Colgate's Practice

Night Time in the Office

The rest of the day went without a hitch as the rest of Colgate's patients had good, healthy, strong teeth. By the end of the day Colgate was in a cheerful mood, or so it seemed. Lyra saw this and was relieved. After they locked up for the day Lyra asked her older sister, "Colgate, now that we are closed for the day I'm going to go hang out with Bon Bon. Maybe her and I could go to the cafe and get some supper."

Colgate sighed, "I'm sorry little sister but Bon Bon's teeth are in such bad shape I had to send her to a dental hospital in Fillydelphia so it might be a while before you see her again."

Lyra looked dejected and replied, "Well you're the dentist so you know what ponies need the most."

Colgate patted her sister on the back and said, "Well that is just how things are. Ponies who don't take care of their teeth sometimes have to go out of the way for intensive dental care." Lyra began to say something but Colgate interrupted, "Tell you what Lyra, how about you and I go to the cafe for supper? It's on me."

Lyra's eyes brightened up as she realized that the sister she loves so much had returned to normal. She replied, "I would love that big sis!"

Instead of heading home the two headed straight to the cafe where they were greeted by Twilight and Rarity, who were also grabbing a bite to eat. Colgate saw the two were having ice cream along with a milkshake. She gave them a concerned look and asked, "Are you two sure you should be eating that? It isn't very good for your teeth."

Twilight smiled and replied, "I knew you would say that Colgate. Don't worry, both Rarity and I brush regularly."

Colgate looked at Rarity and noticed that her teeth were not as white as her coat. She was thinking to herself, "Yeah uh huh. We'll see about that Rarity."

Colgate had a malicious look in her eyes as she was examining Rarity from afar. Rarity saw this and noticed something different in the way Colgate was looking at her. She saw a look of malice in the blue unicorn's eyes. Rarity wanted to know what that was all about so she asked, "Colgate, why do you have that look in your eyes and why are you staring at me so intently?"

Colgate's visual examination stopped and her look returned to normal. She replied, "Oh I sometimes find myself staring at other ponies' teeth when they have an appointment coming up. I like to know in advance what to possibly expect."

Rarity had an unsure look in her eyes. She said, "Well ok, you were really making me nervous."

Twilight jumped in the conversation to lighten the mood. She looked at Lyra and asked, "So Lyra, are you happy to be back home from the academy?"

Lyra replied, "You bet I am! I am working for the most awesome dentist in the world."

Both Twilight and Rarity knew about Colgate firing Lemon Hearts and hiring Lyra. Twilight smiled and said, "Well I think it is wonderful that two sisters who are so close are working together. Besides Colgate, I trust Lyra a lot more to clean my teeth than I did Lemon Hearts."

Rarity added, "I heard absolutely dreadful things about her."

Colgate replied, "Yeah she wasn't exactly the most friendly hygienist in Equestria. She was good at her job but not only was she not friendly, she just acted like she was punching a time clock, she showed next to zero emotion and cared nothing about the patients."

Twilight asked, "So what is she doing these days anyway?"

Colgate replied, "Well she is working in the financial services department of the hospital. I guess they thought that hiring a total bitch would make the patients pay their bills on time."

Twilight laughed, "Yeah you're probably right. The hospital is not very friendly when it comes to demanding payments."

The two finished their sweets and they got up to leave. Twilight said, "Well we will see you next week Colgate. You and Lyra have a good one."

Not too long after Twilight and Rarity left the waiter came to take their order. Colgate said, "I would like your double cheeseburger, PLAIN WITH JUST THE CHEESE, some pretzels and a DIET POP."

The waiter smiled as he knew how Colgate's was when she ordered her food. He then looked at Lyra and asked, "May I take your order?"

Lyra replied, "Yeah, I would like a daffodil sandwich, some cranberries, a slice of cake and a glass of pop."

Colgate gagged when she heard her sister's order. The very thoughts of daffodils sickened her. She then realized what the rest of her sister's order was. She glared at her younger sister and asked, "Cake, pop? Are you sure about that little sis?"

Lyra sulked and replied, "Ok, change that cake to pretzels and make it a diet pop."

The waiter nodded and headed back to the kitchen with their order. Lyra asked, "Colgate, why did you make me change my order? You know I'll brush before I go to bed."

Colgate growled, "I know that but still, that stuff is HORRIBLE for your teeth. I don't want to wind up having to give my own hygienist fillings. That would make our practice look bad if somepony knew that you weren't taking care of your teeth."

