Colgate's Practice

That evening Colgate and Pinkamena arrived home at the same time. Pinkamena saw that Colgate was alone and wondered where Lyra was. She asked, "Colgate, where is Lyra? I haven't seen much of her today."

Colgate replied, "I'll tell you once we are inside."

Once they were inside Colgate continued, "Alright Pinkamena, first off you must promise to me that you will tell nopony what I am about to tell you."

Pinkamena nodded and made the promise. Colgate then proceeded to tell her about how she realized that Lyra knew she was up to something and how she lured her down into the basement and the events that took place earlier that day, including the unconventional way she killed Filthy.

Pinkamena was shocked that Colgate would kill somepony that quickly. She asked, "Colgate, why did you kill him so quickly? That isn't like you, usually you like to drag out executions a bit."

Colgate replied, "Well I had to kill him quickly so I could put my sister next to her little marefriend Bon Bon before she regained consciousness."

Pinkamena gasped when she said this. She asked, "Bon Bon and Lyra are in a relationship?"

Colgate replied, "Well I'm not certain they are but they sure have acted like it ever since they were fillies in middle school. They were basically inseparable until Lyra went to the academy up in Canterlot."

Pinkamena asked, "So are we going to go over and take care of them tonight or are we going to wait until the morning?"

A nagging voice in the back of Colgate's mind told her that since she disclosed this information to Pinkamena, that the time had come to not only take her out of the picture, but to close her special dental hospital. That meant that she would have six ponies to kill that night, and chances are that Pinkamena would be by far the toughest one to take out, not just because she is not weakened by hunger, but also because she thinks in the same ways that she does.

Colgate replied, "We will after we eat supper. They may be hungry right now but taking care of them should not come at the expense of our appetites."

Pinkamena was surprisingly not that hungry so she ate a smaller meal while Colgate had a larger filling meal, not so big though that it would slow her down. The fact that Pinkamena ate a smaller meal made her happy. She knew that eventually Pinkamena would get hungry and be easier to take out.

The two ate their supper and headed over to the practice and descended down into the basement. Pinkamena's voice was unfamiliar to Thunderlane and White Tooth. Thunderlane asked, "So Colgate, you're bringing one down here awake?"

Colgate and Pinkamena walked over to Thunderlane and White Tooth with smiles on their faces. Colgate pointed her hoof at Pinkamena and said, "White Tooth, Thunderlane, I would like you to meet my new assistant, Pinkamena Diane Pie."

Thunderlane had heard rumors about how Pinkie is when she is in her Pinkamena state of mind. He had a look of pure fear in his eyes when Pinkamena began giving him a sadistic smile. The doctor was not so worried. He asked, "So Colgate, who is this? Your new hygienist?"

Colgate replied, "Not yet White Tooth. She still has to go through some training, which will begin tonight." She looked at Pinkamena and said, "Go get my drill, there is something new you must learn."

Pinkamena nodded and got the drill for her boss. Colgate forced White Tooth's mouth open and pointed the bit straight towards the roof of his mouth. She turned the drill on and began to drill straight into the roof of his mouth. He was screaming in agony and began to choke as his blood was flowing into the back of his mouth. The two mares were laughing sadistically as Colgate continued to drill further and further up into his head. His screaming continued to get louder and louder and his body convulsed harder and harder until one final scream was let forth as the drill hit his brain and his body went limp.

Colgate was nudging him and got no response. She noticed he was no longer breathing and said, "Well one down, four to go."

Colgate decided that since she would not be operating the hospital for much longer that she would just leave the patients' corpses in their chairs rather than grind them up. Pinkamena did wonder why Colgate did not immediately run her former boss's corpse through the grinder but decided not to ask as she had a feeling that doing so would not be in her best interests.

Next up was Thunderlane. While he was nervous he was showing a defiant, almost cocky look on his face. He laughed, "So you two, how are you going to kill me? Smack me to death, drill a hole in my head, cut my legs off one by one?"

Colgate laughed, "My my, aren't we the arrogant one." She looked at his legs menacingly and continued, "You know, cutting your legs off one by one does sound quite fun. What do you say Pinkamena, shall we do it that way?"

Pinkamena began eyeballing Thunderlane's legs and laughed, "Yes, let's do it that way!"

Pinkamena nodded and brought Colgate her chainsaw. Thunderlane began to kick and scream as the dentist lowered her saw and fired it up. She started by cutting his hind left leg off. He was screaming in agony as she was doing this and his screams only got louder as the saw hit his bone. Very quickly blood was squirting all over the place and he began to grow pale. Colgate laughed, "So Thunderlane, are you enjoying this?"

Despite losing a decent amount of blood, he still had enough strength to thrash about in his chair. She said, "Ok Pinkamena, we'll let the cocky one wear himself out, then we'll finish him off. Now it is time to take care of the fashionista."

