She quickly rushed outside exclaiming to her two friends, "she'll play she'll play!" And the tree fillies cheered not knowing what was going to go down. **** "Guh we've been searching for hours!" Screamed Scootaloo. "Well maybe we just aren't looking hard enough." Sweetie Belle quietly added. "Then where haven't we looked? We searched the entire farm and we haven't seen a single hoof-print!" "Then we'll expand to Ponyville!" And just like that the three set off to Ponyville. They checked Sugar Cube Corner, the library, the market, Ponyville Tower, Fluttershy's cottage, anywhere they could reach to no avail. "Gals. I'm starting to feel we aint ever going to find her." "Apple Bloom we will find her if its the last thing we do!" Sweetie Bell said in Apple Bloom's face the pressure starting to get to her. Scootaloo added, "Then let's move our efforts back to the farm. What do you wanna bet she fell asleep in her chair and we've been looking all over for nothing." And so back to the farm they went. Nothing, they didn't find her. Eventually they had to get real help. Not even Twilight's magic could track her. They needed somepony else, no they needed someone. And the portal back to the human world opened tomorrow. They had to try and get help. **** "It say's Psych Private Psychic Detective, we 'ave to try." Apple Bloom announced. So they did. Open the door and walk in, simple right? "Excuse me sir, um hello?" Gus turned around, frozen in place he dropped his glass. "Gus! What are you doing dro-" Shawn stopped in his tracks. "Okay, I'll let this one slide. Hello. My name is Shawn. What is your name and why have you come to earth strange creature?" He said Slowly. "Ah can understand you ya know. And I've come to get help. Ya see yesterday I got my granny to play hide 'n seek with me and my freinds. But we can't find her, not even magic found her! I saw your sign and thought you could possible help us out?" Gus was still frozen, Shawn on the other hand or hoof whichever you prefer was not, more or less he was bewildered. "Um sure. I suppose we could help. Gus wake up." Nothing. Frozen he slapped Gus hard across the face. "Ow! Shawn what was that for!?" "We got our next case. Look at her that's out client." Gus saw her. Barely able to speak he finally got the words out. "Um hello. And what are you?" "I'm a pony from Equestria! And a Cutie Mark Crusader! I've come to get help, not even magic was able to find my granny." "No. No! No way Shawn! We are not going to another world!" "Oh man up Gus. This is gonna be a walk in the park!" Or at least he wished so. Forcing Gus through the portal with a lot of eyes following them, staring at the pony. Finally after fighting they got him through. "I do not like this! I want to be me again send me right back!" Twilight just rolled her eyes, knowing their human forms would suit them better she cast a spell. "There. While you are in our world this visit you shall be in your strange, but normal forms." "Thank you. At least someone has some manors around here." "Gus come on! This is the chance of a lifetime! Here we are in a world and we haven't had to bow to royalty yet!" "How do you know she is royalty?" "Duh, she has wing's and a horn, I can see a crown sticking out of her saddlebags as well." For the second time that day Gus froze solid, and again the second time he was slapped. "Shawn stop it!" "Well you were froze what else did I have to do?" Just before they started one of their fights Twilight cut in. "You have three days before the portal closes and you're stuck here for thirty moons." "Thirty moons, whats that thirty days?" "That's two point two five years Shawn!" "Oh well we better get searching cause I'm not leaving until this case is solved!" And then the search was on... Author's Note XD I just had to do this! I was thinking of a small fic to write and this hit me. Not going to be too long. And in my next fic I have a challenge for you. I can't draw great, you'll die before you get to laugh. Whoever can draw my OC the best I know a way to fit you into the next fic. Just comment and leave a link to the pic. Anyway here's the description. Okay, he is an Alicorn (don't hate, dream changed him from Pegasus to alicorn and I adapted a new background) He mainly is cyan, same as rainbow dash, the mane and tail is straight black mostly with a style similar to rainbow's, but the tips of his mane and tail are a fiery orange, there are bolts up his legs, they are halfway between in-front and on the sides, from top to bottom they fade yellow to orange, the tips and back of wings fade to the fiery orange, and finally the eyes from inside out go purple, fade to yellow, fade to orange. How did I come up with this?? I was just laying in bed, thinking of the new Phoenix I had added, I thought of ways to make him more than a friend or pet, I figured once his trust is gained at a very high level the Phoenix intertwines our essence, giving me the slightly different look and the parts effected excluding eyes can ignite in flames and instead of tears healing the flames heal. Searching for CluesView OnlineHide and Murder???Searching for CluesWaiting, waiting, waiting, the train ride seemed endless for those who were going to Ponyville for business. Each second that ticked by Twilight seemed more and more frustrated about something and the two human's were becoming tired of the endless stares. Finally it was Shawn