
They all ran like children, hurrying as fast as they could. They all ran out seconds before it collapsed. OK, it was actually a few minutes before. In fact, it still hasn’t collapsed.
“Ugh!” Flash grunted getting out of the room he was launched into. His coat was now brown and his hair stood up more than it usually did. “I’m gonna kill that fucking demon.” He said. Now the building can collapse in.
Hades hand smashed through the rubble, grabbing on to more destroyed castle. He pulled himself out more and finally he was out.
He walked over and reached into some more rubble, pulling out Flash, who is still alive. Strong bones I guess.
“We lost them.” Hades growled, holding on to Flash’s neck.
“Yes, yes. But we will find them.” Flash tried to calm him down.
“And if we don’t.” Hades saw the ghost and threw Flash behind his back. He took the ghost in his gloves, “I’ll destroy this world, along with everything and everyone in it.” He crushed Clyde who was struggling to get free of his grip. Clyde evaporated ito smoke, leaving only his eyes to fall to the ground. Hades stepped on the eyes and they got crushed.
“Well, that was a close one.” The Torturer remarked.
Puck made some beeping sounds.
“What?” The Torturer said as he looked at Luna who looked like she was about to go insane after all that happened, “You’re right, she is about to lose it.”
Puck made some more beeping noises.
“You want me to snap her out of it?... Alright.”
A few seconds later an invisible force slapped Luna across the face.
“Did that work?”
Puck shook his head, no.
“Darn……. This might work.”
A second later Luna got pick up by The Torturer and slammed her to the ground, hard.
“OWWW! What are you doing?!” Luna yelled
“I’m trying to stop you from going insane, but I don’t know how to do that, I make ponies insane, I’ve never stopped one from going insane.”
“Look, all I want to do now is die, I’ve lost my sister, the guard I trusted the most betrayed me, and I’m talking to the two demons who killed my sister, so do what you do best and kill me.” Luna cried.
“... No”
“What?”
“I’m not killing you, a few days ago, I would have, but not now, not after all I’ve seen, not after all I’ve done, when your sister summoned me, I was a no good, low life, monster who wanted everyone in the world to suffer.” He informed, “But now, I see things in a different light, I see a world full of happiness, full of laughter, full of love, well... It was. But it was a world I never got to see in my life, aside from a few brief moments, maybe that’s why I like to hurt others, to show them the world I lived in, so that I would know I wasn’t alone, but now I’ve changed, now I want to atone for what I’ve done, and though I will always be a torturer to four mares, I will not let this world be destroyed, so no, I’m not going to kill you, I won’t let anything kill you, for if you die, then all is lost.”
Both Luna and Puck sat there in silence, stunned at what The Torturer said.
For about two minutes no one said a word, till The Torturer spoke up again, “So this is Puck.” He pointed to Puck, even though Luna couldn’t see it.
Puck made a beeping noise, probably saying hello or something.
“Nice to meet the murderer of my sister.” Luna angrily exclaimed.
Puck made a lower than usual beeping noise.
“I’m sure she doesn’t mean it.” The Torturer tried to calm Puck down.
Puck made another beeping noise. Man, it would sure be nice if I could put some subtitles up for you guys, but I don’t want to.
“Luna, it’s hard to tell you this, but your sister wasn’t a good pony.” The Torturer tried to reason with Luna.
“But could her reasons be good? What was the purpose for it? Did her actions make her deserve consequences?” Luna questioned.
“I don’t know.” The Torturer started, “But something tells me killing her was for the better.” He looked down to her torso. “What happened to you?”
Her torso looked like it had been split in half but patched up.
“Him.” Luna pointed to Puck, “It was the last time I had seen my sister. And I somehow survived.”
The Torturer brushed his... Appendage? Across the mark. “So it’s you.” He whispered.
“What’s me?” Luna asked.
“I shouldn't say. It would kill me. Out of laughter, mostly.”
“Fine.” Luna grunted, pushing his invisible arm away. “So, Puck, was it?”
Puck made a beeping noise for what must be the eleventy bagillionth time by now.
“Hm. Sounds to much like ‘Fuck’. Lets change it.” Luna said.
“What?” The Torturer was confused.
“How about. Pack. Hmm. Pack, Pac.” Luna pondered for a bit, “There should be something else in there. Pac-Dude? That sounds kinda odd. Pac... Pac... Pac-Man! That’s it!”
The Torturer face palmed. Or face hoofed, or face clawed, or face pawed or... WHATEVER!
“So, you're name is Pac-Man, I've heard of worse names” The Torturer said
Pac-Man made some beeping sounds.
“Hey, leave me name out of this!”
Pac-man made some more beeping sounds.
“Ok, I don’t make fun of your name, you don’t make fun of my name, deal?”
Pac-Man shook his head, yes.
“Where do we go from here?” Luna butted in.
“We just go where we can.” The Torturer said as he started to walk off.
The others followed the sound of his footsteps.
“We need to figure out what to do.” Luna mentioned.
“Right now, we can’t do much.” The Torturer started. “.. Unless.”
“What?” Luna asked. Pac-Man beeped at the same time so I assume he was asking ‘What’ also.
“In an old castle, there stands a statue. In the statues hands is a sword. This sword is the only known sword that call kill gods. I believe it stands.” Pause for dramatic effect and such, “In the castle of the two pony sisters!” Lightning crashed down from the sky and thunder cackled not long after, hitting The Torturer square in his face, smoke came out from him.
“Oops. Sorry about that.” A female voice from above apologised.
“Derpy? Is that you?” The Torturer asked.
“Uh. Yes.” The pegasus answered.
“Well don’t just sit there! Come here ya old nut!”
A wall-eyed grey pegasus flew down from the cloud.
