"Welcome to paradise." Seven said while walking towards his pool.

"Wow, this is nothing like the pools we have in Equestria." Cadence said in awe.

"Well what are we waiting for then." Steven asked while running towards the pool. "Cannon ball!"

"Cannon ball?" Cadence asked while watching Steven jump into the pool, making the water splash everywhere.

"Just something we Humans say when we jump into water." Jack said while walking towards the pool.

Cadence followed him. "Jack, are you sure nopony can see us?"

Jack smiled and gave her a reassuring pat on the back. "Almost everyone in the neighbour hood is on vacation, we're safe."

"Hey! Get your asses intimately this pool!" Steven shouted while getting out of the pool.

Steven came walking towards Jack and Cadence and spoke up.

"Hey, remember that game we always used to play when we were kids?" Steven asked.

"You mean the: Jump into the pool while screaming random things game?" Jack asked.

Steven smiled. "Yep, I'll go first!" Steven said while running towards the pool.

"Is he going to shout cannon ball again?" Cadence asked.

Jack shook his head. "Nope, the game is pretty simple: You have to jump into the pool, and while you do, you have to shout the weirdest thing that comes into mind."

"Oooh." Cadence said while watching Steven.

Steven jumped as high as he could.

"I believe I can fly!" Steven shouted before landing in the water.

Cadence giggled.

"Nice one dude!" Jack shouted while running towards the pool. "But I've got a better one!"

"Alright, you win this one." Steven said while swimming towards the edge of the pool.

Cadence smiled and walked towards the pool. She held her hoof in the water, it was chilly but not too cold.

Cadence removed her royal regilia and got into the pool.

"This is amazing." Cadence mused while swimming towards Jack.

"Yeah, Steven is one lucky bastard." Jack said.

"Hey I heard that!" Steven shouted while swimming towards Jack.

"Oh here he goes again." Jack said while rolling his eyes.

"What do you mean?" Cadence asked confused.

"Well, every time Steven and I go for a swim, he always challenge's me for these stupid challenges." Jack replied.

"What kind of challenges?" Cadence asked.

Who can swim faster, who can hold his breath the longest, you know, the typical challenges."Jack replied.

Steven stopped swimming and looked Jack in the eyes.

"I challenge you, to see who can hold his breath the longest." Steven said while popping his knuckles.

"Alright then." Jack said while taking a deep breath.

"Three, two, one go!" Steven said while taking a deep breath.

Steven got underwater and closed his eyes.

"Jack?" Cadence asked.

"Yeah." Jack asked with a hint of glee.

"Why aren't you underwater?" Cadence asked confused.

Because I like to prank Steven and he likes to prank me back." Jack replied.

"Oooh." Cadence said. "But what are you going to do when he comes up?"

Jack smirked. "Don't worry I have a plan. Now come here and let me tell you what a genius plan I've come up with."

And so, Jack began to tell his 'genius' plan to the pink mare.

Two minutes had passed, Steven decided he couldn't hold his breath anymore and he reached for the surface.

"Fuck yeah, who's the man? I'm the man!" Steven shouted while doing a small victory dance.

"Go Steven, go Steven, go..... Jack why are you smirking?" Steven asked.

Jack said nothing and didn't stop smirking.

"You didn't go underwater, did you?" Steven asked sarcastically.

"Yep." Jack replied.

"So I just did all that shit for nothing." Steven said.

"And you." Steven said while pointing his index finger accusingly at Cadence. "Didn't think: "Oh, maybe I should tell him that Jack didn't go underwater."

"Yes and no, but I believe I'm going to have to teach you some new 'words'." Jack whispered back.

"And I'll start by doing this!" Steven said while splashing water onto Jack and Cadence's faces.

Steven quickly swam past them and got out of the pool, he quickly made his way over towards Cadence's royal regilia. He grabbed her crown and put it pneumonia his head.

"Peasants!  He shouted with a very thick British accent. "Kneel before your fabulous King!"

Jack started to chuckle. "Nice crown King Dick!"

