Twilight and Flash were working on the invitations for Soarin and Rainbow Dash's wedding. Of course she was telling her friends and her mother firefly, and her father Rainbow Blaze in person. She was going to give the invitations to the wonderbolts, princesses and some of the people she knew around Ponyville and Cloudsdale.

"Rainbow, where does Derpy sit?" Twilight asked.

"8th row 7th seat!" Rainbow replied.

"Did you remember everything Rain?" Soarin asked.

"Mhm."

"Ok Flash, are you done, cause I am."

"Yes I am done, Twi."

Twilight blushed. "Rainbow were done, any more help you need?"

"Hmm." Rainbow said. "Go to sugar cube corner and ask Pumpkin Cake and Pound Cake to make this cake." Rainbow said as she tossed a picture of a cake.

The cake was big and complicated. A 4 layered with Rainbow coloured frosting made from zap apple jam with red hearts with navy blue decoration as a border, along with mini figures of Rainbow Dash and Soarin.

Twilight flew down towards the cakes. She opened the door to see pumpkin cake.

"Hi Pumpkin!"

"Hey Princess Twilight!"

"You can just call me Twilight."

"Ok Twilight. What brings you here?"

"As you know, Soarin and Rainbow Dash are getting married, there a little busy so I'm helping them out along with my coltfriend Flash Sentry who is currently as their house helping."

"Ok, so, why are you here?"

Twilight showed Pumpkin Cake the picture. "They want this done for their wedding."

"Ok, I'll show Pound, mind if I photocopy it so we know what to do?"

"No, go ahead."

Pumpkin took the picture upstairs and read a duplication spell off of a spell book her mom bought her for her 4th birthday. As the picture was duplicated she grabbed both copies and returned the original one to Twilight.

"We'll get it done ASAP, when's the wedding?"

"In 4 months."

"Ok, that gives up plenty of time. I'll inform Pound right away." She said walking towards the kitchen.

Twilight walked out the door carrying the photo with her magic and flew to Rainbow's house. She opened the door and walked in. She gave the picture of the cake to Soarin. Soarin gave a smile saying thanks.

"Hey Soarin, where's Rainbow Dash?"

"Upstairs."

"And Flash."

"I'm here! Sorry, I was helping Soarin with his tuxedo."

"Oh well thats really ni- RAINBOW DASH!!!!!"

"YES TWILIGHT!"

"Emergency!"

"Ok, well come up."

Twilight teleported upstairs.

"Did you get a dress yet?"

"No."

"The wedding is 4 months, dresses are hard to find."

"I will just ask Rarity. She made a wedding dress for a CANTERLOT wedding."

"Yes, I know, but you need a dress that's thin, Rarity isn't familiar with THOSE types of dresses."

"Oh right- OH C,MON! SOARIN! ME AND TWILIGHT ARE GONNA BE OUT FOR THE DAY!"

"OK WHERE ARE YOU GOING?"

"BUYING A WEDDING DRESS!"

"CAN'T YOUR FRIEND MAKE ONE!"

"NO!"

"OK BUDGET is 2,500 BITS!"

"WHOA, THAT'S A LOT!"

"WHO CARES! THAT'S YOUR BUDGET!"

"OK! Twilight, a little teleportation?"

"Sure." Twilight said turning on her horn.

Twilight's magic was very shakily today. It went on then off.

"Sorry, magic surges. They just happen sometimes."

"Oh."

Twilight tried last time. Her magic aura turned from pink to white very slowly. Her and Rainbow were in a Cloudsdale shopping mall for brides to be. Being a princess, Twilight could get things for cheaper, and as a wonderbolt, things were about 10 % cheaper, also as saving the world at least 4 times, they got a little bit of bits off for that too. Rainbow Dash ran straight to the front counter. Luckily this wasn't a place where you needed an appointment to get in.

"Hello? What's your name?"

"Rainbow Dash."

"Ok, first wedding?"

"Yes?"

"Groom?"

"Soarin Skies."

"Favourite colour?"

"Rainbow."