After supper Lyra and Colgate headed home. After playing some board games and talking, they turned in for the night. While Lyra quickly went to sleep, Colgate was irritated. She felt as though she was failing the community. She decided that more than just ponies with severe oral health problems needed to be punished. She decided that all ponies who show up with even one cavity must be punished.

Colgate left her house with a loaf of bread as she knew that her patient would be hungry. Once she got in her office she immediately headed downstairs to her dental hospital. Bon Bon heard the door open and asked, "Colgate, is that you?"

Colgate stormed over immediately to her patient and shouted, "I DON'T REMEMBER TELLING YOU THAT YOU COULD TALK. SPEAK WHEN SPOKEN TO, THAT'S WHAT GOOD PATIENTS DO."

Bon Bon asked, "So is it morning already? Does Lyra know you have me imprisoned down here?"

Colgate smacked her for asking that. She growled, "What time of day it is does not matter and no, Lyra has no clue you are down here and she never will." She paused and continued, "You must be thirsty and hungry."

Bon Bon smiled and replied, "Actually yes, I am thirsty and hungry."

Colgate levitated a couple slices of bread and a glass of water above Bon Bon. She had a sadistic look on her face and asked, "So Bon Bon, do you want this?"

Bon Bon was starving so anything looked good to her. She licked her chops and replied, "Yes please!"

Colgate frowned and said, "You'll get it in a few minutes."

Colgate pulled out a very thin needle and began to ram it into Bon Bon's cavities. She was crying out in pain and kicking as the point of the needle was being rammed into her infected gums. When she was kicking she managed to break her leg free of one of the bonds and kicked Colgate in the process. This did not sit well with Colgate. She shouted, "So, you're going to be one of those types of patients? Well, we'll have to fix that!"

Colgate first refastened the bond holding Bon Bon's leg in place, then she headed over to a cabinet where she had some tools stored. She got out a drill, some bolts, nuts and a wrench. She headed back over to her terrified patient with a sadistic smile on her face. Bon Bon wanted so badly to ask what she was going to do with the tools but knew better as she had no desire to get smacked again.

Colgate asked, "Well now, where shall we begin?" Colgate began to drill a hole through the left hind leg of Bon Bon. She was screaming in pain as Colgate's sadistic laughter became louder and louder. Blood was splatting up from the hole and some got on Colgate's face as the bit began to drill through her leg. Before too long the bit began to burrow it's way through her bone, which only brought Bon Bon even more pain and Colgate more joy. She licked the blood off of her face and thought to herself, "Wow, this stuff is good!"

Soon the bit had drilled through her leg and bore a hole through the other side of the steel leg of the chair. Colgate then inserted a bolt through the hole the drill had made. She then attached a nut to the back side and began to tighten it. She tightened it as hard as she could, which increased the pressure on the white pony's leg making her cry out louder in agony.

This only fueled Colgate's rage further. She got up and smacked Bon Bon so hard it knocked one of her teeth loose. Colgate saw this and glared at her patient. She growled, "This is what happens when you don't take care of your teeth you stubborn little mule."

Bon Bon began to say, "But, but"

Colgate smacked her again and said, "Speak when spoken to, that's what good patients do."

Colgate quickly got to work on the other leg and quickly had it secured as well. She could tell that her patient was in excruciating pain and this excited her, a lot.

Bon Bon began to cry, "Please just let me eat. I'm so hungry."

Hearing Bon Bon cry out for food brought out a sadistic grin on Colgate's face. She loved the feeling that she could control the feelings of another pony. She levitated the bread down to her mouth and allowed her to eat it. After she finished eating, Colgate let her have the water to wash it down. Bon Bon also had to use the restroom. She asked, "Colgate, could I please use the restroom?"

Colgate was not amused by this question. She growled, "Oh great, how could I forget that you would need to piss and shit?"

She used her magic to create holes in the bottoms and lower backs of the chairs so her patients can rid themselves of their waste. Colgate glared at her patient and asked, "There, happy?"

Bon Bon nodded and realized that this was the best she would get so she relieved herself. She was a bit happy though since the waste would be falling into a drain instead of getting all over her.

As Colgate was getting ready to leave she suddenly remembered Bon Bon's leg breaking free when she was kicking. She knew that she had to fix the chairs and she had to do it that night so she grabbed her tools and tightened the bonds to where they would remain connected to the chair.

It was finally three in the morning when Colgate finished improving the chairs. She was very tired when she headed home and much to her displeasure, she knew that she would not be able to get much sleep as dawn was only three hours away but that didn't matter to her. Keeping order in her hospital, properly punishing unruly patients and keeping Lyra in the dark about it was all that mattered to her.
