Chapter 1: BirdsView OnlineLost // Book 1Chapter 1: BirdsBirds fly everywhere. North, South, East, West. Birds reproduce. They have eggs every Spring, finding that one special bird that they know that is perfect for them. But then, the baby birds grow up and fly away. North, South, East, West. Some birds in particular, have a special path. Some chase after other birds, some eat other birds. Some try to ruin the perfect families, and sometimes it just works. A Robin flew through the air, helping her child fly. A particular Blue Jay spotted them, flying. He quickly flew, his feathers glistening in the Sun's morning rays. He chirped viciously, and pecked the Robin in the wing. The Robin squawked back, and led her child to the safety of the nest. The place where she had raised her child. Sadly, the Blue Jay had invaded the nest while the Robin was helping her child. The baby bird chirped in danger, as the child saw the Blue Jay heading toward him. But suddenly, a gold pony with a glistening pink mane flew over. "Mr. Blue Jay!" She yelled. The Blue Jay stopped flying, and looked over his wing. He saw the pony who had saved him from the Hawk. "It is not very nice to go after baby birds!" the pony said. "Do I have to tell your mom?" The Blue Jay chirped in alarm, and flew away cowardly. The child breathed in relief, but as he was about to start flying, he stumbled over a twig in the messed up nest, and fell. North, South, East, West. We all end somewhere. The gold pony flew as fast as she could to catch the child. He tried flapping, but the winds were too strong for him. He fell to the ground with a snap, and there was dead silence. ~~~~~ The night chill does more than make the fur in the back on your neck stand on it's very end, it makes the ponies make different decisions. Give free bits, sing jolly songs without the town, or maybe giveaway something you love. Something that had been the key to your life. Just, give it away like that. It was like a spell that Princess Luna had set on the night. Maybe that is why she comes out at night, trotting through the town, with candy. It wasn't Pinkie Pie, it wasn't Rainbow Dash. The gold pony, with the glossy pink mane and greenish-blue eyes remained in her cottage that evening. Her eyes were stained with pure tears, ashamed of herself. Fluttershy had failed. The baby bird had been so precious, practicing many weeks to just fly. "I was supposed to save him, Angel", she cried. "But I was so close, so close and he fell. I'll never forgive myself." Angel the bunny patted Fluttershy's back. He did a signal that meant 'You tried'. "I know I tried, but I didn't hard enough. That bird's faith was in my hooves", Fluttershy snapped. Angel just sighed. "Angel, tell my friends I won't make it too the Spa tomorrow. I'm too sad to even leave the cottage." Angel sighed as he grabbed a lantern to venture into the night for his companion. As he opened the door, a cardboard box sat at the door, with a note. "Keep with the fastest, feed the slowest, sing with the greatest." The bunny chirped to Fluttershy with the note. She looked up from her crying, and read the note; getting a few tears on it. "I don't know who's this is." Angel pointed to the box. Fluttershy ran over, and opened the box. Inside, was a orange foal with a messy purple mane. The foal slept soundly in a blue blanket inside the box. The two both stared at the peaceful foal. Fluttershy in particular was screaming in her head. "Why me? Why not Twilight, or Rarity? I can't care for a child." Angel smiled at the foal sleeping. Honestly, you had to smile at that beautiful foal sleeping. Fluttershy took the box inside, and replaced the foal in the box with a pillow. She placed the foal on the pillow, and placed the blanket on top. She snugged the box next to her couch. And with that, she placed her head on one of the couch pillows, and passed out. In the shadows, a happy mare looked through the window of the cottage where her foal now lives. She hadn't been stalking her baby, she had been watching it with great care. But, the mare knew she would never be a good parent. She quickly trotted away, her black cape covering her body from discovery. "My child is safe now, with Fluttershy, the