"Ok, take a seat with whoever you brought if you brought someone in seat 24, we'll send a consultant ASAP. Did you bring anyone?"

"Princess Twilight Sparkle."

As soon as the cash pony heard this name she saw the lavender alicorn and bowed.

"The consultant will be there as soon as you get there."

"Thanks!" Twilight said.

Her and Rainbow galloped to the seat and saw the consultant."

"Hi, who here is the bride?" The consultant asked.

"I am!" Rainbow said shooting her hoof up.

"Ok, and who did you bring with you here tod-"

The consultant instantly stopped her words and bowed at the sight of the alicorn.

"You don't have to bow to me, just pretend I'm a unicorn."

"Ok p-princess T-twilight S-sparkle."

"And don't call me Princess or Sparkle. Royalty orders you call me Twilight."

"Ok Pr- Twilight."

"Better, now were here for Rainbow."

"Ok, my name is Harmonic Brush, and I'll be your consultant today."

"Hi."

"What are you looking for?"

"Something breezy, light, and translucent."

"Rainbow? When did you learn that word."

"You made me memorize it a while ago, remember?"

"Oh." Twilight said as she chuckled. "Right."

"Ok, I'll try and find something, come here with me Rainbow, and Twilight can order something from the cafe while she waits."

Harmonic leaded Rainbow towards a stack of aero-dynamic dresses that were light, breezy, and translucent. She picked out a light grey one with rainbow trimming and a back stitch hem. Rainbow tried it on and showed it to Twilight.

"What do you think Twi?"

"It's nice, but, not you. Lemme take a crack at this."

Twilight flew over towards the dresses and used her magic to sort through them. She grabbed a white, translucent one with a rainbow headdress and rainbow shoes. rainbow Dash tried it on and showed it to Twilight.

"Hmm..it's better, but it's still not you." Twilight said.

"I know, something's off..." Harmonic said.

"I know!" Rainbow said, darting off towards the dresses.

She grabbed a light bluish white dress with a rainbow ribbon that wrapped around the tail. The hooves were covered in gold shoes that was similar to the ones she wore at the gala. The headdress was like the crown she wore at the gala as well, except this one had a veil attached to it. The fabric was beautifully layered and especially underneath her neck. They even told her she could add her own custom pendant if she wanted to. She put the dress on and showed Twilight. Twilight clapped her hooves furiously.

"Oh, Rainbow dash! I think that's the dress!" Twilight said in excitement.

"I actually, really like it. Huh, this must be how Rarity feels over every outfit."

Harmonic chuckled a little at her joke but Twilight burst out laughing, probably because she didn't know who Rarity was.

"Well," Harmonic Brush said. "Is that the dress Rainbow."

Rainbow Dash grinned and squealed out. "It's the dress."

"But wait, what's the price?" Twilight asked.

"3 000 bits." Harmonic said before continuing. "But because your a princess and Rainbow is a wonderbolt, and don't forget saving Equestria almost 4 times, that cuts a little, so you would get 1 500 bit's off for that, making the dress 1 500 bits."

"Thank you!" Rainbow and Twilight said in unison.

"And when they asked who helped you say Harmonic Brush!" She yelled to them as she walked away.

"Ok, WE WILL!" The princess replied.

As they went up to the counter, mentioned the consultant's name, payed the bits, and teleported home, Rainbow Dash told Soarin about the experience, but of course, to follow tradition, didn't tell about the dress or wear it, She flew upstairs and flopped on her bed as Twilight continued talking to Flash and Soarin and thought occurred in her head.

The expression shop til you drop is more literal than it seems...

Rainbow dash eventually was so tired she would've fallen asleep in Soarin didn't burst in the room.

"Hey Rain, Twilight and Flash are leaving now."

"Ok." She said tiredly.

"You ok Rain?" Soarin asked.

"Just tired." She said yawning.

"You relax, I'll get some stuff done."

"Thanks Soarin, I'm really lucky to have you."

"Thanks Dash." He said blushing then closing the door to her room.