who broke the silence. "Okay, I can tell something is bugging you. Tell me what it is." Twilight replied just short of a shout, "you're psychic! Shouldn't you be able to just read my mind and know that I'm frustrated over the fact that magic wasn't able to track a single mare!?" "My psychic's are best for use for finding people. I have solved many crimes for the S.B.P.D. currently at the record of sixty-seven!" "Yeah we'll I don't buy into the whole psychic thing." Apple Bloom jumped in, "Twilight? You gotta give them a chance, if your magic couldn't find my granny then we gotta try something. Anything! Ah want my Granny back," she screamed just about to start ripping out hair. Then Applejack spoke up, "it's alright sugar cube. We'll find her one way or another. Ah won't sleep until we do." Perhaps after another hour of silence, well as close as you can get to silence when two human's phones have full battery and they are stuck in a game of Angry Birds, they arrived in Ponyville. And who did they meet first when they left the train you're wondering? Well you should know... "Wow! Twilight was right! Human's exist! We are gonna have a welcome to 'Ponyville Equestria, I hope you find Granny Smith' party!!" "Pinkie, slow your roll. They only have three days then the portal closes, so we need to spend every moment we get tracking!" "Twilight! You should know by now that everypo- no everything always has time for a Pinkie Pie party!" "Yes well I would love to stay and chat but I'm sure your purple friend is right." "You got that right, there is no way I'm staying in this world more than I have to." "Gus lighten up. You know what? Get that party going and we'll be there." "Yes yes yes yes yes yes yes! Be there seven P.M.! Sugar Cube Corner!" And just like that all they saw was a streak of pink racing off. Then another pony, she stood there staring at them with great interest and said one word. "Humans." Then she was right next to them, studying them, looking them over, writing stuff down. Gus was more or less confused, Shawn well fared a little better, but still didn't know what to say. Then Twilight was tired of the delays. "Lyra, I know you have studied everything you can about human's the past five years but we need to go! Apparently the white human is a psychic and the black human has a 'super sniffer'." Gus finally talked with only a few words. "Without the super sniffer this team wouldn't exist." And just like that again, stuck, no words came out. Twilight becoming increasingly annoyed just teleported the group of herself, Applejack, the two humans and Apple Bloom the the farm leaving Lyra confused for a moment then irritated. Once arrived the two humans who obviously had never experienced teleportation were dazed, confused, and perhaps a little sick. Shawn said, "next time warn us before you teleport. Thats not exactly something that happens every day where we are from." "Well sorry. I want to get this done." Shawn shook off the nausea, Gus decided to bolt for the door and puke. "Really Gus? Can't shake it off?" Shouting back in us replied, "No Shawn! You know I have a weak stomach!" Annoyed that his partner couldn't hold back his lunch of carrots, corn, and okra, since the world was vegetarian and ate no meat products, he scanned the room, his laser sharp eyes picking up a few things. Then he did his bit of putting his finger to his head as if he had a vision. "Gah." he said stumbling, then sitting in a chair, "she was sitting here then suddenly from behind," he grabbed his neck as if he was choking, "she was gagged and dragged," then acting as if he was the kidnapper he started pretending to drag a pony across the floor, "then he took her outside and drug her into the forest," he pointed towards the Everfree forest. Apple Bloom was the first to speak after that, "Is she d-dead?" "No, she is not dead," but for once Shawn felt things he never did as if he was psychic and not just a guy with a good eye, "but I feel that it was not just an average pony, someone much more evil." Apple Bloom was too eager to try and find her, trying to run off Applejack jumped in-front of her. "No way, no how you are going in there!" "But Applejack, sh-" "No. Ah said no and that's final. This is beyond dangerous." A saddened Apple Bloom turned away, hung her head with her ears down and slowly walked away muttering something to herself, as Gus came back in with his sick spell over. Then Twilight shook off her confusion of the matter and had an answer. "That's why my magic didn't work, whoever, or whatever got her put up a magic blocking spell up so she couldn't be tracked." Author's Note Some of you may know where I'm going with this! Who is gonna be responsible, and why he or she did it. As I continue on I'll get better at third person perspective. More Than OneView OnlineHide and Murder???More Than OneShawn was becoming tired, tired of what exactly? The forest. The Everfree Forest was not something he liked. They had already had a pack of Timber wolves nearly eat them and then Gus was probably going to have trauma from the experience. But there were good signs to be found, tracks where a pony had been drug was there and along it were patches of green fur obviously from Granny Smith. Then there was Twilight, she was becoming increasingly worried by the fact they had perhaps an hour ago passed The Castle of The Two Sisters. They were tired, frightened