Colgate is Ponyville's friendly dentist but she begins to get frustrated when some of her patients aren't brushing and have cavities, so she decides that something must be done to correct this problem. This causes her to decide to set up a "dental hospital" in the basement of her practice where those with bad oral health are punished. Colgate doesn't care what she has to do, she is dead set on ridding Ponyville of poor oral hygiene.
