Thunder Flash's Crush

The three were found and brought out to the main track.  Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash tried to hide behind Thunder.

"Thunder Flash.  Rainbow Dash.  Since it is your first day I will let you off with a warning.  But Fluttershy, the next time I catch you behind the bleachers, I will have to talk with your parents." their teacher told them.  She then told the kids to sit down.

"Welcome to Summer Flight Camp.  I am your teacher, Ms. Blossomforth.  Some of you were here last year.  For those who are new, we will be doing some basic training to help you become better at flying." she said to the kids.

"I think that was kind of obvious." Thunder whispered to Rainbow Dash.

"Quiet while I'm talking." Ms. Blossomforth said to Thunder.

"As I was saying..." Thunder started to tune her out.  He then started to fall asleep.

"Wake up." Rainbow nudged Thunder.

"What?  Huh?" Thunder said, barely awake.

"Ms. Blossomforth says we have to show her how much flying we can do right now." Rainbow said to Thunder.

They all went and did their best at flying.  Rainbow Dash flew almost twice as high as the clouds were above the ground.  A cross-eyed gray filly with a yellow mane and tail named Derpy smashed into the bleachers trying to fly.

"My bad." she said.

Fluttershy only flew up a few feet.  Thunder flew up about half as high as Rainbow Dash.

After another 5 minutes, everypony was finished.  Thunder kept looking at Fluttershy while the other ponies flew.  He was starting to understand why he felt a little tingling sensation in his stomach.

At lunch, Thunder sat with Rainbow and Fluttershy.  After about 10 minutes, Fluttershy went to go use the bathroom.

"Rainbow Dash, can I tell you something?" Thunder asked Rainbow.

"Sure." Rainbow replied.

"You promise not to tell anypony?" Thunder asked.

"I promise." Rainbow said.

"I have a crush on Fluttershy." Thunder said quietly so no one else could hear.

"I know." Rainbow said.

"How?" Thunder asked.

"I could tell by the way you look at her." Rainbow told him.

Fluttershy came back to the table.  After another 15 minutes, they were called back to the main track.