perfect mare." ~ "Fluttershy, what were you saying?" Twilight asked. Fluttershy had zoned out, thinking of her child at home with Angel. "Oh uhm, sorry Twilight. I asked if there is a spell to revive baby birds." "No, I don't think so", Twilight looked through the library in her new castle. "Nothing here?" Fluttershy asked, with no more hope. "I'm sorry Fluttershy", Twilight said, kind of sad. "I know that baby bird was special too you." "He was the last of the bunch, he had so much to live for", Fluttershy began crying. "Fluttershy, everything good must come to an end at some point", Twilight said, hugging her. "I know", Fluttershy said, whipping her tears. "Hey, did you hear the story of the missing filly?" Twilight asked. "They said the filly was last seen by the Everfree Forest." "Oh yes, Pumpkin Patch", Flutershy zoned out again, thinking of the baby at her door. "Fluttershy?" Twilight asked. Chapter 3: ZiaView OnlineLost // Book 1Chapter 3: ZiaScootaloo matured majorly over the past three months. Fluttershy and Angel kept Scootaloo in Fluttershy's walk in closet that she never used. They designed it into her room, having a little bed and she hung her clothes on the racks above her bed. Fluttershy gave Scootaloo some stickers to use for her room. And, Scootaloo placed them on her face and giggled. Fluttershy had too keep Scootaloo's identity a secret for one reason, so Fluttershy was safe. Many contradict Fluttershy about not being able to handle fillies. Also, what would the fillies at school say to Scootaloo if they found out she doesn't know who her real mom is. She would get teased, and it would be Fluttershy's fault. And all this worry gives Fluttershy anxiety and stress. Scootaloo searched the cabinets for a snack. "Scootaloo, what are you doing?" Fluttershy said, walking in the kitchen and smiling. "I want a snacky!" Scootaloo smiled. "You have to do your work first", Fluttershy said, pointing to the ABC chart. Considering she didn't want Scootaloo's identity being even in school, she began home-schooling her a year before than the local school accepts. "But I want swome Gwassy Swandwhiches!" Scootaloo said. "Please do the chart for me?" Fluttershy said, sitting on the floor with Scootaloo. "Okie mommy", Scootaloo said, waddling over to the table. Fluttershy was kind of shocked, Scootaloo never had called her Mom, or Mommy before. Was she getting that close to her? Of course she was, she's raising Scootaloo. Scootaloo grabbed a crayon and traced the words. Fluttershy helped her out every now and then, especially with the W's and N's. ~ Time passed, and it was Nightmare Night. Scootaloo got a vampire mask and a cape. She also got her pillow case, and carried it over her shoulder. "Candy time!" Scootaloo smiled. Angel hung back and stayed at the cottage to give candy to the fillies coming. He gave Scootaloo five pieces of candy before they left. "Wow, this is a pwetty town!" Scootaloo said, walking with Fluttershy through the town. They knocked on the first door, and got three pieces of candy. The next house, instead of a mare or colt, was a filly around Scootaloo's age. She had a grey mane, and pink glasses. She wore a purple dress, and had a tiara on. "Hewwo, i'm a vampire!" Scootaloo said. "Roar!" The filly smiled, and got the bowl of candy from behind her. She gave Scootaloo eight pieces. "Hey", she said. "Are you going to the Public School next year?" "I think so", Scootaloo said. "Are we mommy?" She looked up at Fluttershy. Fluttershy thought of Scootaloo's Walk in Closet/room, and shivered. "I home-school her", Fluttershy said. "Aww", the filly said. "Well, I hope to see you soon." And with that, the filly closed the door. The two of them went around Ponyville, getting so much candy that Fluttershy had to hold the bag. ~~ After trick-or-treating, Scootaloo went straight off to her room. Fluttershy just sat on a wooden chair in her kitchen, and just began thinking. There was something that she was missing. "Am I not doing good, being a parent? Maybe I should have more fun with her... or maybe she doesn't like her room. Of course she does! It's her own, I never had my own room as a foal." Fluttershy slouched forward in the chair when she