and becoming hungry. Then Shawn was the first to speak, the trail had ended. There was nothing more to follow. "We should stop. Without the trail and the fact you don't know this part of the forest we could get lost." Twilight replied, "I just don't get it. Who, or what would kidnap somepony and drag them all the way out here and then how does the trail just go cold suddenly?" "I don't know either, but we need to come back more prepared, perhaps ready for a night or two out here." Gus was ready to leave, they had to drag him all the way they had come after the encounter with the Timber wolves. Applejack becoming tired had let go of his shirt. He jumped up right then and was running away screaming, "free, I'm free!" Everyone else didn't have anything close to his energy. More or less they were crawling back. By the end of it they were ready to just fall over and sleep right there on the edge of the Everfree Forest. But they had made a promise to Pinkie, and they were already late. And well you know what happens when you break a Pinkie promise. So they continued on, unsure of where Gus had gone. Finally finding him collapsed in the middle of a pathway. Once again they had to drag him. Twilight too tired to really pick him up just used her magic to grab his ankle and drag him. There was Pinkie, jumping up and down outside of Sugar Cube Corner, she looked ready to burst had they not showed up just then. "So you did remember to come! Did you find Granny Smith? Did you did you did you did you!?" Shawn was the one to speak, "No, the trail went cold. But we did find the Everfree is full of strange creatures and much bigger than Twilight here thought possible." "Did you run into Timber wolves?" "We most certainly did and they are not friendly." "Well you are lucky! One time Applejack was nearly eaten by them! Her hoof was caught between two rocks and then a giant one was this close to eating her when Spike jumped up and threw a rock down it's throat and then it choked and exploded raining down sticks and logs and everything wood!" Tired they slowly trudged inside the building, Shawn having to slap Gus more than a few times to wake him up. "Gus wake up, look at this. It's sugar heaven." Mesmerized by the party that pink pony had put together their energy had come back, half from seeing this, half from eating everything sweet there. But we know how sugar rushes go. You get five minutes of energy then you crash. And slowly they went down, but not before Pinkie got out even the worst news. "This party was going to have a lot more ponies but I just couldn't find them! I searched all of the town and I couldn't find Filthy Rich, or Diamond Tiara, or Silver Spoon, or Blossomforth, or Flitter, or Ditzy Doo, or Amethyst Star! They are missing." Twilight's reaction was a lot of heaving breathing followed by an outburst, "missing!? MISSING!? And you didn't think to tell us sooner!?" And that is how it got even more intense, it wasn't just one mare now, it was becoming a large ordeal of ponies disappearing. And upon hearing that, half from the sugar rush crash, half from the news their job just got a hell of a lot harder, Shawn and Gus were out cold. Author's Note Sorry for late upload! :P You know how school goes so I had to do school and also think of ideas for the next chapter. I'll try to make the chapters longer but I don't have all the time in the world to type so as I get the time I will work on this.
Two Days LeftView OnlineHide and Murder???Two Days LeftTime was slowly ticking by. One day had already passed, now that gave them two to solve this mystery. Shawn had made the promise to not leave until this was over. But now he wished he hadn't said that. While he and his dad has their clashes he was still family, and then there was Juliet, he had met the girl of his dreams and finally got her even if everything was nearly destroyed when she found out he wasn't psychic. But now he still had her, and he had left without noticed, he didn't know what she was doing, he didn't know if she figured this was just another one of those cases that can take him out of town or simply he went missing. All he could do was hope that she was doing fine and so he did. By the time they had supplies for the trip out into the Everfree it was already ten in the morning, they had hoped to leave sooner but the all had overslept from the late night they had, and the sugar crash only had them under for a few minutes. Now here it was, in front of them laid the Everfree, a mystery by itself, more dangerous than a war zone probably, and uncharted, they had brought along enough food for five days to make sure they had ample, ropes, fresh water, tents, sleeping bags, cooking utensils, means of starting fires, and a compass for everyone on the trip. But they also were being followed and they didn't know it. Three fillies going against what they were told, Applebloom, Scootaloo, and Sweetie Belle decided they were not going to sit idly by when there were increasingly more ponies going missing. And so they followed, keeping quit so they would not be noticed and staying at a distance so they could just barely make them out. They had been traveling in silence for most of the trip, Gus was the finally the one to speak. "Does anyone else get the feeling we're being followed?" Applejack was the first to respond, "the Everfree will do that to you. Ya never know if its a Timber