The newspaper

Starlight woke up with a splitting headache and Nancy hovering over her.

"Holy crap"Starlight yelled,freake out by the closeness of her flatmate

"Could you please reframe from swearing"Nancy said while levitating over a cup of tea

"We'll don't get that close to my face"Starlight retorted

"Shouldn't you be at work"Nancy commented while sipping a bit of her tea

"Wait-what time is it?"Starlight asked

"Seven fifty three"Nancy informed

"Ive got..six minutes to get there, I’ll see you later Nancy “Starlight ran out the room and grabbed her saddlebags in a blind rush

She galloped as fast as she could towards her new work place, which was a rather large but rundown building. The newspaper was called ponyville express, it was very popular paper in ponyville. The issues mainly consisted of gossip, action and events in the town. Starlight wished that this would be a stepping stone to her career as a serious journalist that would take her all over equestria.Starlight entered the building with her mane tangled and breathless.

“I-Im here to s-see Mr Print”Starlight managed through heavy breathing

“Oh yes Miss storm..your just on time”The secretary said checking her list

“Where do I need to-?“Starlight asked

“-Oh down the hall and to the left dear”The secretary instructed

Starlight did as the secretary insutrcted,she felt nervous and her stomach was churning extremely.With a tremabling hoof starlight waited for Mr print to present himself,that he did.

“Follow me Miss storm”Mr Print replied

Mr print was a tall brown coated stallion with glasses and a greying mane,Starlight was well under Mr Prints height and felt very intimdated.

"So what am I on?"Starlight asked

"You will be on the advice column-"Mr print said

"The advice column?!"Starlight shocked

"Problem?"Mr Print asked

"We'll I thought I would be on travel"Starlight assumed

"It's better than being on coffee like checklist"Mr Print joked

"Ha ha"Starlight laughed unconvincly

"Great to have you on board"Mr Print thanked

"Thank you for the opportunity"Starlight repiled

The two shook hoofs and Mr Print went back to his office.