felt a poke on her hoof. Angel was there, holding up a drawing made by Scootaloo. It was Scootaloo herself, or she thought, considering her mouth was on the floor. "Put it on the table Angel", Fluttershy said, patting the old wooden table. ~ "Hi!" Scootaloo said to one of the Chickens in the pen. "I'm Scootaloo, what's your name?" "SQUAK!" the Red Chicken - Mr. Cluck - ran around the pen in alarm of the new pony. "Scootaloo", Fluttershy said calmly, "Remember what I told you?" "But I didn't feed the-" "Remember what I told you?" Fluttershy interrupted. "Don't go close the Mr. Cluck", Scootaloo said, her head hung in shame. "Your not in trouble", Fluttershy said. "Just be careful, Mr. Cluck isn't exactly happy today." Mr. Cluck squawked at one of the baby chickens, then ran inside the Hen House. In the distance, two fillies walked along the path toward Fluttershy's Cottage. But of course, Fluttersy didn't notice because she was carefully feeding the Chickens. But Scootaloo however, noticed perfectly clear. The two fillies walked like super stars. One of them was light pink, with a purple and white mane. She had a sparkly tiara placed on her mane, making her look special. She had crisp blue eyes, staring deep at her next rival, Scootaloo. The other one followed behind. She was grey, with a light grey and white mane. She wore her mane in a Ponytail, and have blue glasses on. She also had a pearl necklace on, and sparkling purple eyes. She was the filly Scootaloo had met on Nightmare Night. The two fillies past by Scootaloo, on their way to Fluttershy. Fluttershy heard hoof-steps, and whipped around. She saw the two fillies, still in fear. She eyed Scootaloo, who stared at the two fillies in awe. "Hello girls, how can I help you?" Fluttershy said, still glancing at Scootaloo every five seconds. "Hi Fluttershy", the pink one said, slightly like a diva. "Were here too see if we can adopt any pets? Like maybe, a cute little kitty!" "That would be so adorable with your Tiara, Di!" the grey one said. "Oh uhm, just come with me", Fluttershy said, leading them to a small pen that had a roof. In the pen, were two kitties. "Oh, oh, the grey one!" the pink one said. Fluttershy flew in and picked the little kitten up. "This is Zia", Fluttershy said, handing the filly the kitten softly. "You must take good care of her, okay?" "Of course Fluttershy!" the filly said. "Now, Silver Spoon", Fluttershy said, looking at the grey filly. "You can help by feeding Zia, okay?" "Alright Fluttershy!" Silver Spoon said in glee. "Off you girls go", Fluttershy said, handing them a grooming cone. "Be careful!" "We will!" Silver Spoon said, and the two trotted off with the kitten. And all that time, Scootaloo wondered about the outside world, what it was like outside the Cottage, during the day. Not night, the day. Were there fillies like her? She would have to sneak out, and find out herself. ~ Author's Note I know this chapter isn't that good, I tried and I'll edit it!
Chapter 4 + 5View OnlineLost // Book 1Chapter 4 + 5Chapter 4: School (SHORT) Fluttershy taught Scootaloo all she needed to know for her first day, of actual school. Not, the crummy basement of Fluttershy's Cottage, the spectacular School with all the fillies Scootaloo's age. And who knows, maybe she will even meet the ponies she saw at Fluttershy's cottage who wanted to adopt the cat. "I know you will have a great first day at school Scootaloo", Fluttershy said, smiling. "Thanks, I'll make sure!" Scootaloo said, grinning. She ran down the path, toward the school-yard. Fluttershy became teary-eyed. "I raise her for nine months, and she's going to school with the fillies." Angel patted Fluttershy's left front hoof, and hopped inside. ~~ "Hello class, I'm Miss. Cherilee!" the teacher said, walking in. "Today, we will introducing ourselves. On your desk in a sticher and a marker to write your name. Go ahead, and write your name!" Scootaloo wrote her name, and placed it on her forehead. "Today, you will be writing a paragraph about your family, and then you will all read it out loud in front of the class. I will go first." Scootaloo wrote down the family she had, and waited desperately for her turn. Wait till they hear about my