Every few years a new generation of budding pegasi leaves their homes to head to Los Pegasus. The usually reserved rather needy pegasi abandon everything, leave absolutely everything to attend a massive year long festival. And as usual every species in Equestria shows up to join in the fun, and now a new addition hits the scene, a new addition with a love of electronica.
