CHAPTER TEN: A New Nightmare

Discord shot straight forward with a ball of acid in his hand. He threw it at the frozen wing, dispersing the ice and burning the right wing down to the bone. Small bits of flesh still visible.

“I will ruin this world!”

A sudden flash engulfed the sky, and a massive star crashed into Canterlot Castle.

“No!” Celestia yelled.

“Behold! A new nightmare!”

There was a sudden uproar of hissing/roaring sounds.

You have got to be shitting me...

Xenomorphs?!

Discord gasped as a massive horde of Xenomorphs, better known as the classic Aliens, stormed the ruins of Canterlot Castle. Hissing and roaring as they advanced.

“What the hell are those?!”

“They're Xenomorphs! They are a fictional alien creature from earth!” I yelled.

“They don't look too tough.” Discord laughed. He continued to beat down on the winged hydra's body until the wing was gone. He spit flames onto the twelve heads, burning them. The winged hydra was dead.

“No Discord! You can't take them all on!” Frederic yelled.

“Discord you idiot! Let us out of here!”

Discord turned his head to face us. His eyes had become fully red. He pointed to them.

“You see these? This means I can take 'em all out. With this!”

Discord clapped his hands together, sending a massive shock wave of rocks, fire, water, and lightning at the xenomorphs. They all flew back, hurt harshly but still up for a fight.

“There has got to be at least five hundred of those things!” Lance said. We all changed out of our alternate forms.

“Discord, if you don't let us out of here, it's three million years on the sun for you!” Celestia yelled.

Discord groaned. “Ugh, fine.”

He snapped his fingers, and we all were released.

“Alright!” I growled.

“Lets do this!” Lance yelled.

“With pleasure!” Frederic roared.

The entire group of us shot forward, knocking back a few hundred of the aliens.

One tried to be sneaky, and attempted to get me from the back. I bucked it in the face, sending it flying into the ruins.

I saw Frederic fighting off three aliens. Hooves at the ready, I grabbed all three of them, and threw them at the ground. Hard. Body parts flew everywhere.

“Thanks.” Frederic said.

I nodded.

The two princesses had the high ground, firing bolts of fire and other elements at the seemingly endless horde of aliens. I flew up, catching one off guard and pummeled the large, shield like head until it caved in. Blood spurted onto my arm, burning it.

“Fuck! I forgot, be careful of the acid blood!” I yelled over the screeches.

“That would have been useful to know before hand... or hoof!” Frederic said.

I shot forward, slamming two aliens' together.

I saw Lance become overwhelmed.

“Not today!” I sneered. I flew a massive ball of black flames at the group, sending all of them spiraling into the sky. Only to fall back onto the ground, creating a large crater.

I was jumped by at least ten aliens.

“Fucking damn it!” I hissed. I was bitten on the shoulder by one of the aliens, inside mouths that shoots out whenever there's a small distance between the alien and it's prey.

“HELP!”

A felt a sudden gust of air as all the aliens flew off of me. I grasped my wound.

“Here, let me heal you. It's only a deep bite.” Luna flew forward, and healed my wound.

“Thanks,”

Luna nodded, and joined her sister. I had noticed the aliens retreated.

“IS THAT ALL YOU GOT?!” Lance taunted. He jumped up on his hind legs and pretended to throw punches. There was a massive roar, and Lance screamed like a little girl and hid behind me.

“No fucking way...” I hissed.

“What?” Luna and Celestia finished off the last of the aliens and had joined me, Frederic, and a cowering Lance. No offense.

I sighed. “That was the queen aliens regrouping roar. Who knows how many aliens we killed? Maybe a hundred, who knows how many there was in the first place? Now we've got a few hundred aliens, and the queen herself to take care of.”

“You think you are BLESSED with your alternate forms?”

Discord sneered. “Great... Luce's got hold of this bitch as well.”

“Well then... let us put your forms to the test!”

A massive queen alien rose from the debris of the castle.

“That's right Lance! Cower at the great might of the Queen Xenomorph!”

