In Equestria, they tell you they only know peace, no violence or acts of aggression. But every government has their lies. In the darkest parts of classified files, lies the ECIB, the Equestrian Central Investigation Bureau, a top secret government group that handles ever covert operation known to ponykind. And when reports of a giant metal city appear all over the news, naturally they'll be interested. The two royal sisters fly to the city to greet the leaders, only for everything to go south and the sisters are missing. The bureau sends two agents on a dangerous mission to rescue the sisters and do whatever it takes to get them out. But they soon find that this city is hiding more than just the princesses.