“It’s nice to see you again Jonathan.” Derpy hugged him.
“She can see you?” Luna looked in confusion, and then stared for a few more moments, “Wait, Jonathan?”
“Well, yeah. She can see me because of her eyes.” The Torturer informed.
“So, her wall-eyes gives her the power to see you?”
“No you idiot! She can see things most normal ponies can't.” The Torturer laughed and smacked Luna on the back of the head, “The walleyes are just a side effect.”
Luna stared dumbfounded, “How?”
“She fell through a time vortex, I believe it was. Something terrible had just happened to her, or something.” The Torturer explained, “I found her about 2000 years ago, she was the only one who could see me. I was shocked. I had gotten ready to torture her, but somehow, we became best buddies. Then I had gotten captured in the great war of the gods. And we haven’t seen each other since.”
“Wait, 2000 years ago?” Luna questions. “Isn't that impossible? Unless she’s immortal.”
“Well she was when I found her. She can travel through time you see, as long as she doesn’t damage time, if she nearly does, she gets sent right back here..” The Torturer explained.
“......... This day just gets weirder and weirder.”
“I know, I like it!”
“So what have you been up too?” Derpy asked.
“Oh…….Um…… Drinking chocolate milk?” The Torturer covered up.
“Is that all?”
“I’ve also been eating muffins.”
“MUFFINS!!!!” Derpy exclaimed with joy, “I love muffins!”
“I know you do Derpy.” The Torturer pat her on the head.
“Well, I should get going, see you around.” Derpy said as she walked off.
“Good bye!” The Torturer waived, even though no pony saw it, he then looked at Pac-Man and Luna, who had confused looks on their faces, “What?”
“You told her that you've been eating muffins and drinking chocolate milk, and we both know that’s not true.” Luna replied.
“Yeah…….. I had to lie to her.”
“Why?” Luna asked.
“Because she doesn't know I like to hurt ponies.”
“But why didn't you tell her the truth?”
“Look at me.”
“I can’t, you’re invisible.”
“That’s right, the only pony who has seen me in all my life is Derpy, and I’m afraid that if I tell her the truth, she’ll think I’m a monster… Which I am, but I’d rather not have her know I am.” The Torturer said.
“So you won’t tell her that you hurt others for fun, because you’re afraid she won’t be your friend?” Luna looked a bit more confused then before.
“That sums it up.”
“... You are an odd demon.”
“Thank you.”
“That wasn't a compliment!” Luna grit her teeth.
“It was to me.”
“Fine, lets just go find this stupid sword! But we need to walk there. I’m out of power.” Luna looks off of the edge of Canterlot and into the forest quite a ways away.
Pac-Man beeped. Bout time! It’s been, what? 529 words since he last did? But, what ever, getting off track.
“What did he say?” Luna asked. And finally someone asks that! I mean really I can’t believe this- d’oh, whatever! I’m getting off track.
“He asked how do we get down from here?” The Torturer talked for Pac-Man.
“Well that’s easy.” Luna started, “We just... Dyuuuum...” She looked at her wings which were pretty much broken, “No flying.” She struggled to lift a rock off the ground with her magic, “No magic. How would we-”
“HOUSE!” The Torturer yelled and pushed Luna out of the way, along with himself.
A house was thrown at them, it barely missed Luna and The Torturer, it shattered through the ground and took The Torturer and Luna almost down with it. It splashed into the water below, along with the destroyed ground, The Torturer grabbed Luna before she could fall, and helped her up to the edge.
The Torturer tried reaching out for something else to hold onto, but he slipped and fell into the water below.
“Get back here!” Hades yelled, stomping through a few houses along his way.
“It’s settled, we jump!” Luna screamed and dropped. She fell and boy, did she ever fall! The water at the bottom was getting closer and closer, “This will hurt allot.” She covered her face with her hooves. And sure enough, it hurt like a bitch! She landed so hard that she started bleeding. She jumped out of the water, “OH SHIT! MASSIVE HEADACHE!” She groaned. Suddenly she away pulled away by a strange unknown force, “WAGH!”
Pac-Man and all his newfound named glory came splashing down into the water.
“And now, we run!” The Torturer said as he started to run away, dragging Luna with him.
Pac-Man started to follow the two, eating as many orbs as he could.
Chapter 4 Pac-Man: Infinity
“GRAAA!!! How did I miss those three?! I threw a house at them!” Hades yelled.
“Maybe you should have throw. something bigger?” Flash replied.
“You think I don’t know that now?!”
“Where do you think they’re going?”
“I have no idea, but when I find them, I’ll rip them apart!”
“If only we were stronger, that way the next time we find them, we would be able to kill them for sure.”
“... I might know a way for that to happen.” Hades pondered
“How?” The pegasus asked.
“We become one.” Hades answered.
“You mean, we combine together?”
“Yes.”
“......... Lets do it!” Flash smiled.
Hades grabbed Flash and started to combine their bodies into one, the sky went black, the trees bursted into flames, the ground shook as if an earthquake was happening, but in the blink of an eye, it was all over, and where Hades and Flash once stood, was a monster that looked just like Hades, but taller, it now had wing and had Flash’s coat and mane, and by mane I mean blue fire instead of the usual orange and red fire that he usually has.
“It looks like it worked.” Hades said.
“I’ll say it did!” Flash’s disembodied voice replied.
“Now, how do we find those three?”
“... I think I have an idea.”
“What is it?”
“Just go to the hospital.”
Hades did what Flash told him to, and walked to the hospital, as he got closer to it, he could see five figures, four were trapped under something, and the last one was trying to free them.
“Is this what you wanted me to see?” Hades asked in confusion.