"What did you say peasant?!" Steven shouted, pretending to be insulted. "I will have your penis for that!"

"But what will the almighty King do when his peasants start a rebellion?" Jack asked while getting out of the pool.

"Peasant!" Steven shouted. "Since being a King sucks ass and I'm am getting bored, I hereby pronounce you King!" Steven said while putting the crown on Jack's head.

Steven looked towards the sound of the laughter and saw that Cadence was currently laughing like there was no tomorrow.

Steven grabbed the crown and put it back with Cadence's other royal regilia.

"I aim to please." Steven said while running towards the pool.

"Fuck the police!" Steven said while jumping in the pool.

Jack got up from the ground and smiled. 'This is good, Cadence isn't sad anymore and Steven sure is helping that stay so.'

"Hey! Jump you idiot!" Steven shouted.

"I want you to do the groceries for me, my wallet is on the table; take some mony and get me my groceries." Steven replied.

"Somepony would have done it anyway, so I thought why not." Cadence replied with a smile.

"And now." Steven said while turning towards Cadence. "Let's get swimming!"

Cadence giggled when Steven began to swim around her like some sort of predator.

"Prepare for your destruction!" Steven said grabbing her underneath her belly and lifting her up.

Cadence smiled. "You know, I do wonder why Jack agreed to do the groceries for you." Cadence said.

Steven and Cadence had gotten inside and decided they had swam enough for today, they dried themselves of and were now in his living room.

"What do you want?" Steven asked while opening his fridge.

"Yep." Steven replied while grabbing the bottle of Cola. "He grabbed a glass and poured the Cola into the glass."

Steven walked towards his couch and set the glass on his table.

"Thank you." Cadence said while grabbing the glass with her magic.

"You known it still amazes me that you and the others can use magic." Steven said.

"I'm still amazed about many things from your world, you Humans are amazing!" Cadence said while taking a sip from her glass. "Yep, amazing." She mused.

Steven smiled. "What do you think about the planes?"

"Those big flying machines?" Cadence asked.

"Yes." Steven replied.

"They're amazing, well I haven't seen one up close but still." Cadence said.

Steven grabbed his remote control and turned on his Samsung TV.

"And of course the TV." Cadence added.

"Here, go ahead and watch something." Steven said while handing her the remote.

Cadence shook her head. "I don't really know what to watch."

Suddenly, four well dressed men men were on TV.

"Coming!" Steven shouted while running towards the front door.

"Nah, just me and Cadence." Steven replied while walking towards his kitchen, the groceries bags in his hands.

"Did you two did anything interesting while I was gone?" Jack asked curiously.

Celestia watched the view in front of her, Jack's house was right across the street, in the far distance she could see a forest and behind the forest the flaming orb of fire, an orb she raises everyday: The Sun.

Celestia smiled. "Alright Steven, but only because you asked so 'politely'."

"I aim to please." Steven said while giving her a pat on the back.

"Oh nothing, it's just that; if you would have touched me without any permission if we were on Equestria, you would have been thrown into the dungeons." Celestia replied.

"Crap, alright girls go upstairs while we try to distract him." Jack said.

"Alright, girls follow me, we'll hide in mg room until he goes away." Steven said.

"Why not stay here?" Celestia asked confused. "I mean he's not going to enter the house."

"Well, Dylan always enters someone's house, it's like a tick he has." Steven replied.

"And if he sees you, we're fucked." Jack said while opening the door that led to Steven's front door. Just go with Steven and don't make any noise.

"Quickly, follow me." Steven said while walking upstairs.

The Princesses followed him and followed him.

"I told him he would never achieve anything in life and that his dream of becoming a vet would crumble." Dylan replied while touching his black eye. "And that's when he gave me the black eye.

Jack sighed. "Listen, Steven is not feeling well, I've taken care of him but he can't come down and do whatever the two of you agreed to do."

Dylan gave a sad sigh. "That was to be expected, I mean who would want to hang out with a nerd like me?"

