Scott

To Scott's surprise, his Solaire outfit had been transported as well and fit to his new, technicolor body. After a moment of disbelief, he became extremely excited to live his new life in Equestria. Although saddened that he couldn't see his friends anywhere, his sadness was quickly forgotten once he saw the sight before him: He had been teleported into Canterlot, home to Princess Celestia.

"Praise the sun..." He muttered to himself as he looked around. He was, in fact, in the city of his dreams. His dreams of meeting Princess Celestia would soon become a reality. "I must find her!" He exclaimed, getting up on all fours. All his years of praising the sun would pay off if he could convince Celestia to let him into the royal guard. Making his way through the crowd of confused ponies was a hard task, added on to the fact that he had tried to keep his armor as pristine as possible. Many ponies looked at him with confusion, while others simply laughed at his bizarre outfit. Fools, Scott thought to himself. They won't be laughing when they see me dining with Princess Celestia herself!

Getting into the castle was no easy task. With his strange attire, guards gave him a hard time when he tried to enter the castle. "And what business do you seek with the Princess in that outfit?" One asked him. "I have come to join the royal guards." Scott replied, armor shining so bright that it nearly blinded the guard. Even though the guards were to keep a monotone expression at all times, the guard couldn't help but smile. "Prepared to put your life on the line to serve the kingdom? Well, you're in luck. After the incident with Tirek, many of our guards have left to stay at home with their families. Come with me." He asked, leading him into the castle.

"So, what makes you want to join the guard?" The Guard asked Scott. "I would do anything to better the Princess." He replied, doing his best to keep up in his clunky armor. "I can tell by your outfit. Fan of Princess Celestia?" The Guard asked him. Scott scoffed. "Fan? One could say that. I'm a Knight of Sunlight." He proudly declared. The Guard gave him a confused glance as they headed closer to the throne room. "Well, KnightLight, Princess Celestia'll have to approve of you if you're going to be protecting her. Make sure to make a good impression on her, and try not to act as...devout." He said, opening the door.

The throne room was just like it was in the cartoon, down to the stained glass designs. Scott felt tears form when he saw his beloved sun goddess sitting in the throne room. "Your majesty!" He exclaimed with a bow. "I am Scott of Astora, here to humbly offer my protection to none other than the goddess of sunlight herself!" Although thrown off by his strange attire, Celestia did her best to remain calm. "How...nice of you to offer your assistance, Scott. I think I speak for both my sister and myself when I say that we will gladly accept you into the Canterlot Royal Guard."

Scott shuddered at the thought of protecting the dark heathen, but upon hearing his acceptance into the guard, he got up and saluted Celestia. "Thank you, your majesty! I swear that I will not let you down!" He announced. Celestia smiled. "We will prepare you with a room and will set up training with Shining Armor as soon as possible." She told him. "You may be dismissed."

After an evening of signing contracts and getting prepared for training tomorrow, Scott was dismissed to his room. "It's down the hall to the left." The Guard who had helped him out earlier told him. "Thank you, and I hope to work with you soon!" Scott said to him. "And I can tell it will be an interesting shift with you." The Guard jested. "Anyways, if you got a mare, you best watch out for your roommate. I'm told he can be quite the 'waifu thief' !"