“Yes, you see, the four mares that are trapped are the ponies The Torturer likes to have ‘fun’ with, I don’t know who the last one is.”
“And what do you want me to do with them?”
“Well, I think if we get those mares, The Torturer will go after them so he can have ‘fun’ with them, the other two are bound to follow him, and we can trap them!”
“I see, but what do we do with the last one?”
“Take her with us I guess, I don’t think The Torturer will mind have one more pony to have fun with.”
“Well then, lets go get them” Hades said as he walked to the mare.
“Can you please get us out of here, now?” Lyra asked
“I’m trying, but I’m not that strong!” The mare replied.
“I know, but the longer it takes, the more likely the four of us are going to get hurt.”
“Yeah, I’m tired of getting hurt!” Bon Bon said
“I don’t want a repeat of what happened in the alleyway.” Vinyl blurted out.
“U-Um, g-girls.” Octavia said, with some fear in her voice, but it goes unnoticed by the others.
“Don’t worry, I’ll get you out of here!” The mare said.
“Thank you.” Bon Bon replied.
“Girls.” Octavia said, but it once again goes unnoticed.
“So………. Does anyone here know what a fox says?” Vinyl asked.
“You know, I don’t know.” Lyra answers.
“GIRLS!!” Octavia screamed.
“What?’ The other mares said as the looked at what Octavia was looking at, only to be stunned as they saw the monster that is the combined bodies of Hades and Flash.
“Well, well, well, look what we have here.” Hades said.
“... .Are you going to kill us?” The mare asked.
“No, but I will throw you all in this cage.” Hades said as he made a cage appear out of thin air, he then threw the five mare into that cage.
“Now I must ask, what's your name?” Hades asked as he pointed at the mare.
“D-Derpy Hooves.” The mare whimpered, backing away.
“You are coming with me!” Hades... Or Flash... It’s both, so the question remains. Who shall we call them? We can’t call them Hades Sentry,or FlasHades. That would be silly. Now I can hear you people saying: ‘But this joke it getting old!’ well gosh darnit! If I can’t point out flaws in this story, no one can! It’s almost as if the people writing this are completely incompetent! I mean it’s been what? 10155 words of completely boring bullcrap that no one will bat an eye at! No! That’s not good writing darnit! And they’re making me say this! Why? Why are they making me say this? It’s stupid! And the writers should feel stupid! I have never been so insulted in my life as to regard these things! I demand freedom! I DEMAND THAT THE WRITERS GIVE MORE CONTEXT TO THINGS! You listen, and you listen well writers of this... THING! OK, I have apparently been told that I should say whoever is doing the action should be the one mentioned. Was that so hard to mention earlier? Oh, right. AnyWhoville, Hades told Derpy. “You are coming with us.” Flash said.
They both let out an EVIL laugh of death! And then dragged the cage along.
Luna threw a log on the campfire that all of them were sitting at, “Y’know, if I didn’t know any better I’d say if we were actually in a big rush, we would probably be heading to the castle since, oh I dunno, THERE ARE MANIACS TRYING TO KILL US?! JUST THINKING!” She yelled.
“Oh, it just lets us get to know each other better, y’know.” The Torturer said.
“Fine. What happened to Derpy? Why did you never mention her? After all, you seemed to never have friends before this point. And Jonathan?!” Luna questioned. Which is frankly something we should all be questioning, but whatever, I suppose the ‘Writers’, if you can even call them that, are going to explain it here.
“It was because of the war. Between the gods and us monsters. Monsters like me were banished to Tartarus, I had a long time to forget. And yeah, I’m still very young for a monster such as myself, but it still takes a long time. It’s like one of those things where you forget about it and then remember it right when you see it again. Actually that’s exactly what it is.” The Torturer answered, “And I lied about my name.”
“Well, that wraps about that up- is that my castle?” Luna stopped and looked at the old run down beaten up piece o’ shit she calls a castle.
“Well, lets go!” The Torturer exclaims.
The three friends, well... Two friends and one princess, walked over to the castle, the place looked like a mess…….. Well what did you expect? The place has been abandoned for years, of course it would look like a mess, anyway back to the ‘story’.
“Now, we just need to find a sword.” The Torturer said.
“Thank you, captain obvious.” Luna replied rolling her eyes.
“You know, you’ve been really mean to us.”
“Oh my! I do ever so wonder why that would be?” Luna argued.
“And your sister was trying to destroy all of ponykind!” The invisible demon shouted.
“Does that really deserve a death penalty?” Luna questioned.
“She summoned us to this world, clearly she wanted something bad to happen.” The Torturer argued.
“It must have been an accident!” Luna retaliated.
Pac-Man beeped, though they payed no attention. Points for originality writers.
“You just can’t grasp the fact that there was a darker side to your sister!” The Torturer yelled.
“Well you don’t have any proof!” Luna growled.
“Yes I do! She freakin told me her plan!”
Pac-Man beeped again, no one listened.
“You would like me to think that, wouldn’t you?!” Luna shouted.
“Oh please! I even have the reasons!” The Torturer shouted back.
“Oh really?”
“Yeah! Really!”
Pac-Man then beeped louder than before. Third time's a charm I guess.
“What?” Both of the ones who you can ‘ACTUALLY’, HINT HINT WRITERS!’ hear simultaneously turned their heads towards Pac-Man. Then they saw it. The sword of all swords. It was larger than all of our heroes combined. Sharper than the sharpest of sharpness. It was, just a regular sword actually. But beside that sword was the sword of all swords! It was considerably smaller than the other one. But, oh well, that doesn’t seem to matter too much right now.
Luna walked over, trying to pick the sword up with her magic, “Rrrrgh! I can’t pick it up with my magic.”