family! They'll totally think I'm a Daredevil. "Who wants to go next?" Miss. Cherilee asked. Scootaloo raised both of her hooves. "Scootaloo, come on up", Miss. Cherilee said. Scootaloo turned to face the class. "Hi uhm, I'm Scootaloo", Scootaloo said nervously. "I have a really cool family. There's my mom, my good friend Angel the bunny who's like a brother to me, I also have lots of pets. There's Chickens, especially Mr. Cluck. He's my favorite. There's chipmunks, squirrels, bunnies, cats, dogs, birds, and so much more. And that's my family." Dead silence. Then, somepony in the back laughed hysterically. "Scootaloo lives with Chickens!" The rest of the class laughed. One of the kids said, "Scoot, Scoot, Scootaloo!" "Enough class!" Miss. Cherilee said, almost hissing at her students. "Scootaloo, you can have a seat." ~ Scootaloo cried with her cheek on the dining table. "They made fun of me and Mr. Cluck". "There's no need to cry Scootaloo, their just jealous of you and how you are so daring." "They called me like a chicken. Scoot, Scoot, Scootaloo..." Scootaloo faded off into mumbling. "Do you want me to talk to Miss. Cherilee?" Fluttershy said, her hoof on Scootaloo's back. "No, I just want to be alone." Scootaloo got up, went into her room, and locked the door behind her. Chapter 5: Twilight's Advice (for the film) PLEASE COMMENT ON MY PAGE WHAT YOU WANT TO HAPPEN ILYASM <3 "Fluttershy, your hiding something", Twilight said, suspiciously. "No", Fluttershy said. "Fluttershy I know when you lie and I can see." Twilight and Fluttershy both sat in her Cottage. "I most certainly am-" Scootaloo walked in with a box on her head. She had two holes cut out for her eyes. "Beep beep boop", Scootaloo said like a robot. Twilight stared, and looked at Fluttershy. "Scootaloo, meet Princess Twilight", Fluttershy said, about to cry. "Your highness", Scootaloo said bowing, then falling on her face. "Hi there", Twilight said. "Can I talk to Fluttershy for a second?" Scootaloo walked out of the room, making robot noises. Fluttershy began crying. "She appeared at my door in a box", She sobbed. "Please, don't tell anypony." "Fluttershy you could've told me", Twilight said. "I would never ever tell anypony." "I was just so nervous I thought you would judge me and not be my friend anymore." "Why would I do that Fluttershy?" Twilight asked. ~ "Your so lucky that was Twilight", Fluttershy said to Scootaloo. "Sorry, I just wanted to show you my box." Fluttershy hugged Scootaloo. "I know, please look when you hear me talking." Scootaloo headed to her room, and went to sleep for that night. ~ "Fluttershy, you should really tell somepony that Scootaloo is your daughter", Twilight said. "What will happen when she gets invited to a party? They have to send it to YOU." Twilight had stayed late that night. "I know, but I'm nervous they'll judge", Fluttershy said. "Fluttershy, take it from me, nopony will judge you. You are the best parent, your trying to keep your child safe, but you have to think about Scootaloo's future." Fluttershy just nodded, and went to her room to go to sleep.
Chapter 6: FreeView OnlineLost // Book 1Chapter 6: FreeScootaloo made one friend at School, Dinky. She was made fun of because her mom was Derpy Hooves, the pony with crossed eyes. It wasn't Dinky's fault for her mother's eyes, neither was it Derpy's. But, Scootaloo and Dinky became friends instantly. "Alright class, today we will have a project! Do not worry, it's easy", the substitute - Miss. Twilight Sparkle - said to the class. "Today you will write about one pony in Ponyville. Pinkie Pie, Bon Bon, or even me!" The class began writing, and Scootaloo just sat and stared at her blank piece of paper. She knew no one except Fluttershy and Twilight. She knew ponies would do her, considering she was a Princess. But she couldn't do Fluttershy, because then she would go into her finding Scootaloo. So, when time was up, the class handed in their papers as the bell rang for the end of the day. Twilight excused Scootaloo, and she ran out of the school-house. Dinky waited at the beginning of the path. "I'm so excited for this playdate!" Dinky said, smiling. She had her saddlebag around her back, holding all her stuff. Scootaloo