wolf or just the forest playing tricks." Her reply was followed by Twilight's, "this is a part of the forest we have never explored, now we easily could get lost, luckily the path had been heading in a westerly direction, so we can make a guess it continued that direction." Gus looked like he wished he hadn't let Shawn talk him into going back. Shawn was pondering the possibilities figuring out if the kidnapper had continued in the expected direction or if he or she had made a turn somewhere and they now were going where they shouldn't. But still they continued on, finally seeing something. But from their point of view not much was seen. So I'll give the rest of this from the Crusaders' side. "Scootaloo do you see that pony," questioned Sweetie Belle. "Yes I do. That looks like Flitter." "I thought she was one of the missing ponies, could she perhaps be the one responsible?" "Flitter? No, there is no way she is doing this." But Scootaloo was right and wrong at the same time as they watched Flitter sneak up behind the group of humans and ponies. As they followed they noticed a few more ponies, the one who had gone missing, now there was Flitter, Filthy Rich, Diamond Tiara, and Blossomforth were there. They watched as they slowly got closer and closer, but they noticed something, there eyes were all glowing green. They knew what Twilight had told them before, if somepony's eyes are glowing green they are under mind control, much like her brother once had been from the Changeling Queen. They wanted to scream but there was something about the Everfree this far out that blocked sound from traveling far, so try as they might to warn them their shouts were never heard. And then the four ponies under mind control were close enough they made their move, capturing the group. Slowly they had got up to them and simply knocked them unconscious, then placing bags over their heads they began to drag them, not the west they had been going but in a northern direction. The Crusaders were not going to let this go, they were not going to do what they would have been to do and run. Instead they followed them. Applebloom seeming to have taken this the worst watching her sister be attacked. "We are not letting this go. Whoever is controlling them is going to pay." Sweetie Belle replied to Applebloom with, "I think I know what is going to happen, and has happened, they are going to take them back to their master and then whoever is doing this is going to turn Twilight, Applejack, and the two humans into zombies just like they are." Scootaloo didn't like this, "Zombies? Zombies!? There is no way they will succumb to dark magic. We know Twilight has dealt with it before. I mean come on how is somepony like Twilight going to fall for Dark Magic? She is tied to the element of magic, Applejack to honesty, they have had magic made to discord them once placed upon them, I'm sure they can fight it." That was where they went silent once more. All of them felt bad knowing what that magic could do. They had seen it turn ponies into their opposite selves, now they had seen it turn ponies into mindless zombies. They were trying to stay close but not where they would be noticed. Night was approaching and they thought the further into the forest you go the worse it gets. And that was true. The further you went you got into older and older sections, the older it was the worse it was. Just as the sun was beginning to set the ponies they were following had come to a large ruin, they saw them enter and so they took a look around finding a small area in the back where the wall had been destroyed from years of weathering. Slowly making their way in through tunnels in the walls they came to a small opening where they could look out and see what was happening. They saw all the ponies who had disappeared and a few more than they knew to be gone that morning. Then they saw who was responsible. A male unicorn stepped out of the shadows, his horn was curved, his heart black as night. It was Sombra. It was thought he was dead after the Crystal Heart had been activated but it turned out to be wrong. He stood there towering over them and said very little. "Equestria is mine. You unlike the others will not live as slaves but you will die." Hearing those words Applebloom jumped up screaming, "stay away from my sister!" Author's Note Ha, you probably thought 'Two Days Left' meant more clues to look for. But now you get a cliff hanger. >:)
The end of SombraView OnlineHide and Murder???The end of SombraAnd so as this happened Gus and Shawn escaped their bonds while the Cutie Mark Crusaders distracted Sombra and is mind-controlled slaves. With the encouragement from those who were not under Sombra's power the two humans managed to take him down as he had never once seen how humans. Well how one human can fight and the other decides to cower. They received a hero's welcome back in Canterlot, those who had been mind controlled were once again themselves. Shawn and Gus made it back home in time before the portal closed. To this day they both think of the strange world they visited and Gus hopes that Sombra does not escape his new stone prison which was Discord's Idea. Now you ask who am I? I am the Ethereal. I see all, I am all. I created the alicorns, I created the humans, I created the Earth. The ponies do not recognize me as the creator but the humans call me God. Author's Note Yeah...