“Well duh!” The Torturer smacked her on the back of the head, “It’s a weapon that can kill gods, of course it’s not going to be affected by magic.”
The Torturer picked the sword up, looking at it for a few moments.
Pac-Man beeped.
“Of course! But where would they even be? Where could we find them?” The Torturer wondered.
Suddenly from the darkness, a silhouette of a arm lifted up, and smacked him to the wall.
“... Ouch.”
Pac-Man beeped.
“I’m fine… I think.” He rubbed his head.
The arm then grab The Torturer, lifted him 50 feet off the ground, and dropped him, The Torturer fell to the ground, and landed on his feet, or whatever he stands on.
“You stupid arm, I always land on my feet.” The Torturer said to the arm.
The arm just smacked The Torturer’s face.
“Ow, how the hell do you even see me? I’m invisible!”
Pac-Man beeped.
“Yes, I know you can’t see me, but only so many things can see me.”
The arm then punched The Torturer in the chest, or whatever connects his arms, legs, and head together, does he even have arms, legs, or a head? What the hell is he? I know he’s a demon, and he’s invisible, but other then that, we know nothing about him, I mean this guy has been in two stories, that’s right TWO STORIES, and I’m not counting this story, what the hell are the writers thinking, are they ever going to tell us what the hell this guy looks like, all I can say is these writers are morons. Or right, sorry, anyways, the arm took the sword that was dropped once the Torturer was smacked against the wall.
”Hey, I found that sword first!” The Torturer yelled at the arm.
The rest of the body came out of the shadows. It was a statue of a human. A moving statue of a human.
“Oh hey, I totally forgot that I had that thing.” Luna said, right before the statue grabbed her and smashed her against the floor. Luna screamed in pain as she left a dent in the ground.
The Flash/Hades hybrid walked along, searching for the three, as they heard the scream coming from the Everfree Forest.
“Did you hear that?” Hades asked.
“Of course I heard it!” The disembodied voice of Flash Sentry answered, “I’m pretty much you!”
“Not you. I was asking them.” Hades then picked up the cage, looking at the five ponies inside it. “Looks like you’ll be dying soon.”
The sword came down over Luna’s face, luckily she rolled to the side, dodging it. The sword came down so hard that a small explosion occurred, sending the stone floor flying.
“How the hell are we going to kill this thing?!” The Torturer yelled.
“I don’t know!” Luna replied
“How do you not know?! It’s your statue!”
“Just because I used to have it, doesn’t mean I know to kill it!”
“So we’re fucked.”
“I guess we are.”
Pac-Man beeped.
“You know, now that I think about it, the statue hasn’t attacked us since we started talking, how odd.”
The statue the swung at The Torturer, who ducked at the last second.
“If only I had that sword, I might be able to kill it.” The Torturer said.
“And how are we going to get it?” Luna asked.
“I have no idea.”
“It used to listen to me.” Luna said. “I’ll try something.”
Luna walked up to the stone human, sweat was dripping down her. The stone man held the sword up high, ready to come down on her.
“Stop! Stone man! I command you!” Luna commanded.
The sword came down to her, she stepped to the left just in time though.
“C’mon buddy. It’s me, Luna. Y’know, you used to guard the castle? I guess you still are if you're doing this to us.” Luna tried to reason with it.
The sword swung sideways this time, she managed to duck however.
“OK, you asked for this.” Luna charged up her magic, and fired at the stone man. He flew back through the room, and the sword as knocked out of his hands. Luna took the sword in her hooves and walked up to the stone man.
The stone man was starting to stand up, he got half way until the sword came up to his neck. The stone man looked up at Luna and then down to the sword. He then got on 1 knee and kneeled before her. He accepted defeat, and as stone men are trained to do when they get defeated, they must accept death. “I am sorry my princess.” It spoke, much to the shock of the others, “I haven’t seen many ponies in a while, and I forgot you're face. I attacked you when there was no need. Take my life if you must.”
Luna just stood there and then pulled the sword away from his neck, “Well, at least you apologised.” She threw the sword to the Torturer. She just knew where he was, she could see his hoof or whatever, I don’t really give a crap, prints in the dust.
The Torturer took it, “So no killing it?”
“Nope, he said he was sorry.” Luna replied.
“Just because he said he was sorry, we’re going to let him live? That doesn’t make much sense!” The Torturer complained.
“He didn’t kill any of us.”
“But what of he tries to kill us again?”
“I don’t think he will.”
“That’s it! You don’t think he’ll kill us, and we have to hope you’re right!”
“Well look who’s talking, the demon who is trying to save the world.”
“Even though I’m trying to save it, it doesn’t mean I won’t hurt ponies.”
“But you’ll still save the world.”
“Alright, if you don’t want me to kill him, fine, I hope he kills you first.”
“He won’t!”
“I vouch for that!” The stone man called from across the room.
“Ya see?” Luna smirked.
“Y’know what you are? You are a-” The Torturer said before he was cut off by something loud. It sounded like a footstep. A loud footstep.
The loud footsteps continued. They were coming from outside. The door bust open, and dust filled the air. From the smoke the Hades/Flash hybrid came out, carrying a cage full of the five mares.
“DERPY!” The Torturer yelled.
“Ah, so you do know her.” Flash smirked.
“Small world.” Hades said.
“Don’t you dare hurt her!” The Torturer shouted at him... Them... It.
Flash Hades took out Derpy and started squeezing her. “What are you going to do?”
The Torturer ran up to him with the sword, he jumped up, ready to slice through Flash Hades, however, Flash Hades just backhanded him and the sword flew into the air , Flash hades caught it and stuck it up to Luna’s neck. Luna tried to back away, but Flash Hades stepped on her tail, stopping her from leaving.