smiled. "I can't wait for you to meet my mom." But then, that annoying chant that everypony said was heard - very loudly. The very chant that had caused Scootaloo to have punched one singular pony In the snout. Silver Spoon. "Scoot, Scoot, Scootaloo!" she yelled, trotting behind the two fillies. She got up to them, and slowed her pace to walk with them. "Hello Chicken, and hello Cross-Eyed", Silver Spoon smirked. "Leave us alone", Dinky said, whacking Silver Spoon but missed. "Aww, is Cross-Eyed tired?" Silver Spoon pouted. Scootaloo stopped in her tracks. "How about you stop and pick on somepony who is as cruel as you? Oh wait, there is no other pony like that." She continued walking with Dinky, and Silver Spoon hung back. "Scoot, Scoot, Scootaloo!" she yelled, before running back to the school-house. ~ "Hello Dinky", Fluttershy said, letting the two fillies in. Dinky carefully placed her saddlebag near the door, then followed Scootaloo. She showed Dinky her room, and she liked it. "It's a bit small though", Dinky said. "Yea, I know", Scootaloo said, awkwardly sitting on the floor. "But, it's nice to have your own room." Throughout the day Scootaloo and Dinky played together. But at sunset, Dinky walked home with her saddlebag. Scootaloo waved, and headed inside. "Scootaloo, what's this?" Fluttershy said, holding up a plastic bag. It contained Scootaloo's things. Her pillow, some food, clothes, etc. "I don't know", Scootaloo said, shrugging. Fluttershy placed the bag on the kitchen counter, and flew into her room. Scootaloo quickly took the bag to her room. Fluttershy had made Scootaloo her own door in the kitchen, that led to her room. She left the bag under her bed, then quickly ran into the kitchen like nothing happened. Fluttershy made dinner - Grass Sandwiches - then said goodnight to Scootaloo. Scootaloo began reading her book in the kitchen with her little light on that was also a bookmark. "Come on, just go to bed." Scootaloo thought. When she heard snoring, she began writing. A note. Scootaloo peeked in Fluttershy's room, and she peacefully slept in the dark - while snoring. Scootaloo left the note on the door, with a piece of tape on the top. She grabbed her bag, and opened the door for her body to slip through. She closed it very slowly, and took off toward the town that she had heard Fluttershy call Ponyville. ~ Princess Celestia finally rose the sun. Scootaloo had camped behind a building. She retrieved all of her belongings, and placed them in the bag. She began walking through the town, noticing ponies do their daily things. Never - had she seen something this pretty. Flowers laid next to houses, and workers came in and out their buildings. Scootaloo, felt free. She turned a corner, to a darkened path. Barrels and trash laid next to doors. Scootaloo looked around. But, before she could turn back to the brightened part of the town, and hoof covered her mouth. Scootaloo screamed in terror, but the hoof covered her noise. The pony dragged Scootaloo into the shadows, and took her to a darkened place nopony would ever go. ~ "Good morning Scootaloo", Fluttershy said, walking in the kitchen, but stopped in terror. She opened Scootaloo's door, and her form was missing. "Scootaloo!?" Fluttershy yelled. She began running around her house, calling for her. Scootaloo was gone, and it was her fault. She had lost her only reason to live. The baby bird had died, Angel was visiting his old home, Fluttershy was alone. Scootaloo was gone. She turned her head to the door, which had a note flapping in the wind. She yanked the note off, and read it. Dear mom, I know you don't want me to leave the house except for School. Don't worry, I'll still go to school. But, I want to venture out into the town, be my own pony. I don't want to be crammed in a walk-in closet excuse for a room. I want to be free. Hopefully you'll see me up in the sky one day. Signed, Scootaloo Fluttershy fell to the floor, crying. She gripped the note against her chest, and sobbed. Scootaloo was gone. She had to find her. Fluttershy got up, and gripped the note in her hoof. She flew to Twilight's castle, and began telling her everything. "She's gone!" Fluttershy finished, showing Twilight