Rarity shouted, "Oh no, you two aren't taking me out! I'll find a way out of here and make you two pay."

Colgate looked at her assistant and ordered, "Pinkamena, she is your friend. I'll let you take care of her, I'll just stand back and enjoy the show."

Pinkamena walked over towards her friend with a sadistic look as she walked towards her licking her chops. Rarity realized very quickly that Pinkamena was going to kill her in a much more gruesome way than Colgate would have. Rarity was struggling and shouted, "Get back you beast!"

Pinkamena pounced on Rarity and began to bite her hard, causing Rarity to cry out in pain. While at first she was just breaking skin soon she began to rip her hide off exposing the meat underneath. Pinkamena was laughing as she continued to rip the hide off of her friend's abdomen. Eventually Pinkamena decided that merely ripping her hide off was no longer enough. She began to rip the meat off of her ribcage and eat it. Rarity started crying, "Please, stop! What did I do to deserve this?"

Colgate ordered Pinkamena off of her as she did not want her to die too quickly. Colgate walked over to her, smacked her and shouted, "For the hundredth time, you deserve this because you dared come in here with cavities!"

Rarity shouted, "Well that is why ponies go to the dentist, to get cavities filled and have their dental problems taken care of!"

Again Colgate smacked her and shouted, "You know what Rarity? It is ponies like you, full grown adults who don't take care of their teeth that piss me off so much. You are setting a bad example for other ponies and especially the fillies and colts! They'll think that since an adult doesn't take care of their teeth, why should they have to."

Rarity shouted, "Well look at Sweetie Belle, her teeth are just fine so I'm not a bad influence on her!"

Colgate yelled back, "Well not all the foals are as bright as she is either. She's a hell of a lot smarter than you are, that's for sure!"

Rarity just grunted in disgust despite her wanting to scream and yell. She knew it would be best if she just remained quiet. Colgate decided Rarity had suffered enough for now. She looked back over at Thunderlane, who appeared to be regaining a bit of his strength and said, "Well, it looks like our prima donna is feeling better. Ready for round two Thunderlane?"

Thunderlane began shouting that she would not get away with this and was thrashing about in his chair. Colgate was quickly getting fed up and shouted, "Pinkamena, get me my saw, I'm amputating it all."

Pinkamena brought Colgate her saw and before Thunderlane could say anything, she fired it up and began sawing the rest of his legs off. He was screaming in agony and just like he did when his wings were cut off, he began to go into convulsions. Once she had the remaining three legs cut off, blood wasn't squirting everywhere, it was flooding everywhere. His shaking only caused the blood to flow out faster. Finally after five minutes of shaking and screaming, he breathed his last and fell limp. Colgate put her hoof off to his neck and felt no pulse. She said, "Well Pinkamena, we have one more to take care of before we can take care of my top two patients."

Pinkamena said, "Yummy, I get more unicorn meat!"

Colgate interrupted, "Well I'm joining you this time! I want to get her finished off before too long." Given that Rarity was severely weakened by her ordeal, Colgate released her from her bounds and threw her out of the chair.

Pinkamena was confused as to why she would do this. She asked, "Colgate, why did you set her free? I thought you wanted to kill her."

Colgate replied, "It will be easier to finish her off this way. Let's go."

Rarity was screaming and yelling begging for her life as she lay on the floor, but to no avail. Colgate and Pinkamena descended upon her like a pack of wolves. Rarity was screaming and crying in pain as the two began to rip her meat off of her and dug in on her organs. Pinkamena was in more of a frenzy than Colgate was. She threw Colgate off of their screaming victim and went after the first organ she saw, the stomach, which would prove to be fatal.

Pinkamena dug in and ripped the stomach out whole and began to devour it. Once it broke open she immediately began to scream out in pain. In the state she was suddenly in she swallowed the acid without even thinking. Her esophagus was burned so badly that it disintegrated and the acid began to fall into her body's cavity. It began to eat away at her stomach and her intestines. She was in so much pain that she began to shake violently. Colgate was standing there watching both Pinkamena and Rarity in their final moments. Finally excessive blood loss caused Rarity to pass and extreme shock and the acid splashing up on her heart killed Pinkamena.

Colgate breathed a sigh of relief as the pony that she thought would be the toughest to take out, died over a thoughtless mistake on her part. Now she had only two more ponies to take out before she could officially close her hospital, her sister and Bon Bon. She looked at the two and began laughing, "Well it looks like I only have two more to go!"

Bon Bon had a look of despair in her face because she knew that the chances of her and Lyra getting out of there were zero but Lyra still had hope, hope that her and Bon Bon could escape and make Colgate pay for all her crimes.