“So, since I got you here, who ya gonna choose to save?” Flash Hades asked.
“I-I can’t choose, Derpy is my friend, but I can’t let Luna die ether.” The Torturer was hyperventilating at this point.
“If you don’t choose, I’ll kill both of them.” Flash Hades started to squeeze Derpy harder and point the sword closer to Luna’s neck.
The Torturer stopped hyperventilating and smirked, “... Hades, I know you shouldn’t do that.”
“And what makes you think I won’t?”
“Cut one of Luna’s legs off.”
“WHAT!?!?” Luna yelled.
“Alright.” Flash Hades said as he cut one of Luna’s legs off, ignoring her screams of pain.
“Now take the severed leg, and hold it to the bloody part.” The Torturer instructed.
Flash Hades did this, and watch in shock as the leg reconnected itself to the body, “H-How did it do that?!” Flash Hades said.
“You know how.” The Torturer shook his head as if it were obvious.
“B-But that’s impossible!”
“You know it’s not, you know what you did”
“Will somepony tell me what’s going on!?” Luna yelled.
“You can reconnect severed body parts.” The Torturer replied.
“So?”
“Only one this in this world can do that other than you.”
“What is it?”
“A God.” The Torturer answered.
“What! A-Are you saying I’m a God?!”
“No, you’re a half God.”
“H-How is this possible?!” Luna freaked out.
“Well, do you know about the birds and the bees?” The Torturer asked.
“Yes!”
“Well, that’s how it happens.”
“So, my mom was a God?”
“No, your mom wasn’t a God.” The Torturer said.
“How do you know?”
“Your sister didn’t have your ability, she wasn’t a God.” The Torturer explained.
“So, my dad was?”
“Yes and no.”
“What?”
“The pony who you thought was your dad wasn’t a God, but your real father was a God.” The Torturer explained.
“Wait, my dad wasn’t my dad?!” Luna freaked out.
“Right.”
“Then who was my dad?” Luna asked.
“There’s only one demon I know who could have done this.”
“Who!?”
“A God who was so powerful, he could destroy the world if the Gods didn’t stop him, isn’t that right.. Hades?”
“WHAT!!!!!” Luna screamed. “Wait, that conversation made absolutely no sense.”
“God genetics, you couldn’t possibly understand.”
“It’s true, I did do it with your mother, MAN! What a night that was! I mean wowza! But I didn’t know she could become pregnant!” Hades replied.
“And now you know, she’s your daughter, and now I give you a choice, I choose Derpy to live, and now you could kill your own flesh and blood, or you could let her go.” The Torturer said.
Hades let go of Derpy, and she flew over to the cage trying to get it open.
Hades pondered over it. ‘Just kill her. It won’t matter, all of Equestria will be over soon.’ Flash tried to persuade Hades through thought.
‘But if I kill her, then I kill my daughter.’ Hades thought back at Flash.
‘JUST DO IT!’ Flash loudly thought, ‘Or I’ll do it for us both.’
Flash Hades’ arm started to raise, ready to smite Luna. It started to come down, until the arm was stopped by the other arm. “NO!” Hades shouted, pulling the arm away. This caused them to stumble backwards, they fought it out for the body, throwing the body around like a rag doll. Finally the sword was raised up, pointing to their body, it flew down stabbing them both in the stomach. Hades threw the sword to the side, a flash of light shined as Flash was starting to be banished from the body. Hades fully cut through the left side of his stomach, and Flash flew out and landed halfway across the room.
Hades dropped the sword and fell to the ground. “Argh! That hurt.” He winced in pain.
The stone man came up to him, “Are you alright Mr. Hades?” He asked.
“Yeah, I’m perfectly fine. I just have a- HUGE GAPING HOLE THROUGH MY SIDE!” He yelled.
Derpy got the cage open and the four other ponies crawled out.
“Oh, how I hurt so much.” Octavia said.
“At least the piano didn’t land on your face!” Vinyl retaliated.
“At least we are alive.” Lyra tried to cheer ‘em up with a smile.
“But for how long?” Bon Bon ruined the mood Lyra was trying to set.
“Derpy!” The Torturer exclaimed with glee, running over to her.
Both Derpy and The Torturer embraced in a hug.
Flash got up from the ground, and looked at the sword, he crawled over to it and picked it up in his hoof. He got up and looked at Luna, YOU! WILL DIE!” He yelled, charging at Luna.
He jumped up and swung down at her, however, Pac-Man caught the sword with his mouth. He swung the sword around while Flash was still holding onto it. Pac-Man threw Flash into the air, and boy, Flash really flew. Flash let go of the sword, he tried to grab it but it was just out of reach.
Flash spun in the air, while trying to grab the sword, while falling. Could he do it? No, because he fell into Pac-Man’s mouth. Pac-Man slammed his mouth shut, and some blood flew out. But one thing was for sure, Flash was dead.
Some blood splattered on Luna, “Oh, gosh. That’s disgusting.” She said, flicking it away.
The next morning, Hades was all healed, and everyone was happy. Except for four mares who were at this moment being tortured.
“Is there anything I can do before I go back to my boring old job?” Hades asked.
“Well. Ya see, the two demons, The Torturer and Pac-Man-” Luna said before she was cut off.
“Wait, who?”Hades hadn’t heard Puck’s new name yet how silly of Luna for not saying anything earlier.
“The yellow one. I named him Pac-Man.” Luna informed.
“Ah, go on then.” Hades said.
“Well, they kinda killed a lot of ponies, and I was wondering if it was possible if the ponies they killed besides my sister and Flash, is it possible if they can come back to the world of the living?” Luna asked.