the note and crying. "Scootaloo couldn't have gone to far, she doesn't even know the town!" Twilight said. But Scootaloo was very far from the town, and the place was very out of Fluttershy's comfort zone. The Everfree Forest. The place where all things live on their own, where creatures are not tamed, where Scootaloo was imprisoned. And, she had made one big mistake leaving the Cottage. Please read them, they may tell clues for some stuff you don't get! Thanks for reading ;) ~~~ "Hello little filly", the deep, raspy voice said. It was around the afternoon. Scootaloo had been stolen in the morning, but she had passed out from some sort of drink from the pony who had taken her. He remained in the shadows of The Everfree Forest. Scootaloo was tied to a tree, the rope digging into her skin. Of course Scootaloo was scared. But, she had to show she wasn't. "What do you want from me?" Scootaloo said, trying to sound confident. "I want you", the voice growled. "All the fillies never venture to my side of the town, but you seem like a nit-wit so I just happened to steal you." "Just because I have a Chicken doesn't mean I'm a nit-wit!" Scootaloo yelled. Mr. Cluck wouldn't be happy if he heard this. "I never said that, Scoot, Scoot, Scootaloo", the pony chuckled. "I know where you live, I know what you learn in school, I know everything about you." "Your a stalker!" Scootaloo yelled, trying to jump out of the rope. The rope dug into her skin more, so she tried to settle in her new surroundings. "I call it loving in the shadows", the pony hissed. "Now that no pony can hear you, it's time to continue what I wanted in the first place." ~~ Signs were all around Ponyville for Scootaloo. No-pony knew Scootaloo was Fluttershy's daughter, she didn't mention that. "I can't believe Scootaloo went missing", Silver Spoon gossiped to her pink friend. "But of course, Chickens will always get stolen." Dinky walked over to the two. "How about you shut up?" Dinky hissed. "Scootaloo is missing and this is serious. She could be dead. She could be in a trash bag choking! But all you care about is gossiping about her. So how about you two shut up, and be serious and help us look for Scootaloo." "What if we don't want to?" the pink one said, smirking. "Yea, we don't have to listen to you", Silver Spoon said. Dinky slapped Silver Spoon in the face, then turned around and helped Fluttershy with the signs. Silver Spoon and Diamond Tiara stared at Dinky. Silver Spoon rubbed her cheek in disgust. "Come on Silver Spoon, let's go get a milkshake", Diamond Tiara said, walking towards Sugar Cube Corner. ~~ "It's been two days", Fluttershy cried. "She hasn't been found. It's all because of me." "Fluttershy, I'm not saying it's your fault, but if you told us about Scootaloo, this wouldn't have happened", Rainbow Dash said. "Scootaloo might be lost, or maybe I'm lost in my head. I don't know anymore." Fluttershy sobbed, and curled into a ball in the corner of Twilight's library. "What do we do?" Rarity asked. "We can search outside of Ponyville, maybe near that 'er, forest", Apple Jack said. "No, not the Everfree Forest", Fluttershy almost yelled, standing up and stumbling forwards. She plopped on her face in fear. "Twilight, what should we do?" Rarity asked. "We have to see what happens, everypony in Ponyville knows about Scootaloo being missing. We just have to wait." The six ponies just stood next to the crystal table, all of them thinking. "Can we get some cupcakes?" Pinkie Pie blurted out. "Why not?" Rainbow Dash asked, speeding out of the castle to Sugar Cube Corner. Fluttershy followed the group, crying. Her tears left stains in the dirt. "I'm lost in my head, and only Scootaloo made my mind okay." Fluttershy thought. They headed into the sugar shop, when ponies began chatting. "Scootaloo may have been found!" Bon Bon said. Fluttershy looked up. "Where!?" "They found orange feathers near Sweet Apple Acres", Bon Bon said. "Well let's get to it then!" Apple Jack said. The six ran - and flew - to Sweet Apple Acres. Orange feathers lay all around the farm. "Oh, Scootaloo", Fluttershy said, picking up a feather. "You just started growing your flight feathers." Rainbow Dash searched from the sky to