Jack felt a numb in his stomach, he couldn't help but to feel really sad about all this. Sure Dylan was kind of a 'know it all' and a nerd, but that doesn't mean he should be treated this way.

"What exactly were you and Steven going to do?" Jack asked.

"We were going to the forest and see if we could spot some wild animals, but since he's sick, I've gotta go alone." Dylan replied while turning around. See you in school Jack. Dylan said while slowly waving at him.

Jack mentally scolded himself for doing this. "I said Steven was sick." Jack said while putting a hand on Dylan's shoulder. "I'm not."

Dylan turned around and beamed with happiness. "You mean you?"

"Yes, but only for a couple of hours, I still have other stuff to attend to." Jack replied.

"Oh thanks so much Jack, this means a lot to me." Dylan said.

Jack smiled and closed the door behind him. "Let me sent Steven a message just in case."

Jack began typing on his phone, after thirty seconds he was done.

"Alright, let's go get my car and then we can go." Jack said.

"Yeah, Steven and I agreed to go walking." Dylan admitted.

Inside Steven's room were four Princesses, four Princesses who were eying his room curiously.

"Your room is rather different than Jack's." Luna said.

"Yeah, it smells weird in here." Twilight said.

"Huh?" Steven said while grabbing his I-phone. "It's a message from Jack."

"Really? What does it say?" Luna asked curiously.

Now because Jake the asshole, gave him a black eye, I decided to go with him.

Cadence shook her head.

"He’s like Pinkie Pie, only a Human version." Twilight remarked.

"Is that a good or a bad thing?" Cadence asked.

Twilight shrugged. "I don’t know but I hope it’s a good thing."

"Hey, move your lazy asses!" Steven shouted from downstairs.

"You're welcome Dylan, but please don’t make me do this again." Jack replied.

"If you want to go home, I won’t stop you." Dylan said while walking besides Jack.

"Nerdy?" Dylan asked.

Jack gave him a sad look.

"I don’t really remember a lot about him, just the fun times we used to have, but I guess my life was supposed to be a total disaster." Dylan said while lowering his head.

"Don’t say that, don’t say "you’re sorry", because you’re not." Dylan cut him off. "Everybody said that to me when my dad passed away, but that was just a shell, deep inside, they didn’t really care. Even the kids in my high school class didn’t care."

Dylan lowered his head. "Some days, I feel everything at once. Other days, I feel nothing at all. I don´t know what´s worse, drowning beneath the waves, or dying from the thirst."

"Listen, if you ever feel lonely or want to hang out…. Just give me a call and we could do something together." Jack said with a kind smile.

Dylan rubbed his temples and sighed. "Are you serious?" Dylan asked.

"Yes I am." Jack replied while putting a hand on Dylan’s shoulder. "Now let’s go find some animals."

Dylan smiled at him and nodded.

They both turned around and walked through the forest.

Dylan looked up at the sky. "Dad, I think I finally made a friend after all these years, I hope you’re proud of me." Dylan whispered while shedding a single tear.

"Jack I need to tell you something." Dylan said.

"What is it?" Jack asked.

"Promise, me you won’t tell anyone, I am putting my full trust in you." Dylan said.

"I won’t." Jack replied reassuringly.

Dylan inhaled deeply and spoke up.

"I’m a bipolar manic, (Schizoaffective disorder if you want too get fancy). I need medicine to add dopamine to my brain or else I go into a mental overdrive. My first and only psychosis outbreak happened one year ago. It was scary and enlightening at the same time."

"I gained access to my mind, re-formatted my thoughts so well that I no longer slip into depression or even get anxiety attacks. I’ve suffered from depression and anxiety attacks for more than a decade. So something good came out of something bad. As long as I take one small dose each day, I’m perfectly "normal". "

Jack stood there, processing what Dylan had just told him.

"S-So basically you were depressed?" Jack asked shocked.

Dylan nodded. "Yeah, I tried committing suicide twice."

"Fuck dude." Jack said.

"Listen, it’s become a part of my life and I’ve been trying to live with it ever so." Dylan said with a small smile. "You know, I promised my dad I would make friends when I would go to high school, guess I didn’t keep that promise."

