Chapter 2: The Lucky Ones

A few hours later, I finally got the rest to leave. I decided to talk a little more to Carrot Top. The doctor was still there, I wouldn't mind getting to know him too.
"So, what's your name?" I ask Carrot Top.
"Golden Harvest," she said. "but most ponies call me Carrot Top."
"And you dear fellow, what is your name?" I ask the doctor. He looked up at me and said,
"My name is Dr. Healthy Heart." the doctor replied. "I'm a neurological, and biogenetic scientist. I also study anything biochemical relating to the pony anatomy."
"That's good to know." I said. "Seems your species is individually named by it's talent."
"That would be correct." Dr. Healthy said. I did think it was rather silly, the names, but I had to get used to it. This was now my world and my dimension, I'm now here to help THEM.
"Well, how would you two like to be my companions?" I said. They both looked at me oddly.
"You're...what...?" Carrot Top asked.
"My companions, you know, travel through time and space, and still be back home in time for tea!" I said. They still looked at me oddly.
"You're a mad pony...why in Equestria would we go with you?" Dr. Healthy asked.
"I'm a mad-man with with a box you're darn straight." I said. "And here there is nothing to be afraid of, no Daleks, no Cybermen, nothing deadly!"
"And how are we supposed to travel in a portapotty?" Carrot asked. I looked at her, very offended.
"It's a police box, not a portapotty!" I shouted. "Come, look." I lead them back to the TARDIS and unlocked it. I opened the doors and let them walk in. Immediately, their jaws dropped open.
"It's bigger on the inside..." Carrot said. Meanwhile, the doctor was looking outside and inside repeatedly.
"It's smaller on the outside..." he said.
"She got it right." I replied, nudging him to inside. "Come on, you have a lot to see." I walked up to my new console. "Wow, look at this, more red buttons! Oh, and a pear destroyer! I love it!" I exclaimed. I put the TARDIS back into temporal mid-shift.
"What did you do?" Dr. Heart asked. He began to panic, which I didn't like, so I stopped him quickly.
"We went to temporal mid-shift!" I said quickly. "I just didn't want to waste your time, because no matter how long we stay here, the time on Earth---Equestria doesn't change."
"Oh..." Dr. Heart said. He looked around at the place. "Now that I'm thinking about it...this place is amazing.
"It's an infinite ship." I said. "There are unlimited rooms to it. The TARDIS is powered through one primary unit, the Architectural Reconfiguration System. It's a tree, I'll show you on the monitor." I pulled up the TARDIS monitor and displayed the ARS. "This is why my TARDIS looks different."
"That's cool." Carrot Top said.
"Oh it's MUCH more than cool." I replied. "The TARDIS is the most amazing and coolest thing you'll ever see! What is your special talent, or hobby?"
"Singing...I can play instruments." Carrot Top said.
"Then head on over to the music room." I replied once more with joy. "Instruments, sheet music, and musical softwares as far as the eye can see!"
I turned to face the doctor. "And what about you, doctor?"
"I'm a health scientist. Not much to it." Doctor Heart replied.
"Well there is here!" I said. "Go on, make your way to the medical rooms, all on one compartment. Everything you'll ever want information wise is all contained in that room."
"It's like you were expecting us." Carrot said. I looked at her and smiled.
"No, I wasn't expecting you." I said. "She was." I lifted my...now called a hoof up to the Time Rotor to point at it.
"The TARDIS, you called it?" Dr. Healthy said.
"Time And Relative Dimension In Space." I replied. "Yes."
"Is it alive?" the doctor asked again.
"Oh yes it is. It feels everything." I said.
"So when do we start traveling?" Carrot asked. I looked at her and grinned.
"When you give me somewhere to go." I said. "Somewhere awesome."