the ground. "I saw nothing", Rainbow Dash said. The six sat down on one of the new benches and ate apples. Fluttershy obviously, had none. "We'll look again Fluttershy, after lunch", Twilight said, taking a bite out of her apple. Fluttershy just stared at the dirt. Where's Scootaloo? Is she okay? All those questions worried Fluttershy. But she knew the worst was probably behind her. Scootaloo would be okay. She said she would go to school. But, where could Scootaloo be!? The five others finished up their snack, and began searching again. "Look for anything girls!" Twilight yelled, flying up. Fluttershy looked behind barrels, looked underneath the benches nothing. But then, a sudden scream was heard. Rarity. The girls ran towards Rarity, who was in the barn. "Look!" Rarity shrieked, pointing toward a stack of hay. "There's nothing-", Twilight began, before she gasped. Hidden within the hay, was a orange hoof. Apple Jack kicked off the hay, and they saw it, Scootaloo. She had brutal cuts all over her face. There were wounds on her stomach, neck, and hooves. Fluttershy stared, eyes very wide. Worst of all, Scootaloo's stomach was not rising or falling. It was still as Discord in stone. Scootaloo's body stayed perfectly still, laying on the hay. Apple Jack slowly walked over to the body, and touched her forehead softly. Cold. "Girls", Apple Jack said. "Sh-she's gone." Fluttershy fell to the ground. She curled up in a ball, and began crying. "I have no purpose anymore", Fluttershy wailed. "Scootaloo is gone." "Fluttershy", Rarity began. "SHUT UP!" Fluttershy said. "Scootaloo is gone. Somepony killed her."

Chapter 2: Amnesia (SHORT)View OnlineLost // Book 1Chapter 2: Amnesia (SHORT)North, South, East, West. We all end somewhere. The child - which Fluttershy called Scootaloo because she scooted across the floor -was harder to care for than she had expected. She had to use Mooolanna's milk too often, Scootaloo was more thirsty than a dry snakes throat. But, she couldn't tell Twilight about the new child. What would she say about her caring for a child that isn't hers? Scootaloo was finally not thirsty after five bottles of Mooolanna's finest milk. She tried getting up from her box/bed, when Fluttershy noticed something on her back. Did she have cotton swabs on her back? Fluttershy scooted up a bit closer, and stared, looking. Scootaloo had wings. Would Fluttershy have to teach Scootaloo to fly, or do they learn on their own? She wasn't taught, just did. But, it appeared that Scootaloo couldn't get off the ground. She flapped her wings, but her hooves still dug in the grass outside. She occasionally pushed herself off the ground, trying to be able to fly. But it didn't work, she just plopped on the ground once more. But, she was a filly. Scootaloo will be able to make it off the ground one day. The next day, Fluttershy went to visit the Robin, the mother of the baby bird. "I'm very sorry, Miss. Robin", Fluttershy said to her when reaching her next to a hanging branch. "I tried very hard, but I couldn't save him." The Robin chirped viciously, almost hissing like a paranoid cat. "You do know I tried! What if I didn't save you from when you were a baby?" The angry bird just flew away. Fluttershy whipped away the tears forming. She flew down and sat on the swing she had made for Scootaloo. It wasn't special, just a wooden plank as a seat. Angel and Scootaloo both hopped outside with a beach ball. They began passing it back and forth. Fluttershy studied Scootaloo. Who could be her mom? Fluttershy began crying again. Sweet Celestia, that pony was upset a lot. "I wish that I could wake up, with amnesia. And forget about the, stupid little things." Angel hopped over, and squeaked at Fluttershy. She just shaked her head in no. Angel hopped back to the game with Scootaloo, and Fluttershy just stared blankly at the blue, cleared sky via. Rainbow Dash. Maybe I should take Scootaloo flying in the clouds one day... But, no. The Pegasi would find out that there's a filly staying at her cottage. So, she decided that Scootaloo wouldn't go outside except in her garden. Angel would agree, right? Author's Note So this is just a short, to help understand the 3rd chapter more. Enjoy!! :)