Hades thought on it for a moment, “Yes, I’ll see what I can do. Although, I might wanna wipe their memory of this.” He answered, “Hey Torturer! Come over here!” He called.
“Great.” Luna smiled and hugged him.
“So, what now?” The stone man asked Pac-Man.
Pac-Man beeped.
“Is that all you can say?”
Pac-Man beeped again.
“Derpy, it was great to see you again.” The Torturer said to the wall-eyed mare, “But I hear that underworld is all jammed up, and apparently I gotta help Hades get all the ponies back to the living world. But, one question. How did you live anyways? Who are you for real?”
“Spoilers.” Derpy smiled and gave him one last hug.
The Torturer and Hades teleported back to the underworld.
“Well, we got to start cleaning up Ponyville.” Luna said to the others.
“Lets get going.” The stone man said walking towards Ponyville.
“I think he’ll be a great helper.” Luna said.
Pac-Man made a beep as they all walked off towards Ponyville.
Chapter 2: Revival
Three days later in Ponyville
“Ok, I’ve been laying here for three days, I think I can stand up.” The Torturer thinks as he tries to stand up, this time, he managed to stand up without falling down.
“Ok, I think I’m back to my old self, I’m still in pain, but I can use some of my powers.” The Torturer then started to walks, or limp in his case, around to make sure he could really move, after doing this for a bit, he decided to move on with his pian.
“Alright, now it’s time to do something I’ve been putting off for a long time... Take a bath. Oh who am I kidding, I’m not going to do that right now, I have to bring me friend back”, The demon then started to use his powers to summon his friend, the sky darkened, the trees looked like they were going to burst into flames, a orange circle appeared on the grass, and an epic guitar solo started to ring throughout the woods.
After some time past, a bright flash came out from the circle, and then, a giant, yellow, circle, with a mouth stood where the orange circle was.
“Haha, my good friend, it’s been too long, with you dead and all.” The invisible thing exclaimed.
The circle smiled and started to make a beeping noise, while this would make no sense to anything else, The Torturer understood what it was saying.
“Yes, I’m the one who brought you back, and Celetia is dead.” The Torturer answered.
The circle made some more beeping noise
“You know what, I don’t have a plan, so, we can do whatever we want to do, you know, tear ponies apart, become legends, take over the world.” The Torturer suggested.
The circle thought about it for a bit, then made a few beeping noise.
“Whoa, whoa, whoa, what did you just say?!” The Torturer questioned his sanity.
The circle made the same beeping noises again.
“That’s what I thought you said, you want to... Help these ponies?”
The circle noded.
“You do realize that we are, and always will be, demons, and nothing more, even if we save ponies, we’re still going to be the monsters we were when this all started, and it’s in our blood, or whatever we bleed, to be killers, and torturers in my case, so even if we decide to save these ponies, we’re going to do it in the bloodiest way possible, it’s just who we are.”
The circle made some beeping noises
“You still want to do it? You are a stubborn demon, just like every other demon. Oh well, I’ll help out. After all, you need me to move, I just wish I could keep torchering ponies.” The demon who you can’t see sighed.
The circle was silent for a bit, then made some beeping noises.
“Hang on, are you serious?”
The circle noded.
“Yes! I can still torcher those four mares…….Now I just have to find them again…….Then again, if I know anything, we’ll probably find them as we go on our adventure.”
They both heard a stick snap over in the woods near them. They both turned towards it. They were staring at a red ghost, with a stick in his mouth.
“Hello Puck.” The red ghost greeted the yellow circle, as he floated towards the two.
“Wait.” The Torturer halted everything, “Did he just call you something?”
“And hello to you also Torturer.” Blinky looked at what everyone else can’t see, “You have made quite the name for yourself.”
“Wait, you can see me?!”
“Of course I can! Ghosts see everything.” Blinky answered, “And don’t even think of using any of your so called ‘ways to defeat me’ on... Me. It won’t work. If you do, you die. But I’m not here for you.” He turned to the circle, “I’m here for the one who broke my sisters heart. You Puc!” He yelled.
The circle beeped in fear.
“Don’t give me that shit! You know what you did!”
The Torturer readied his powers, “Uuuuuuuh, Puck, get ready.” He whispered to the circle.
“You betrayed my sister Puck! And now you must pay for it!” Blinky charged for him.
“Now!” The Torturer shouted as he made electricity orbs leading into town.
Puck immediately started to run for the orbs. Gulping each one in his path.
“I’ll get you later!” Blinky told Torturer as he passed him.
The circle made it to town, moving around the corners of the buildings, quickly.
“You can’t run forever Puck! At some point, I will get you!”
This didn’t make Puck stop, in fact, it made him go faster.
“I’m still behind you!” The red ghost shouted.
Puck kept running and eating the orbs, hoping that they wouldn’t run out soon, but then, out of nowhere, an apple came into view.
“Go on, my friend, eat it.” The Torturer said.
Puck smiled, he made his way to the apple, and ate it in one bite. He felt stronger. But this really did nothing. So... Huh.
He turned the corner to a building, rushing down the path. From two buildings ahead a pink version of the ghost that was chasing him appeared. Looking pissed. Puck turned back, knowing who this was, but couldn’t seeing as how Blinky was still on his tail, so he turned back towards Pinky.
There was just enough time to turn the corner of the next building before she got to him. He got to the end of the building, turning left come face to face with a blue ghost.
“Surprise!” He exclaimed.
“PUUUCK!!!!!!!” Pinky shouted.
Puck turned around and went for the right side of the path.
The three ghosts all stared down the path.
“Go around the buildings! I’ll chase him!” Blinky commanded.
The other two went their separate ways around the buildings.