Discord sighed. “You think you're so high and mighty, prove it!”

“With pleasure... DESTROY THEM!”

The queen alien pointed her finger at us. Luce chuckled as balls of flames spread to create a line between us.

“No fair!” Discord growled.

“I'm the very spirit of evil itself. I do what I want!”

The flames dispersed, and the massive horde of aliens charged at us.

“This is for destroying the castle!” Princess Celestia screamed. A massive ray from the sun touched down, burning a large group of the aliens into ashes.

I looked over to Celestia. “I didn't know you could do that.”

Celestia was panting. “It's a spell that can only be used with a great amount of magic. I'm going to have to lay low for a bit.”

“No problem.” Luna said. She blasted a wave of dark magic the aliens, taking out almost all of the horde. This wave was much larger, which caused Luna to pass out.

“Sister, no!” Celestia gasped.

Fredric caught her.

“Love... disgusting.” The queen alien sneered. She faced Discord.

“Oh shit... Luce's gonna regret this.”

“What caused this new form again? Was it the pure hatred for me? Or the feeling of losing the only person who've ever cared for you?!”

“Luce... you better shut up before I burn that mouth shut.” Discord said.

“Try me...” Luce challenged.

“Discord, don't use too much of your power! This isn't Luce, it's just a shell, a husk! He wants to have the satisfaction! It fuels him! He's using you!”

“Prince Frederic is right you know. I used you, and your little alicorn friend as well!”

“Don't you even start!” I yelled.

“You've both loved and lost.”

The queen aliens massive tail shot out, and went straight through Discord's chest.

“NO!” Everyone yelled.

Discord gasped for air as the tail erupted through his heart. He was lifted face to face to the queen.

Discord grunted.

It's his corrupted form, it's acting as a pain killer!

He won't last for long...

Come on Discord!

“If I am to die... I'm taking you with me!” Discord roared. He put up another Life Binder Gate around us.

“It's been one hell of a ride!" Discord turned his head to face us. He winked.

“Ha ha ha ha! That's the Discord I like to see! Go on, kill this mortal shell I have resided inside! It will do no good!”

Discord teleported him and the queen away. I looked up to see their bodies falling towards the ground.

They landed on the ground with a massive smash. Killing all the other aliens.

The queen got up, still holding Discord in her tail. They both were still alive!

“Come Discord... let me heal your wounds...”

The queen alien faced us.

“This body is of no longer us to me. But you will not have the pleasure of using it! Say good-bye to your once loved one! Any last words, Discord?”

Discord coughed up a large amount of blood. “Well... at least me and her will be together again.”

The queen alien laughed.

The queen alien's tail split into two, ripping Discord's body apart. The queen alien roared as Luce's spirit left it. The queen alien's body burned to ashes.

“DISCORD! NO!” Princess Celestia yelled.

The Life Binder Gate vanished.

Tears burst from my eyes. I felt a sudden urge of anger erupt from my chest.

“LUCE YOU FUCKING COWARD! COME BACK AND FINISH US OFF!” Frederic and Lance had to hold me back as I pushed to get to the queen aliens body.

“No, Dorchester! It's too dangerous! It's too late!” Lance yelled.

I eventually broke from Lance's and Frederic's grasps and ran towards the burning body. I changed back into my regular form.

“Discord? Discord!” I yelled.

I searched and searched. All I found was the dead bodies of hundreds of aliens, debris from the destroyed castle, or burning remains of the queen alien. Discord's body was nowhere to be found.

Eventually I gave up, and rejoined Lance, Frederic, Celestia, and Luna.

I collapsed and began to cry.

“Why... why why why why?” I sobbed.

“Dorchester?” Celestia said.

I became taken over by Luce again...

“Ha ha ha ha! Discord is no more! You have failed once again! Dorchester, I aim this directly at you! I will leave you last alive, so you can watch as I destroy your wife, your pitiful child... and your friends!”

I felt Luce leave my body.

I sobbed harder.

Princess Luna looked down. Tears fell from her eyes.

“Maybe Luce is right... maybe all is lost.”
