Jetetsu Takahashi is a 13 year old male earth pony shinobi. 10 years ago when he was 3, his hometown Ponyville was attacked by Ranga, the demon of chains. In order to save the village, Jetetsu's parents gave their lives to seal Ranga within Jetetsu's child body. Now he is a grown ninja who has just graduated from Ponyville's Ninja Academy, along with his friends and rivals alike! And now he vows to one day become the greatest ninja alive, and some day beat both Princess Celestia and Princess Luna in battle. Then his dream will be a true reality when he is known all over Equestria as the greatest there ever was! But it is a long way to the top for Jetetsu, filled with joy and sadness, anger and hatred, as well as betrayal. But no matter what, Jetetsu will always stand by his friends and comrades to protect each other, and more importantly, their village of Ponyville!

This is a pony version of Naruto, except the only things related to Naruto in this are the Jutsus, techniques, and demons as well as other things. I will also be making up demons and Jutsus throughout the story.
The story will also be composed mostly of O.C.'s. Mane Six will make an appearance, but the Elements of Harmony are not magic items. Instead the Elements of Harmony is the name of the ninja group that the mane six make up.
The mane six aren't the Akatsuki, I just used the pic because it looked badass.
Also, unicorn magic will only be used for medical treatment by medical ninjas as well as Genjutsu(with the exception of the princesses and Twilight), and the wings on Pegasi will be used be for flying as normal.
Lastly, keep in mind that in this Alternate Universe, Twilight is not a princess, Discord never became the ponies' friend, Spike doesn't serve Twilight and instead actually lives with the Dragons(You'll learn why in the story), and Fluttershy is more aggressive(hard to believe right? Lol).
I also added a crossover tag since I'm using jutsu created by the show Naruto.