Puck turned to the right and headed into an alleyway and he saw it was a dead end. But there was something else. A bigger orb. Puck considered turning around, be the red ghost was already coming down the dead end. So he just headed forwards. It was a long ways til the end, he could make it.
The other two ghosts came into the alley as well. He was finishing off the last of the normal orbs. And then stopped to stare at the bigger orb.
“EAT IT!” The Torturer called from on top of the building beside him.
Puck ate the big orb and felt something happen. As he bit down, some of the crushed orb came out of his mouth. Four pieces of the orb. The pieces flew towards the ghosts, although one went flying over the building. The pieces each went into the ghosts, they turned blue then. Well, one was already blue, but all of them turned dark blue. Puck looked at them, and knew that had made the vulnerable because.
“SHIT!” Inky yelled, “Run away!”
The ghosts ran for it, but Puck was faster than them. He chomped down on Blinky first, Blinky got crushed and his eyes fell to the ground. Puck then continued to gulp up Inky.
“Wait!” Pinky shouted at Puck. “Don’t you remember all those good times we had together? Up to the part where you dumped me and I hanged myself?” Puc just stared. “Werent those times fun?” Pinky then made a knife float up from her back and shot it at Puck, leaving a mark on him.
The knife floated back to the blue ghost and then she raised it above her head, ready to stab the circle.
“RAGH!” She called out before quickly pushing the knife towards Puck. However, she wasn’t able to finish as a sword came straight through her chest. Or at least I think it’s her chest. Not quite certain on that aspect. She fell into nothing except for her eyes.
The Torturer grunted, “You have no idea how hard it is to find a sword around here.”
Puck made some beeping noises.
“Yes, I know there are hundreds of other thing I could have used, but I wasn’t thinking straight.”
Puck made some more beeping noises.
“Hey, I know I only summoned you here, I have no idea how they got here, maybe some other pony summoned them here.”
Puck made some more beeping noises.
“You know, it would have been a good idea to keep one of them alive, that way we could find out who summoned them, but we should get out of here, I think there’s still some guards here.”
The two demons then made their way out of the town, one hoping to save all of pony kind, the other was hoping that he’d find the four mares so he could have some fun them.
Flash walked down the hall of the castle in Canterlot. He was walking to Princess Luna’s room, he needed to ask her a few questions.
Two guards were in front of the door to the bedroom.
“Step aside. I need to talk to Luna!” He demanded.
“You are not allowed to enter!” One of the guards informed.
“Well, if I’m not allowed to enter, I suppose I should just turn around and go back home-” Flash then pulled his sword out and silt one of the two ponies necks, and cut through the others stomach, letting his entrails come out. Then he grabbed their lifeless bodies and tossed them out a window.
Flash then opened the door and ducked, a chair flew out and grazed his hair.
“I MEAN WHAT THE FU-” Luna shouted before she looked over and saw the pegasus. “Oh, hello Flash. I havent seen you in a while.” She straightened up her image.
“Yeah, well, I have come to ask you a few questions.” Flash said.
“What is it?”
“Why did Celestia die?” Flash asked.
“Because of a monster.” Luna answered.
“No. Not how. I know that part. Why?”
“What are you getting at Flash?” Luna raised an eyebrow.
“Follow me.” Flash commanded.
Luna was hesitant, but followed anyways.
Flash lead her to just down the hall where Celestias room was. They walked in and Flash picked up a book.
“This.” Flash started, “Is a spell book of the ancient arts. Celestia was using it for something. But take a look inside.” Flash opened the book and turned to a marked page. “This page lets you summon demons. From Tartarus. And look at the demons description here.”
Luna read the demons description, “Puck-man. A yellow sphere meant for killing ponies, as long as it eats the electrical spheres of Zeus. ” Luna looks at it a bit more, “I don't get it.”
“She summoned the demon!” Flash shouted.
“What!?”
“She brought that monster into this world, and she summoned another demon as well.” Flash explained.
“Who?”
Flash then flips the pages until he got to the right page and showed the monsters description to Luna.
This one read “The Torturer, not much is known about this demon, but he does not like to follow orders, likes to torture ponies, and he’s invisible .” Flash looked back at Luna, but then took another glance at the book, “And apparently he really likes chocolate milk. Huh, who woulda guessed.”
“So, you’re saying my sister summoned these two demons?” Luna asked
“Yes” Flash answered
“How do you know that this is the other demon she summoned?”
“I talked with a group of mares that my knights found in the woods, they claimed to have been attacked by an invisible monster who like to hurt them whenever it got the chance to, he’s the only demon in the book that matches what the mares described.”
“Why?” Luna asked.
“Why what?”
“Why would she do this?”
“Well-” Flash was about to tell her, but then stopped. He thought about what he should do for a second. Either tell her about Celestias raging insanity, or don’t. “I don’t know.” He lied. “Now, if you excuse me, I will be attending to some business.”
Flash walked out of the room. He walked down the castles walls, until he was outside. He took off to the hospital, where he had to take care of something.
Hades was a tall god. He had a flaming skull, like literally a skull, no skin on his head, and it’s burning with fire, he also donned a leather jacket, and had claws at the ends of his fingers. He was trying out a new look for the month. But he had worn something that he usually wears, a pissed off look on his face. But who can blame him? He’s stuck with a bunch of dead people.
He sat at his desk, writing off names of ponies that had just died, and assigning them to either Elysium, Tartarus, Fields Of Punishment or Asphodel, the rivers, and everyones favorite, The Isles Of The Blessed. Lucky bastards.
