"Why couldn't I just go with the others while you guys are gallivanting around the Fall Formal, trying to tap some ass?" Devin asked as he, JD, Lloyd, and Villos are walking down to the mall.

"Red and the others are helping Pinkie with all the decorations, besides we need some music for the dance and thanks to Persona 4 Golden, I'm gonna use my mad air guitar skills." JD answered as he imitated playing a guitar.

"You can't play a guitar." Lloyd stated.

"Not helping Lloyd!"

"Look, Principal Celestia gave us a list of things to get for the Fall Formal. Here we each take a portion of the list and get it done, easy right?" Villos started handing out the list.

"That's a long list if you ask me." JD read the list.

"Yeah, what if we mess up on the camera job?" Lloyd asked.

"Okay, I'll handle the cameras and the film." Villos scribbled on his notes.

"I don't know Lloyd, getting snacks and drinks are gonna be tough I mean finding what kind of food to choose figuring out what beverage our party guests will drink."

"Fine I'll get the food and the drinks! can you at least get music and the decorations?" Villos gave them a cold stare.

"C'mon Villos finding music and party decorations that ain't how me and Lloyd roll."

"Look I'm telling you three, Just get the music ready and the decorations set up and come back to the school. I need to help Blue JD get the ice sculptures set up while The Vice Principal needs me to clean up Pinkie's mess Cause she challenged the new student for a competition. I'll cross out some of the list, have these done in half an hour." Villos scribbled the list wrote their names on it.

"All right, all right. Heh... you know I'll spoil her."

Villos turned around and left the mall to get things on his list.

"C'mon let's get this stupid list done." JD, Devin, and Lloyd ran around the mall look for music and decorations. They looked around the mall.

JD, Devin, and Lloyd came across the music store where they saw a lot of musical instruments and a girl listening to her music with her headphones with an Ottava music symbol on the side.

"All right bro, go ahead and ask the stork clerk. We'll look around and get the decorations." JD and Lloyd left the store to find the nearest party store.

Devin walked up to the counter to speak to the clerk, but his body became rigid when he saw her familiar two tone blue streaked hair. She turned her attention to him and lowered her headphones on her shoulders, and at that moment, Devin realized he'd been completely silent this entire time.

Say something, stupid! His thoughts screamed at him.

"Uh, h-hey, Vinyl..." Devin said while slightly waving, not trying to hide his anxiety.

Lucky for him, she smiled and waved back, he knew she wasn't much of a talker.

"So, anyway, uh, I'm here to get some music for the, um, Fall Formal."

She held her hand up, motioning for him to stop and wait, she turned around and picked up a stack of disk jockey records off of the table and handed it to Devin.

"Thanks, Vinyl."

She pointed at a sticky note posted on top of the stack:

For the Canterlot High Fall Formal, please make sure these are delivered to my DJ table in the gym.

"No problem!" Devin mock saluted.

Vinyl smiled and proceeded to replace her headphones on her head, but Devin stopped her.

"Hey, um, I was wondering... if you and I could, uh..." He took a deep breath and quickly spoke, "WillyougototheFallFormalwithme?!"

He swiftly looked away out of embarrassment, awaiting her reply. But then something clicked in his mind.

The hell are you doing? You know she doesn't talk much, why are you looking away!? He mentally cursed himself.

He turned back to see Vinyl shove a piece of paper across the counter towards him, he looked down and it read:

Sure thing! Pick me up at 7!

He looked back up to see Vinyl lift her shades up and give Devin a wink and a smile.

"Okay! See you tonight!" Devin said, a little too enthusiastically.

He walked out of the music store, when no one was looking, he pumped his fist and did a funny dance. Ironically, Vinyl saw him out of the window and silently giggled.

Devin walked through the mall and found JD and Lloyd with shopping bags in their hands.

"Hey bro, did you get the music?" JD asked.

"Yeah, we just gotta put these on the DJ table at the school in the gym."

"C'mon, if we hurry we won't get raped by Luna." Lloyd suggested.

"Wait, raped by who?"

"Nothing, he meant nothing!" JD covered Lloyd's mouth and growled under his breath, "Don't ever bring that up to him. At all."

"I won't, I promise!"

They managed to leave the mall. Trying to make their way back to the school, JD, Devin, and Lloyd were rushing to avoid the obstacles along the path; they ran through Dogs, parole officers (don't ask, JD and Lloyd got into some mischief while Devin was in the music store), even the Crusaders; JD and Devin met them when they arrived at Canterlot High, Apple Bloom shook hands with them when the bell rang they left for class. They waved goodbye and went to see the Principal.

Finally they made it back to the school's gym Devin put the music Vinyl gave him on the DJ table.

"So, did you guys get everything?" Blue JD asked.

"Yes, we did." JD nodded.

"Nice!" Red JD was pouring something in the punch.

"Red, what are you doing?"

"Mixing the punch, what's it look like?"

Blue JD inspected the punch, it was filled with roofies.

"I can't believe you! I mean, here, at all times, you really want to rape a girl?" Blue JD waved his hands in the air.

"What's the big deal? Most guys put roofies in a girl's drink."

"Oh sure, while we're at it, let's go use our hard earned money on a room filled with girls, so we can eat their pussy's out!" Blue JD sarcastically suggested.

"Yes! Finally!" Red JD pumped his fists.

"SARCASM!"

"DAMN IT!"