Jack put a hand on Dylan’s shoulder. "Listen, if you ever feel lonely or need help, feel free to knock at my door any time."

Dylan smiled and scratched his nose. "Thanks."

"Hey one thing. *Jack said.

"What?" Dylan asked.

"Are you wearing contacts?" Jack asked.

"Yep, decided I’d try something else than my usual glasses." Dylan replied.

"Niceeee." Jack said.

Dylan chuckled. "Thanks Jack, for everything."

"Your welcome." Jack replied.

Jack looked at the sky and saw a Pigeon fly towards a tree.

"Bird!" Jack shouted while running towards the tree.

"Hey!" Dylan said while running after him. "I’m not as fast and athletic as you are!"

Jack smiled. "Maybe Dylan isn’t as bad as I thought, he’s had it rough, just like me and Steven."

Two hours later……….

"That was fun." Dylan said.

"Yeah, we saw a lot of animals." Jack added.

'I hope Steven doesn’t kick me in the nuts for this.' Jack thought while crossing the street.

"Jack, uhm this might sound really gay but, could you walk me home?" Dylan asked.

"Ha gaaaaaay!" Echoed in Jack’s mind. "Why?"Jack asked.

"I’m scared Jake will come up to me and give me another beating." Dylan replied.

Jack smiled. "Alright you big baby, let’s go."

Dylan smiled and walked after Jack. 'Dad, I think I made a friend.'

The walk to Dylan’s house was a short one, Dylan lived about four hundred meters away from Jack, so the walk wasn’t too bad.

During the walk, they talked about what they were going to do in their vacation, Jack was surprised to hear that Dylan was going on holiday with his mom.

After a few more minutes of walking, they reached Dylan’s house.

"Alright, this is where we say goodbye I guess." Dylan said while holding his hand out.

Jack smiled. "Dylan make a fist."

Dylan gave him a confused look but did what he what told.

Jack bumped his fist with his and smiled. "We’re friends, we don’t do handshakes, we do bro fists."

Dylan gave him the biggest smile he had ever seen. "Thanks!"

Jack chuckled and gave him a piece of paper. "Here." Jack said while handing him the piece of paper. "It’s my number, you can send me an App or call me, if you ever feel like meeting up again."

Dylan took the paper from his hand and smiled. "Thanks so much Jack."

Jack gave him a two fingered salute and turned around. "Anything for a friend."

And with that, Jack turned around and walked away.

Dylan unlocked his door and walked inside.

"Mom, you won’t believe what happened today."

As Jack walked towards Steven’s house, he began thinking about everything that had happened the past days.Firts: The Princesses, second: Making a new friend, his life had made a drastic change.

"And I like it." Jack said while knocking on Steven’s door.

"Who’s there?" He heard Steven ask.

"It’s Jack." Jack replied.

The door opened and revealed a very pissed Steven.

"Hi!" Jack beamed with fake happiness.

"Dude you won’t believe what happened." Steven said while grabbing Jack by his collar.

"Whoa dude." Jack said while grabbing the doorknob and closing the door. "What’s wrong?"

"This is what’s wrong!" Steven said while pointing at four drunk Princesses.

"Hiya Shack, how awe shou doing?" Cadence asked while trying to walk over to him.

"What the fuck." Jack said.

"Hello Jack." Celestia said while putting her hooves around his neck. "*sniff* you smell nice." Celestia said while licking his cheek.

"What the fuck." Jack repeated.

"If you think that’s bad." Steven said while pointing at Celestia. "You won’t believe what Luna and Twilight tried to do me."

"What?" Jack asked.

"They tried to drown me, because they forgot who I was." Steven replied while shuddering. "I got them to calm down, but it was hard.

"Why are they drunk?" Jack asked.

Steven shrugged. "I gave them a Captain Morgan, apparently they can’t handle alcohol very well."

"Jack." Celestia said with a seductive tone. "How about you and I have some fun?" She asked while licking his cheek.

"Damnit Steven!"