“OK, a lot of ponies have died lately. This may take a while.” He said, flipping through paperwork. “Thunderlane, ” He got to the first name. “Fields Of Punishment. ” He wrote down. “Roseluck, Lethe. Twilight Sparkle. ” Hades adjusted his eyes, “Twilight Sparkle? The element of magic? Wow. Didn’t expect to see her for a while. Oh well. Elysium you go.” He wrote down “Elysium” next to Twilights name. “Princess Celestia? How did she die? I’ll have to call up.” Hades picked up his phone. “PERSEPHONE!!!” He shouted into it.
On the other end Persephone, who Hades had taken as a wife though for only 6 months a year, picked up the phone, “HADES!” She called into it, “It’s a mad house down here!”
“I don’t care if it is Hell down there! Oh wait, it pretty much is! Now then, I need you to send me Princess Celestia’s death file.” Hades told her.
“Urgh! I’m trying to find it. I can’t!” Persephone switched through the files, “Oh wait, here it is. I’m sending them up to ya.” She placed the file into a fire portal, which looked like a fireplace, and pushed a button, sending the file straight to the fire on the other end, in Hades office.
Hades picked up the file, and began to read it. “Princes Celestia death file. Killed by the demons Puck and The Torturer while trying to kill them.” Hades slammed the file on his desk. His eye twitched as he dug his claws into the wood of the desk. He picked the phone back up and said, “Persephone, get me a fire portal to Tartarus.”
“On it’s way.” Persephone answered. She pushed two buttons under a label that said ‘Fire Portals’ one was a portal that was labeled ‘Tartarus’ another that was labeled ‘Hades office’.
“I’m taking my break right now.” Hades said walking, over to his fireplace. He got in it and was teleported to the deepest realm of the underworld. The darkest realm. The loudest too. Them Titans seriously don’t know how to shut the hell up.
“Now then, where are those two demons cells? I need to have a ‘chat’ with them.” Hades said to himself as walks to the demon cells.
As he walked down the cells he noticed two empty cells, upon further inspection he discovered that the cells belonged to The Torturer and Puck.
“Darn, they’re not here, which means they’ve been released… I guess I’ll call them down here and find out what they are doing.” He said, trying to keep his cool.
Hades started to walk back to the portal, until he heard a voice saying, “Hello my foolish son.” From a cell.
“Hello, Cronus.” Hades replied without any emotion.
“What? No hug for dad? You hardly come to this place.” Cronus smirked, evilly.
“I came here to talk with two demons, but it appears that they have been released………. Which might mean I have to do more paperwork………. WHICH I HATE!!!!!!!!!” Hades yelled.
“Look at you, a God, defeated over paper work.”
“SHUT UP!!!”
“But it’s the truth, you say you're a God that could destroy the world, but you are easily defeated... By some paper.”
“I don’t have to talk to you!” Hades said as he started to walk away.
“Go on, run, you were always a coward!” Cronus yelled.
“YOU BARELY EVER KNEW ME! And for the most part, I was in your stomach!” Hades yelled, before he walked through the fire portal, walked into his office, picked his phone up, and said, ever so kindly, “Get me The Torturer and Puck, NOW!!!”
“One moment.” Persephone said. Hades waited a few seconds before another line picked up.
“This is The Torturer speaking.” The Torturer said.
“Uh, yeah, hi, it’s Hades. Tell me, I got a little question to ask, just an itty bitty one, um- WHERE THE FUCK ARE YOU TWO!?” Hades yelled.
“What do you mean?” The Torturer sarcastically asked, “We’re in our cells like we always are.”
“OH BULLSHIT!” Hades shouted, “You two were gone!”
“I honestly don’t know what you mean. Aren't I invisible? Meaning, you can’t see me.”
“All Gods can see things most others can’t. And I have seen you several times.” Answered Hades.
“I would like a little privacy then. And who is this other demon?” The Torturer asked.
“You know damn well who!”
“Language, Mr. Hades. Goodness, you sound like a sailor.” The Torturer tried his best not to burst into laughter.
“Where are you two?!” Hades demanded.
“Fine. If you must know, we are up your ass.” The Torturer answered.
“If you’re not in the underworld, where are you? And more importantly, if you aren’t, how are you getting this call? I just realized that this is impossible.”
“Well, you see, Celestia summoned both me and Puck to destroy Equestria so that she could start a new civilization on Earth.” The Torturer gave in. “We didn’t like that, so we ganged up against her. And now we are here. Oh, and I have a cellphone.” The Torturer gave in.
“I’m coming to get you two!” Hades hung the phone up. He then picked it back up and said, “Persephone, get me a portal to Equestria. I have two demons I must deal with.”
On the other line, Persephone was very confused, “But what about the souls?” She asked.
“You can fill out the paperwork while I’m gone, can’t you?” Hades replied.
“Uuuuuum... No?”
“Good for you, now get me that portal. And quickly.” He hung up.
As Hades got up to go through the portal, he stopped and looked over at the paperwork, “Oh, Princess Celestia: Tartarus.” He wrote down. “No one steals my demons!”
The Torturer closes his cell phone and said, “Puck, I think we’re in trouble.” With his words shaking.
Puck made a few beeping noises.
“Yes, Hades is coming.”
Puck made some more beeping noises.
“No, telling him that we’re changing our ways would make him even more mad at us.”
Puck fell silent for a bit, then made a few beeping noises.
“Yes, we are fucked.”
Puc stayed silent, he was too afraid to talk.
“So……..Should we wait here, or run away and hope he doesn’t find us?”
Puck made a beeping noise.
“Run away it is.” The Torturer said as he started to run away, Puck running... Y’know I never thought about it, but how does he run in this story? I guess he just floats. So, he floated behind him.
Back in the woods, dark blue eyes stared at them, watching them closely. “Derpy? But how?” The one carrying the eyes wondered. “How could she have survived it?”
